A Niagara Falls limo service is not one product. The same reservations desk at NiagaraFallsLimo.net books the 6 a.m. sedan from a Fallsview tower to Toronto Pearson, the Sprinter that carries twelve wedding guests between a winery and a hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the SUV that takes a family across the Rainbow Bridge for the Maid of the Mist. This page sorts those services into plain groups so you can find the one that matches your trip, then book it with a fixed fare shown before you pay.
What does a Niagara Falls limo service include?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net is a pre-booked chauffeur, black car and limousine service covering Niagara Falls, Ontario, the wider Niagara region and Niagara Falls, New York. It runs airport transfers (Toronto Pearson is about 125 km, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40), tours, events and hourly hire. Enter your trip in the online booker to see the fixed all-in fare.
Every service shares the same base: a licensed, commercially insured vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the QEW and the Niagara Parkway, flight and train tracking, and one 24/7 reservations desk. What changes is the shape of the day: how many stops, how long the car stays, and if a bridge is involved.
Four ways the booker can shape your trip
Almost every service below is built on one of the booker's four modes.
- Point to point. One pickup, one drop-off. This is how most airport, train and hotel transfers work.
- Return trip. The outbound and the return booked together, for example Toronto to a Fallsview hotel on Friday and back on Sunday.
- Multi-stop. A route with planned stops, such as a hotel, a winery lunch and a theatre.
- By the hour. The car and chauffeur stay with you for a block of time. Our hourly chauffeur service in Niagara Falls explains how hourly days are planned and what counts toward the time.
For longer one-way journeys, such as Niagara to Ottawa, Montreal or New York City, see city-to-city rides from Niagara. If you want one chauffeur assigned to you for a whole stay, with discretion and an NDA on request, read about our private chauffeur service. And if you are new to hiring a driver at all, what a chauffeured service actually involves covers the standards, the dress, the waiting and the etiquette.
Choosing a vehicle comes before choosing a service
The vehicle often decides the service for you. A couple heading to dinner needs a Standard Sedan (up to 3 passengers, 2 large bags) or a Mercedes-Benz E or S-Class (up to 2). A family of five with luggage needs a Standard SUV such as a Suburban or Yukon XL (up to 6 passengers, 6 bags). Twelve people on a stag night need an Executive Sprinter or a Party Bus.

The full fleet page lists every class with its seats and bag space. For celebrations and groups, the stretch limousine and Sprinter page compares the Stretch Limousine (up to 8), Stretch SUV Limousine (up to 16), Executive Sprinter (up to 12), Executive Jet Sprinter (up to 6) and Party Bus (up to 12). Groups larger than that can ask about coaches through group transportation in Niagara Falls. Rolls-Royce, Maybach, stretch and party bus availability is confirmed at booking.
Travellers using a wheelchair or walker should start with accessible transportation in Niagara, which explains the wheelchair option in the booker and what to tell us about the chair before the day.
Arrivals and departures: airports, trains, jets and ships
The airport transfers hub covers all seven commercial and private gateways, with the busiest being Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls. Pearson's official guidance names Terminal 1 Door A and Terminal 3 Door A as the pre-arranged pickup points, and our chauffeurs register each pickup as the airport requires.
Three services sit around those transfers:
- Meet and greet inside arrivals: a chauffeur with a name board waits past customs, which matters most for first-time international arrivals.
- Private jet and FBO transfers: meetings planeside or at the FBO lounge at Pearson, Hamilton, Buffalo and Niagara Falls International.
- Train station transfers: pickups at the shared VIA Rail and GO station on Bridge Street in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and the Amtrak stations on the New York side.
Cruise passengers calling at Toronto or Port Colborne, on the Welland Canal, should read Great Lakes cruise transfers.
Crossing into New York with the same car
Niagara Falls is a border town, and many of our trips cross it. A cross-border car service means the chauffeur drives you over the bridge, waits in the same line and carries on to Buffalo Niagara International, the US state park or a Buffalo stadium. Every passenger carries their own valid documents. The border crossing hub explains the four bridges, and the document checklists for entering the United States and entering Canada list what each traveller needs. We never promise how long a crossing will take.
Sightseeing, tours and evenings at the Falls
Some services are the day itself rather than the ride to it.
- Private tour of Niagara Falls: both sides of the Falls with one chauffeur, half or full day, the border handled.
- Day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls: pickup at a Toronto hotel, the Falls, the Parkway and back in one day.
- Niagara Falls night tour: the nightly illumination, Clifton Hill and the Skylon after dark. Niagara Parks lists 10 p.m. fireworks from mid-May to mid-October in 2026.
- Niagara wine tour by limo: Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Twenty Valley with reservations planned around tasting times. Nobody in your group has to drive after a tasting.
For the places themselves, browse the attractions hub and the wine country hub.
Celebrations and occasions
These carry extra planning: photographer timing, rules for younger passengers, the right car.
- Niagara Falls wedding limo: Rolls-Royce, Maybach, stretch cars and guest Sprinters.
- Prom limo in Niagara: parent-friendly policies, school rules, no alcohol.
