Hotels · attractions · airports · bridges

Door-to-door chauffeured cars between every Fallsview and Clifton Hill hotel, the wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake, all four Niagara border bridges, Toronto Pearson, Buffalo Niagara, Hamilton and Billy Bishop airports, and the attractions on both sides of the river.

Most people who search for Orlando airport car service have a very specific problem: a family of five, a stroller, two car seats, a week of luggage and a plane landing at Orlando International Airport (MCO) at 10 p.m. NiagaraFallsLimo.net solves that problem the same way it does at home in Niagara: you price the exact trip online, see a fixed all-in fare for each vehicle, pay, and a chauffeur is waiting when you land.

We are a Niagara reservations desk, and we say so plainly. In Orlando, the car and chauffeur come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. We take the booking, hold that operator to our standard, and stay your point of contact before, during and after the ride. We have no Orlando office or garage, and we do not pretend to.

What does an Orlando airport car service through us include?

NiagaraFallsLimo.net books private Orlando airport car service from MCO to any address: about 21 km (13 mi) to downtown Orlando and about 36 km (22 mi) to Walt Disney World, usually 25–45 minutes. Enter your flight, pick a vehicle, see the fixed fare and pay online; a licensed network chauffeur tracks the flight and meets you.

Every booking carries the same features whether the pickup is MCO or Toronto Pearson:

  • Flight tracking, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it.
  • Meet & greet as a booker option: your chauffeur waits inside with a name board.
  • Child, toddler and booster seats chosen in the booker, plus a wheelchair option. Trained service animals are welcome.
  • Point to point, return, multi-stop and "By the hour" modes, all priced before payment.

Where your chauffeur meets you at MCO

Orlando International has two very different arrival halls, and knowing which one you land in saves twenty minutes of wandering.

Terminals A and B share the original main building. The airport puts the arrivals and baggage-claim curb on Level 2 there, and lists meeting spots such as the flight information boards near the security checkpoints for Gates 1–59 or 70–129, and the Hotel Atrium fountain. The Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport sits inside that same building, between Terminals A and B.

Terminal C, the newer south terminal, works differently. Its arrivals and baggage-claim curb is on Level 6, and the airport has a Meet & Greet area on Level 6, inside the terminal. If you booked meet & greet, that is where a name board is easiest to spot.

The airport's own pickup page is blunt about the curb: vehicles may not sit still unless they are actively loading, and a driver may never leave a car unattended. It also suggests allowing at least 20 minutes after landing, or 40 minutes with checked bags. That is why a pre-booked chauffeur who watches your flight is calmer than a friend circling the loop. You can read the airport's guidance on MCO's picking-up and dropping-off page.

For full detail on what a greeter does at arrivals, see our meet and greet service.

Theme parks, I-Drive and the resort corridor

Orlando is not one destination; it is four or five, spread along Interstate 4 and State Road 528 (the Beachline). The distances from MCO are what decide your morning:

  • Walt Disney World Resort, south-west near Lake Buena Vista: about 36 km (22 mi), usually 35–50 minutes.
  • Universal Orlando Resort, including Epic Universe, its fourth theme park, which opened in May 2025: roughly 24–30 km (15–19 mi), usually 30–45 minutes depending on which hotel gate you need.
  • International Drive, home to the Orange County Convention Center and a long strip of hotels: around 20–25 km, about 25–35 minutes.
  • Downtown Orlando and Lake Eola: about 21 km (13 mi), usually 25–35 minutes.

The big resort hotels each have their own porte-cochère and bell desk. Give the booker the exact hotel name, not "Disney", and the chauffeur goes straight to the right door. On a multi-day trip, many families book the airport run one way and a single "By the hour" afternoon in the middle of the week for a dinner off property or a day at the coast. Our hourly chauffeur page explains how that mode works.

Black car and chauffeur service in Orlando for business

The Orange County Convention Center on International Drive is one of the largest convention venues in the United States, and a big reason business travellers look for chauffeur service in Orlando. The OCCC's official site lists its show calendar. When a large show is in town, the I-Drive hotels fill, the convention-centre loops back up, and a chauffeur who already knows which hall entrance you need saves the part of the morning you cannot afford to lose.

What business travellers typically book:

  • Executive Black SUV (Escalade or Navigator class) or a Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class for one or two executives between MCO, the convention centre and downtown offices.
  • "By the hour" as directed for a day of site visits in Lake Nona, Downtown or Winter Park, with the car staying with you between meetings.
  • Executive Sprinter for a team of up to 12 moving from a hotel to an off-site dinner.

Chauffeurs are discreet, and NDAs are available on request. Outside the Niagara region, every vehicle class is "availability confirmed at booking", because each local operator's fleet is different. The fleet page shows the classes the booker offers.

Party bus Orlando: proms, weddings and big nights out

Orlando has a deep events calendar, and the party bus Orlando and limo rental Orlando searches follow it.

  • Concerts and games downtown at the Kia Center, home of the Orlando Magic (the arena dropped its old name in late 2023), and at the nearby stadiums west of downtown. The Kia Center's official site lists events and its bag policy.
  • Weddings at resort ballrooms, lakeside venues in Winter Park and chapels inside the theme-park resorts, where a guest shuttle loop between hotel and venue is the classic booking.
  • Proms for high schools across Orange and Seminole counties, where parents want a known vehicle, a named chauffeur and a fixed return time.
  • Bachelor and bachelorette weekends that move between I-Drive restaurants, downtown clubs and a resort pool.

