Toronto is where most of our trips begin. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books Toronto limo service for the whole city: airport cars from Pearson and Billy Bishop, black cars for a day of meetings, a stretch limousine for a wedding at Casa Loma, a party bus for a Raptors night, and the long run down the QEW to the Falls. The car, the chauffeur and the dispatch are ours, the booking is online, and the fare is fixed before you pay.
This page is about moving around Toronto. The trip to Niagara Falls has its own detailed route page, and we point you to it below with a short summary.
What does Toronto limo service with NiagaraFallsLimo.net include?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net provides pre-booked Toronto limo service: Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Billy Bishop (YTZ) airport cars, hourly black cars, wedding and prom limos, party buses for games and concerts, and Toronto to Niagara Falls trips of about 130 km. Enter your pickup in the online booker, choose a vehicle and see the fixed all-in fare first.
In Ontario every booking is dispatched by NiagaraFallsLimo.net with its own licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs. One 24/7 reservations desk handles changes, flight delays and late returns, so a Friday dinner booking and a Monday airport run are looked after by the same people.
Toronto airport limo: Pearson and Billy Bishop
Toronto has two passenger airports with very different pickups, and the chauffeur needs to know which one you are using.
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) sits just west of the city, on the Mississauga side of Etobicoke. Pearson's own pre-arranged services page names Terminal 1 Door A and Terminal 3 Door A as the pickup points for pre-booked cars, and requires operators to register each pickup. What that means for you:
- Put the flight number in the booker. The pickup time follows the real landing, early or late.
- Choose meet and greet if you want the chauffeur inside arrivals holding a name board; otherwise you meet at Door A once your bags are off the belt.
- A family with car seats or a group with golf bags gets the right vehicle waiting, instead of a queue at the taxi stand.
A downtown hotel is roughly 25–30 km from Pearson by the 427 and the Gardiner. For the full arrivals walkthrough and onward trips, see our Toronto Pearson airport transfer page.
Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is on the Toronto Islands, a few minutes from the Financial District. Passengers reach the mainland through a 260 m (853 ft) pedestrian tunnel under the lake or on the short ferry across the Western Gap. The airport's pick-up and drop-off page limits waiting in the free spots inside the turning circle to five minutes, which is why we time a YTZ pickup to your walk through the tunnel rather than to the scheduled landing. Since March 10, 2026, Billy Bishop has offered US preclearance, so passengers bound for the United States clear US immigration and customs before they board. Our Billy Bishop journal post covers island arrivals heading to the Falls.

Downtown pickups: hotels, condo towers and Union Station
Most Toronto pickups are one of three kinds.
- Hotels in the Financial District, King West and Yorkville. The chauffeur waits at the front entrance or the porte-cochère and comes to the desk if you ask. Give the hotel name, not just the street address, because several towers share an address with an office lobby.
- Condo towers. CityPlace, the waterfront and Liberty Village buildings often have a single tight lay-by. Tell us the building's name, the concierge desk and any visitor parking rule; the chauffeur messages you on arrival rather than circling.
- Union Station. GO trains, UP Express and VIA Rail all arrive here. We track the train like a flight and meet at a door agreed in the booking notes, usually on Front Street.
If you arrived by rail from another city, our train station transfers page explains how rail pickups are timed.
Black car service Toronto: hourly cars for business
"Car service Toronto" usually means one of two things: a single ride across town, or a car and chauffeur held for half a day. The booker's By the hour mode handles the second. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle between meetings, keeps your bags secure and moves when you text.
Typical hourly bookings:
- A roadshow on Bay Street, near Pearson and in Markham.
- A YTZ arrival, two downtown meetings and an evening flight out of Pearson.
- A board dinner, the car waiting outside for a late finish.
Chauffeurs are discreet and an NDA is available on request. For accounts, invoicing and repeat travellers, see our corporate car service page and the hourly chauffeur service details.
Party bus Toronto and limo rental for games and concerts
Toronto's big nights mostly happen within a few blocks of the lake, and getting a group of ten there together is half the plan.
