What to send for a group or event quote
The more of this you include, the faster the quote comes back:
- Dates and times for every movement, including when the last guests leave.
- Every address: hotels by street number, venues by entrance, airports with terminal and flight numbers.
- Headcount and luggage for each leg. Bags decide the vehicle more often than people do.
- Special needs: child seats with ages, wheelchairs (folding or not), service animals.
- Border crossings, if any, with the nationalities in the group, so we can remind everyone what to carry.
- Vehicle preferences, for example a Rolls-Royce for the couple and Sprinters for guests.