Our party bus page and wedding limo page explain how groups book with us. One rule never changes: there is no drinking in vehicles booked through NiagaraFallsLimo.net, and the chauffeur never drinks. Party bus, Stretch Limousine and Stretch SUV Limousine availability is confirmed at booking.

Port Canaveral cruise transfers

Many Orlando flights end with a ship, not a hotel. Port Canaveral sits on the Atlantic coast, about 77 km (48 mi) east of MCO along the Beachline, usually 1 h – 1 h 20 without heavy traffic. The Port Canaveral official site lists cruise terminals and sailing information.

A cruise morning is the trip where a fixed fare and a known pickup time matter most. Book the airport-to-port leg with your terminal number in the notes, and the return leg for disembarkation morning. Our cruise transfers page covers luggage and timing for ship days.

Be honest with yourself about the trip. A solo traveller with a carry-on heading to one I-Drive hotel at noon will do fine with a taxi or a rideshare. If you are going on to South Florida, the Brightline train from the airport station is a real option. A pre-booked chauffeur wins when car seats are involved, when the flight lands late, when eight people and fourteen bags need to stay together, when you have a ship to catch, or when you simply want the same price whatever the time of day. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide goes deeper.

How to book an Orlando car in 3 steps

  1. Tell the booker where. Type MCO and your flight number, then the hotel, resort, ship terminal or street address, with the date and time.
  2. Pick the vehicle. Each class shows its own fixed fare before you commit: sedan, SUV, Sprinter, stretch or party bus.
  3. Add the details and pay. Passengers, bags, car seats, meet & greet and any stops; pay securely and your confirmation arrives by email.

Reserve your Orlando chauffeur

Orlando to Niagara Falls

The Orlando to Niagara Falls search is real, and the honest answer is that nobody should do it as a single car ride. By road it is about 1,925 km (1,196 mi), roughly 22–24 hours of driving before the border, which means two or three days on the road.

The practical plan is to fly north and let us take the last leg:

  • Fly to Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), then ride about 35–40 km (22–25 mi) to the Canadian Falls, usually 35–50 minutes plus the bridge. See our Buffalo Niagara airport transfer page.
  • Fly to Toronto Pearson (YYZ), then ride about 125–135 km (78–84 mi), usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 45 off-peak. See our Toronto Pearson airport transfer page.

Check your airline's own schedule for whether a nonstop runs on your date; connections are common. Landing at BUF means a land crossing into Canada with your chauffeur, so every passenger needs their own documents. US citizens can use a passport, a passport card, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card, as described by US Customs and Border Protection. Read our border crossing hub and the page on documents for entering Canada before you pack.

Once you are there, the Niagara side is home ground: Niagara Falls tour packages, a private Niagara Falls tour, Niagara Falls hotels and our travel desk for building the whole trip.

Who books cars in Orlando with us

  • Individuals: consultants at the convention centre who want the same car at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Couples: a honeymoon arrival, or an anniversary dinner away from the parks without a rental car.
  • Families: the reason we exist here; car seats fitted, strollers loaded, nobody waiting at a shuttle stop.
  • Groups: wedding parties, school trips and reunions in a Sprinter or a coach on request.

The rules that come with every booking

The cancellation terms are the same as for a Niagara ride, counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline, printed on your confirmation. The booker never hides a fee after payment; the fixed fare is the fare.

If your trip covers more of Florida, our Tampa limo service and Miami car service pages work the same way, as does Fort Lauderdale. The full list of cities is on our US car service hub.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a limo in Orlando?

It depends on the vehicle, the distance and the time. The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, so a resort transfer and a downtown dinner each get their own clear figure. There are no surge multipliers after you book.

Where do I meet my driver at Orlando International Airport?

In Terminals A and B, arrivals and baggage claim are on Level 2, with meeting spots near the security checkpoint information boards. In Terminal C, arrivals are on Level 6, where the airport has a Meet & Greet area inside the terminal. Your confirmation and the chauffeur's message tell you the exact spot.

Can you put car seats in an Orlando airport car?

Yes. Choose child, toddler or booster seats in the booker when you reserve, with the number of each. The seats are confirmed with the vehicle, so they are fitted before you land. Tell us the children's ages in the notes if you are unsure which seat fits.

Can I book a car from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral?

Yes. Port Canaveral is about 77 km (48 mi) from MCO, usually a little over an hour by the Beachline. Put your ship and terminal in the booking notes, and book the return leg for disembarkation day at the same time, so both fares are fixed.

Can I book a car from Orlando to Niagara Falls?

Not as a sensible single ride; it is about 1,925 km of driving. Fly to Buffalo Niagara (BUF) or Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and book the airport transfer with us. From BUF the Canadian Falls are about 35–40 km away, and your chauffeur crosses the bridge with you.

Is the Orlando car driven by your own chauffeur?

No. In Orlando, the vehicle is provided by an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes your booking, sets the service standard and remains your contact throughout.

Do you offer party bus rental in Orlando?

Party bus, Stretch Limousine and Stretch SUV Limousine requests are accepted through the booker, with availability confirmed at booking. Tell us the date, the number of guests and the stops. Drinking on board is not permitted on any vehicle booked through us.

What is your cancellation policy for Orlando bookings?

Counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice is free; 72 hours or less costs 10%; 48 hours or less 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may show a different deadline on the confirmation.
