What is NiagaraFallsLimo.net?

NiagaraFallsLimo.net exists for people who would rather not think about the drive. A family landing at Toronto Pearson with three suitcases and a toddler. A couple spending a day in Niagara-on-the-Lake who want to taste wine without anybody driving afterwards. A conference delegate who needs to be at Buffalo Niagara for a 7 a.m. flight. An agent booking a client's first trip to Canada. Each of them wants the same thing: a car that is there when promised, a price agreed before the day, and a chauffeur who knows the road.

How the service runs

One desk, around the clock

Every booking goes through one reservations desk that answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The same desk takes new bookings, changes, flight delays and late-night questions. There is no separate call centre and no chain of resellers between you and the car.

Fixed fares, shown first

Our online booker prices the exact trip: your pickup, your drop-off, your date and the vehicle you choose. The fixed all-in fare appears before you pay. Point to point, return trips, multi-stop journeys and "By the hour" hire are all booker modes. We don't publish rate cards on this site, because a fare for your actual trip is more useful than a range.

Pre-booked only

Every car is booked in advance for a named passenger. Chauffeurs don't wait at taxi ranks or pick up passers-by; they arrive for you, at the address and time on your confirmation.

Both sides of the border

Niagara sits on an international border, and a large share of our trips cross it: Buffalo Niagara airport to a Fallsview hotel, a day on the New York side, a game in Orchard Park. The chauffeur crosses the bridge with you. Every passenger must carry their own valid documents, and we never promise how long a crossing will take. Our border crossing guides explain what to bring.

Standards

• Licensed and commercially insured vehicles and chauffeurs. In Niagara, vehicles for hire are licensed by Niagara Region.
• Flight and train tracking. Airport pickups follow the actual landing time, and train arrivals are tracked too.
• Meet & greet. A chauffeur inside arrivals with a name board is a booker option.
• Family and accessibility options. Child, toddler and booster seats and a wheelchair option are in the booker. Trained service animals are welcome.
• Discretion. Chauffeurs are discreet, and NDAs are available on request. We are not a security company; a VIP security add-on exists in the booker, and our chauffeurs work alongside a client's own security team.
• No drinking in our vehicles. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law forbids drivers to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. The chauffeur never drinks, and on wine tours the whole point is that nobody drives after tastings.
• Clear cancellation terms, counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice no charge; 72 hours or less 10%; 48 hours or less 50%; 24 hours or less or no-show 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline printed on the confirmation.

The vehicles

The booker offers these vehicle classes, each "or similar", with the model confirmed at booking: Standard Sedan (up to 3 passengers), Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class (up to 2), Standard SUV and Executive Black SUV (up to 6 each), Mercedes-Maybach and Rolls-Royce (up to 2 each), Stretch Limousine (up to 8), Stretch SUV Limousine (up to 16), Executive Sprinter (up to 12), Executive Jet Sprinter (up to 6) and Party Bus (up to 12). Coaches are available for larger groups on request. Maybach, Rolls-Royce, stretch and party bus availability is confirmed at booking. The fleet page shows bag limits for each.

We won't publish reviews or awards we can't show you.
