The Fallsview Casino hotel is one of the easiest addresses in Niagara to name and one of the busiest to leave on a Saturday night. NiagaraFallsLimo.net runs pre-booked sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and limousines to and from the Fallsview Casino Resort every day, so this page sets out what our reservations desk actually knows about the property: the address, the drive times to each airport, the bridges within reach and how to time a pickup after a show.
Where is the Fallsview Casino hotel, and how do you get there by chauffeur?
The Fallsview Casino Resort hotel is at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls, Ontario, on the cliff above the Horseshoe Falls. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives guests there from Toronto Pearson (about 125 km, usually 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak) and Buffalo Niagara (about 42 km plus the border). Book online and the fixed fare appears before you pay.
The resort sits at the southern end of the Fallsview hotel strip, the row of towers along Fallsview Boulevard that look down on Queen Victoria Park and the river. It is the top of the hill in the literal sense: the Falls Incline Railway links this tourist district with Table Rock Centre at the brink, which tells you how far below the water is. For the wider district, our Fallsview hotels area guide covers every tower on the boulevard, and the hotel transportation hub lists all the pickup guides we publish.
The hotel at a glance
A few verified facts help when you are planning arrivals, luggage and timing:
- Rooms: the resort lists 372 rooms and suites in its hotel, with views of the Falls, the city or both (official resort hotel page).
- Gaming: more than 3,200 slots and 110 tables on 200,000 sq ft of floor. You must be 19 or older to enter the casino.
- Entertainment: two venues, the OLG Stage and the Avalon Theatre, host more than 320 shows a year. The OLG Stage opened in 2022.
- Dining and shopping: more than 20 places to eat, plus the Galleria Shops and the Damara Day Spa on site.
- Parking: on-site self parking for more than 3,000 vehicles, which matters for visitors who are deciding whether to drive themselves.
- Operator: MGE Niagara Entertainment runs Fallsview Casino Resort. In August 2026 Ontario announced a deal ending MGE's exclusivity in the Niagara region, with OLG planning a procurement for new operators; the resort itself continues as before.
A hotel this size, attached to two theatres, sends a wave of people to the doors whenever a show lets out. Planning around that wave is most of a good pickup here.
Where your chauffeur meets you
We meet guests at the hotel's main entrance unless you ask for another door. Your chauffeur sends an arrival message when the car is in place, and that message names the exact spot, so you are not guessing between entrances on a property that covers a full block.
A few habits keep it smooth:
- Say which part of the resort you will be in. A guest coming down from a room is easy. A guest finishing dinner, leaving the spa or walking out of a theatre takes a different route to the front. Tell us in the booker notes and the chauffeur positions accordingly.
- Families with children under 19: the casino floor is 19-plus, so plan a meeting point that does not require crossing the gaming area. The hotel entrance is the simple answer.
- Bags and bellhop: if you are checking out with a full trolley, let the bell desk bring it down before you ask the car to pull up. Curb space at a resort entrance is for loading, not for waiting.
For arriving guests the rhythm reverses: the chauffeur unloads at the entrance, the bell staff take over and you walk straight to check-in.
Airport runs from the Fallsview Casino hotel
These are road distances from the hotel, without traffic or border queues, with our planning ranges.
| Airport | Distance | Typical drive | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 125 km (78 mi) | 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak; allow 2 h+ on a summer Friday | QEW the whole way after Highway 427; pre-arranged pickups at Terminal 1 Door A and Terminal 3 Door A |
| Buffalo Niagara (BUF) | about 42 km (26 mi) | about 45 min of driving, plus the bridge | Crosses the border; every passenger needs their own documents |
| Hamilton (YHM) | about 90 km (56 mi) | 1 h 20 – 1 h 35 | Highway 6 and the QEW, with no Toronto traffic to cross |
| Niagara Falls International (IAG) | about 14 km (9 mi) | 20 – 25 min, plus the bridge | Allegiant's Florida and Myrtle Beach flights; on the New York side |
| Billy Bishop Toronto City (YTZ) | about 127 km (79 mi) | 1 h 35 – 1 h 50 off-peak | Downtown Toronto traffic is the variable, not the highway |
At Pearson, pre-arranged cars collect passengers at Terminal 1 Door A and Terminal 3 Door A, according to the airport's pre-arranged services page. If you add meet and greet in the booker, your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board instead, which helps first-time international arrivals; see meet and greet at Pearson. Full terminal detail is on our Pearson to Niagara Falls transfer page, and US-side arrivals are covered on the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls Canada page.
