Point-to-point rides are perfect for getting from A to B. Niagara days are rarely that tidy. You want the falls at nine, a tasting at noon, the outlets at three and a table at seven, and you do not want to stand at a curb between each one. The NiagaraFallsLimo.net hourly limo service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for the length of time you choose, so the plan can stretch, shrink or change direction without a new booking.
How does an hourly limo in Niagara Falls work?
An hourly limo keeps a chauffeur and vehicle with you for a set number of hours. With NiagaraFallsLimo.net you choose "By the hour" in the online booker, enter your first pickup (for example a Fallsview hotel) and stops such as Niagara-on-the-Lake, about 25 km and 25–30 minutes away, then see the fixed fare before paying.
The car is yours for the booked time. The chauffeur drops you, waits nearby, and comes back when you send word. If a winery lunch runs long, you simply leave later; if you skip a stop, the time goes to the next one.
Hourly bookings have an 8-hour minimum, up to 24 hours. Select "By the hour" in the booker, or tap Reserve hours in the price table, to see the fixed fare for each vehicle.
Hourly limo in Niagara Falls or a one-way transfer?
A simple test: count the stops and look at the gaps between them.
- One or two stops with long gaps (hotel to dinner, then a taxi home hours later): book point-to-point rides instead.
- Three or more stops in one day, or gaps under an hour or two: book by the hour. You avoid paying for separate pickups and there is no waiting for a car at each address.
- A fixed tour with a set route: our private tour of Niagara Falls and Niagara wine tour by limo pages describe ready-made versions of the same idea.
Four ways Niagara guests use an hourly chauffeur

A falls morning without the parking
Start at Table Rock Centre, about 3 km (2 mi) from the Fallsview hotels and usually under ten minutes. The chauffeur sets you down at the Table Rock Centre entrance and arranges to collect you at the same spot. Inside, Journey Behind the Falls takes you 125 ft down through tunnels to the foot of the Horseshoe Falls; it is open year-round, as Niagara Parks explains on its official page. Next, a short drive south along the Parkway to the Niagara Parks Power Station, then north to the Niagara Glen, about 7 km from Fallsview, where trails drop into the gorge. Our Niagara Glen and Botanical Gardens page notes the hiking hours.
A wine afternoon on the Niagara-on-the-Lake bench
Most Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries sit 20–30 km (12–19 mi) from the falls, 25–35 minutes by car. With the hourly mode you choose the wineries and the order. The one-day wine tour itinerary suggests a route, and the Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries page lists the estates by area. Nobody in your group drives after a tasting, which is the whole point.
Shopping and the Old Town
The Outlet Collection at Niagara, at 300 Taylor Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake, has more than 100 outlet brands and is about 15 km (9 mi) from the falls, usually 15–20 minutes. Shoppers like the hourly mode because bags go straight into the car between stores. From there the chauffeur can take you on to Queen Street in the Old Town for afternoon tea or dinner.
An evening of lights
The falls are lit every night of the year, and each winter the Winter Festival of Lights spreads displays along more than 8 km of the Parkway, Fallsview and Lundy's Lane. The 2026–27 season runs from November 14, 2026 to January 10, 2027, lit nightly from 5 p.m. to midnight, with fireworks at 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays from November 14, then nightly from December 18 to January 2, according to the festival's official site. Being driven slowly past the displays, warm, with a chauffeur who knows where to pause, is a very different evening from hunting for parking. See Winter Festival of Lights by car.

Taking an hourly booking across the border
A two-country day is easy by the hour: the chauffeur drives you over the Rainbow Bridge to Niagara Falls State Park, waits while you see the American Falls and Goat Island, then brings you back to Ontario. Two rules apply:
- Everyone carries their own documents. Each passenger needs an accepted travel document for the United States and for re-entering Canada. Read documents for entering the USA before you go.
- Crossing time is not something anyone can promise. Allow time in the plan. The Rainbow Bridge guide explains the crossing beside the falls, and live waits are posted by the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission.
On the American side, tickets for Cave of the Winds are sold on site, and Maid of the Mist runs a seasonal schedule; check before you build the day around either.

| Standard SUV (Suburban / Yukon XL) | up to 6 | 6 | families with car seats and shopping bags |