- Party bus in Niagara Falls: birthdays and concerts for up to 12.
- Bachelor and bachelorette limo: Clifton Hill, clubs, the casino or a winery afternoon.
- Anniversary and proposal limo: a quiet car to an illuminated viewpoint and a dinner reservation.
- Fallsview Casino transportation: Fallsview Casino Resort, Casino Niagara, the OLG Stage and Seneca Niagara on the US side.
Game days, concerts and golf
Concert and sports transportation covers Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, KeyBank Center in Buffalo and the big Toronto venues. The Buffalo Bills' stadium A–Z guide says buses and limos need a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance, and Sprinter vans must use that lot too, so these trips are planned well ahead. For a foursome with clubs, golf transportation in Niagara matches the vehicle to the bags.
A note on alcohol and the rules for licensed limousines
Niagara Region licenses limousines as specialty vehicles under By-law 2021-58. The by-law states that a licensed driver must not permit the consumption of any alcohol in the vehicle, and Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 restricts open liquor in a motor vehicle. So we never offer drinks on board. The point of a chauffeured wine tour or a night out is the opposite: the chauffeur never drinks, and nobody in your party drives after a tasting or a toast.
Niagara Falls limo service vs taxi, rideshare, bus and train
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time (Toronto to the Falls) | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare app | 1 h 20 – 1 h 50 plus wait for a match | Surge pricing at busy times | Depends on the car sent | Solo trips, short hops in town |
| Taxi | Similar drive time; rank wait varies | Metered | Trunk of a standard car | Short rides inside one city |
| GO train or VIA Rail | Train time plus transfers at each end | Fare set by the operator | What you can carry | Light packers going station to station |
| FlixBus or Megabus | About 1 h 30 minimum by bus, plus transfers | FlixBus listed fares from $20.98 as of 2026 | One bag plus carry-on | Budget solo travel |
| Driving yourself | 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak | Fuel, tolls if you use the 407 ETR, hotel parking | Your own trunk | Travellers who want a car all week |
| Private chauffeur | 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak, door to door | Fixed fare via the booker | Matched to the vehicle class | Families, groups, late flights, border trips, winery days |
A solo traveller with one bag going from Union Station to the Falls on a weekend is well served by the GO train, and a five-minute hop from a Fallsview hotel to Clifton Hill is a taxi ride. A pre-booked car wins when there are child seats to fit, four suitcases, a flight landing at 11:40 p.m., a bridge to cross, or a group that wants to stay together. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide goes deeper, and the taxi alternative page is written for the person who searched "Niagara Falls taxi".
Who these services suit
Individuals use us for airport runs and business days where a known car is worth more than an app. Couples book proposals, anniversaries and winery afternoons. Families choose SUVs with car seats fitted before pickup; see Niagara Falls with kids. Groups take Sprinters and stretch SUVs so nobody is left waiting for a second car. Companies and concierges see business accounts.
How to book any service in 3 steps
- Tell us where and when. Enter the pickup and drop-off (a hotel, a winery, a bridge, a terminal or any address), the date and time, and your flight or train number if you are arriving.
- Pick the vehicle. Each class shows its fixed fare for that exact trip. Choose "By the hour" or multi-stop if the day has several legs.
- Add the details and pay. Passengers, bags, child seats, meet & greet and extras, then pay securely. Your confirmation arrives by email.
A longer walk-through with what to have ready is in how to book a limo.
Fixed fares and the cancellation terms
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. There is no meter and no surge. Cancellation is counted from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours' notice carries no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline, printed on the confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hire a limousine in Niagara Falls, Ontario?
Yes. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limousines and party buses for pickups anywhere in Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines and the rest of the region, plus Niagara Falls, New York.
How much is it to hire a limousine for 1 hour?
It depends on the vehicle and the day, so we do not publish a single hourly figure. Choose "By the hour" in the booker, enter your start point, date and vehicle, and it shows the fixed all-in fare for that booking before you pay. Some vehicles and dates carry a minimum number of hours.
Do they have Uber in Niagara Falls?
Yes. Rideshare drivers work in Niagara Region, which licenses them under a separate by-law from limousines. Rideshare suits short solo trips in town. For airport arrivals, car seats, groups, winery days or a border crossing, a pre-booked car avoids surge pricing and waiting for a match, and the vehicle is known in advance.
Is a limo cheaper than Uber?
For a short solo ride, a rideshare usually costs less. For a group sharing one Sprinter, or a long airport run at a surge hour, the gap narrows. Compare your exact trip: the booker shows our fixed fare before you commit.
Can the same chauffeur take us into the United States?
Yes. Cross-border trips are normal service. The chauffeur drives you across the bridge and on to your US destination, and back again if you book a return. Every passenger must carry their own valid travel documents. We plan pickup times with a buffer because crossing times vary.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are options in the booker. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before pickup.
What happens if my flight lands late?
We track flights on airport pickups and train arrivals too, so the chauffeur adjusts to the real arrival time rather than the scheduled one. If your flight number changes, update it in your booking or tell the reservations desk.