Flight tracking is standard on every airport pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it. For departures, we time the leave from the hotel against the terminal, the day of the week and, for Buffalo, the border.

Crossing to the American side from the casino
From the hotel, the Canadian plaza of the Rainbow Bridge is about 1.7 km away, a few minutes down the hill. It is the natural crossing for Niagara Falls State Park, the Maid of the Mist dock at Prospect Point and downtown Niagara Falls, New York. The Lewiston-Queenston Bridge is about 11.5 km north (around 15 minutes) and suits trips to Lewiston, the I-190 and Buffalo's north side. The Peace Bridge at Fort Erie is about 32 km south. Our Rainbow Bridge guide explains which bridge takes what traffic; the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission's which-bridge page is the official source.
The chauffeur crosses with you; that is normal service on our cross-border car service. What we never do is promise a crossing time, because the queue is set by the inspection booths on the day. Every passenger, including children, carries their own valid document; the list for each nationality is on our documents for entering the USA page.
Show nights at the OLG Stage and Avalon Theatre
With more than 320 shows a year between the two venues, a weekend at Fallsview often has a concert at its centre. Guests staying in the hotel can walk to their seats, so the chauffeur's work is usually on either side of the stay: arriving in time for dinner before a show, or leaving for the airport the morning after.
When guests are staying elsewhere and coming to Fallsview only for a show, the timing changes:
- Arriving: book drop-off well before doors. The approach along Fallsview Boulevard slows as show time nears, and a relaxed dinner is a better use of the margin than sitting in a line of cars.
- Leaving: set the pickup for roughly the time the show should end, then message the desk when you are walking out. The chauffeur holds a position nearby and comes to the door rather than circling in the crush.
- Groups: a stretch limousine or Executive Sprinter keeps everyone together after the encore, which is the moment a group of eight usually splinters into three rideshares.
Our casino limo service page covers evenings that move between Fallsview, Casino Niagara and Seneca Niagara across the river, and the Fallsview Casino Resort attraction guide covers the gaming floor and venues themselves.
Getting around the Falls district from the hotel
Not every trip from the Fallsview Casino hotel needs a car, and we say so. Table Rock Centre, the brink of the Horseshoe Falls, is about 3.1 km by road but much closer on foot down the slope, and the Falls Incline Railway runs year-round between the Fallsview area and Table Rock (Niagara Parks Incline Railway page). The Skylon Tower is about a kilometre away. On a fine evening, walking down for the illumination is the right call.
A chauffeur earns its place when the plan stretches further or the weather turns:
- the Whirlpool Aero Car, White Water Walk and Niagara Glen, strung along the Niagara Parkway north of the falls;
- dinner at the Skylon Tower's revolving dining room followed by a drive-by of the lit falls;
- a morning at Journey Behind the Falls and then straight on to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
"By the hour" mode in the booker keeps one car and one chauffeur with you for several stops, which is simpler than rebooking each leg. For dining ideas beyond the resort's own restaurants, see our Niagara Falls restaurants guide.
Wine country from the casino tower
Niagara-on-the-Lake's wineries are about 20–23 km from the hotel, usually 25–30 minutes by the Niagara Parkway or the faster inland roads. Many guests split a stay this way: the casino and the falls by night, wineries by day.
The rule that shapes wine days is simple. There is no drinking in our vehicles: Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law forbids a licensed driver to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. The tastings happen at the wineries; the car is how nobody has to drive between them. Book tasting times directly with each estate before the day, then build the route around them. Our Niagara-on-the-Lake wine tour service and the Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries guide help with the order.