How to book an hourly limo in 3 steps
- Start the day in the booker. Choose "By the hour", then enter your first pickup (a hotel, a cottage, an Airbnb or a terminal), the date and the start time, plus a flight or train number if the day begins with an arrival.
- Choose the vehicle and the length. Each class shows its fixed fare for the hours you select. Add your planned stops so the chauffeur can prepare the route.
- Finish the details. Add passengers, child or booster seats, meet and greet and any extras, then pay securely. The confirmation comes by email with your booking details.
Hourly chauffeur vs taxis, rideshare, WEGO or your own car
| Mode | Door-to-door time across a day | Cost note | Luggage and shopping | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare app | waiting time at each stop; few cars at wineries | surge pricing, a new fare per leg | 1–2 bags | one or two short legs |
| Taxi | waiting at each stop; call or find a rank | metered, a new fare per leg | 1–3 bags | a single ride back to the hotel |
| WEGO visitor bus | timetable-based, with transfers at Table Rock and the Floral Clock | adult 24-hour pass $16.00, as of 2026 | carry your own | budget sightseeing along the Parkway |
| Drive yourself | flexible, but parking at every stop | fuel, parking fees | the boot | people who will not be tasting wine |
| Hourly chauffeur | no waiting; the car is there | one fixed fare via the booker | stays in the car | multi-stop days, wineries, families, groups |
Be honest with yourself about the day. If you are staying in Fallsview and plan to walk the falls and Clifton Hill, you do not need a car at all; WEGO and your own feet are perfect. If you need one ride back after dinner, a taxi is fine; our taxi alternative page explains when a pre-booked car is worth it, and chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare compares the options in depth. The hourly mode wins when there are several stops, wine on the agenda, children with car seats, bags piling up or a border crossing in the middle.
Who the hourly mode suits
- Individuals: a business traveller with four appointments across the region, or a solo visitor who wants the falls, the Parkway and wine country without a tour bus.
- Couples: a slow day in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ending with dinner and the drive home along the river.
- Families: car seats installed once in the morning, a bag of snacks in the back and a chauffeur who waits while the children run through the Butterfly Conservatory.
- Groups: friends sharing a Sprinter for a wine day, or a reunion that needs one vehicle and one plan.
A note on wine, drinks and the law
Wine tours exist so that nobody drives after a tasting. That is also why no one drinks in our vehicles: Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law does not allow a driver to permit alcohol in the vehicle, and Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act restricts open alcohol in any motor vehicle. Bottles you buy at a winery travel sealed in the cargo area. The chauffeur never drinks.
Frequently asked questions
How much is it to hire a limousine for 1 hour?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact start point, vehicle and number of hours before you pay. Hourly bookings start at 8 hours, the length of a full day out.
Can I add more hours on the day?
Ask your chauffeur or the 24/7 reservations desk as early as you can. Extra time depends on the chauffeur's and the vehicle's next booking, so it is not guaranteed; if you think the day may run long, book the extra hours at the start.
Does the chauffeur wait while we are inside an attraction?
Yes. On an hourly booking the chauffeur drops you, waits nearby and returns to the agreed spot when you are ready. At busy places such as Table Rock, the chauffeur may circle or wait in a nearby area and come back when you message.
Can we visit wineries on an hourly booking?
Yes, and it is one of the most popular uses. You choose the wineries and the order, and the chauffeur drives between them. Tasting fees are paid at each winery. For a planned route, see our wine tour and one-day itinerary pages.
Can an hourly booking start at the airport?
Yes. Enter the airport as the first pickup and add your flight number; arrivals are tracked so the start adjusts to your actual landing. A popular plan is a Pearson arrival, lunch in wine country and check-in at a Niagara-on-the-Lake inn.
Do you need a car to go to Niagara Falls?
Not if you stay near the falls and keep to the Canadian riverside, where walking, WEGO and the Falls Incline Railway cover a lot. You will want a car for wine country, the outlets, a day on both sides of the border, or travelling with young children and gear.
Can we bring our own drinks?
No. Alcohol may not be consumed in our vehicles. Wine or beer bought during the day travels sealed in the cargo area. If you want to give one, the booker offers a sealed bottle as a gift to take away.