Ways to get from Pearson to the Fallsview Casino hotel
The most common question we hear about this hotel is how to get there from Toronto Pearson. Here are the options side by side.
| Mode | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare (app) | 1 h 30 – 2 h, plus wait for a car | Surge pricing at busy times | Depends on the car that arrives | Solo travellers with light bags |
| Taxi | 1 h 30 – 2 h | Metered | One standard trunk | Last-minute arrivals without a booking |
| Intercity bus (FlixBus) | 2 h+ with a local connection at the Niagara end | From $20.98 per seat on the operator's site (as of 2026) | Under the bus, limited | Budget solo trips with time to spare |
| UP Express + GO train | Often 2 h 30 – 3 h 30 with connections | Per GO Transit and UP Express fares | You carry everything | Train lovers with one bag each |
| Driving yourself | 1 h 30 – 2 h, plus parking | Fuel, tolls if you use the 407 ETR, resort parking | Your own car | Visitors who already have a car |
| Private chauffeur | 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak, no transfers | Fixed fare via the booker, shown before you pay | Sedan 2 large, SUV 6 | Families, groups, late flights, special trips |
When something other than a chauffeur makes more sense
Honesty saves everyone time. Travelling alone with a backpack and no deadline? The GO train or an intercity bus to Niagara Falls is a sound choice, with a short taxi to finish. For a hop from the hotel to Clifton Hill, walk or take a taxi.
A pre-booked car wins when the trip has friction: two parents, two car seats and four suitcases; a flight landing at 11:40 p.m.; a group of eight who want to arrive together; a plan to cross into New York; or a winery day where nobody should be at the wheel. It also wins whenever you would rather not stand at a rank or watch a surge multiplier climb. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide goes deeper on the comparison.
Who books Fallsview Casino hotel transfers
- Individuals: business travellers attending meetings in the resort's convention space, and solo visitors who want the airport run sorted before they land.
- Couples: anniversary weekends and proposal trips, often with a show and a Fallsview dinner; see our page for couples visiting Niagara Falls.
- Families: a Standard SUV seats up to six with six bags, and child, toddler and booster seats are booker options.
- Groups: birthday and stag weekends, conference delegations and friends travelling for a concert, usually in an Executive Sprinter for up to 12 or a stretch SUV limousine for up to 16, with availability confirmed at booking. Browse every class on the fleet page.
How to book this in 3 steps
- Set the trip. Enter Fallsview Casino Resort, 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, as your pickup or drop-off, add the other end (terminal, hotel, winery, bridge or any address), the date and time, and your flight number if an airport is involved.
- Pick the vehicle. Each class shows its fixed all-in fare for that exact trip before you commit, from a Standard Sedan to an Executive Sprinter.
- Finish the details. Add passengers, bags, child seats, meet and greet and any notes about which part of the resort you will be in, then pay securely. Confirmation arrives by email.
Cancellation is counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice carries no charge, 72 hours or less 10%, 48 hours or less 50%, and 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%. Long weekends and big events may carry a different deadline, printed on your confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
How far is the Fallsview Casino hotel from Toronto Pearson?
The drive is about 125 km (78 mi). Off-peak, it usually takes 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 along the QEW. Allow two hours or more on a summer Friday afternoon or the Sunday of a long weekend, when traffic around Hamilton and the Burlington Skyway slows everything. The booker shows the fixed fare for your exact flight and vehicle before you pay.
Can our chauffeur pick us up right after a concert at the OLG Stage?
Yes. Set a pickup time close to the expected end of the show and message the reservations desk as you walk out. The chauffeur waits nearby and comes to the entrance, rather than joining the queue of cars circling the resort. For groups, one larger vehicle avoids the scramble for several rideshares at once.
How long does it take to get from the Fallsview Casino hotel to Buffalo airport?
Buffalo Niagara International is about 42 km (26 mi) from the hotel, roughly 45 minutes of driving. The border crossing adds time that nobody can predict in advance, so we build a margin into departures. Everyone in the car needs their own valid passport or other accepted document.
Can we drink in the limo on the way to the casino?
No. NiagaraFallsLimo.net does not allow drinking in its vehicles. Niagara Region's by-law forbids licensed drivers to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario's liquor law has no limousine exception. A sealed bottle can be added in the booker as a gift to take away, and the resort's restaurants and lounges are a short walk from the door.
Do you pick up children and families at the casino hotel?
Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are booker options, and a Standard SUV takes up to six passengers with six bags. Because the casino floor is 19-plus, we suggest meeting at the hotel entrance so nobody has to cross the gaming area with children.
What does a car from the Fallsview Casino hotel cost?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. It depends on the distance, the vehicle class and options such as meet and greet or extra stops. There is no meter and no surge, and the price you see is the price you book.