- Scotiabank Arena, 40 Bay Street, home of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors, according to the arena's site.
- Rogers Centre, 1 Blue Jays Way, for Blue Jays games and stadium concerts.
- BMO Field, 170 Princes' Boulevard, home of Toronto FC, the Toronto Argonauts and Canada Soccer.
Streets around these venues close or jam at the final whistle. We agree a drop-off a short walk from the doors and a pickup corner for afterwards, and the chauffeur waits nearby rather than idling in a closed lane.
For a group, the Party Bus carries up to 12 and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16; an Executive Sprinter seats 12 for a more businesslike night. Coaches are available on request for larger groups. Availability of party buses and stretches is confirmed at booking. There is no drinking in our vehicles: Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 restricts open alcohol in a moving or parked vehicle with no limousine exception, and our chauffeurs never drink. If the night calls for a bottle, the booker can add one sealed, to be opened later at home.
Our party bus service page explains how a night is planned, and concerts and sports transportation covers event timing.
Wedding limo and prom limo in Toronto
Toronto weddings often spread a ceremony, photos and a reception across different neighbourhoods.
Casa Loma at 1 Austin Terrace is a castle completed in 1914, set in five acres of gardens in midtown; its weddings page lists the Conservatory with its stained-glass dome, the Library, the Glass Pavilion, the Terrace and a Great Hall with a 60-foot ceiling. The circular drive suits a stretch limousine arrival. The Distillery District at 55 Mill Street, a National Historic Site of Victorian industrial buildings, is a favourite for photos among the brick lanes; its Winter Village opens for the 2026 season on Thursday, November 12, with timed tickets at peak hours, so allow extra time for a December shoot.
A common pairing is a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach for the couple and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party. Read our wedding limo service and prom limo service pages for timelines; prom nights follow the school's own arrival and departure rules.
How Toronto's limousine rules shape your booking
Toronto licenses limousines, and its Municipal Code Chapter 546 requires that a limousine trip be pre-arranged through a limousine service company at least 20 minutes before pickup. It also bars limousines from staging within 200 m of a hotel, theatre or entertainment venue unless a booked pickup is due within 20 minutes. You can read the rules in the City of Toronto's Chapter 546.
In practice, nobody can flag a limousine outside a show. Book ahead and agree the pickup point in the notes; the car that arrives is the one in your confirmation.
Toronto to Niagara Falls and back
For many visitors the reason to book a Toronto limo is the trip to the Falls. The drive is about 130 km (81 mi) on the Gardiner Expressway and the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), usually 1 h 30 – 1 h 50 off-peak; allow two hours or more on a summer Friday afternoon. Gardiner rehabilitation work between Dufferin Street and Strachan Avenue can slow the first few kilometres, so the chauffeur sometimes joins the QEW further west.
As a day trip, a typical timetable:
- 8:00 pickup at your hotel or condo.
- About 9:40 drop-off near Table Rock for the Horseshoe Falls, then Journey Behind the Falls or a boat.
- Midday north along the Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake for lunch or a wine tour by limo.
- Late afternoon back on the QEW, at your door before dinner.
Overnight, the chauffeur drops you at a Fallsview hotel and collects you the next day; book the room through our travel desk. One way suits anyone continuing to Buffalo or flying out of BUF.

Check your fixed fare to the Falls and back
Getting around Toronto: transit, apps, taxis or a chauffeur
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TTC subway and streetcar | Good downtown, slower to the suburbs | Set TTC fare | What you can carry | Solo trips in the core |
| UP Express (Pearson to Union) | 28 minutes station to station, as advertised | Set fare published by UP Express | Suitcases on board, then a walk | Light travellers staying near Union |
| Rideshare app | Wait for a driver | Surge pricing after games and in storms | Varies by car | Short rides without plans |
| Taxi | Rank or street hail | Metered | 2–4 bags | Quick hops with no booking |
| Driving yourself | Downtown parking and closures | Rental, fuel, parking | Plenty | Long stays outside the city |
| Pre-booked chauffeur | Car waiting at the time you set | Fixed fare via the booker | Matched to the vehicle class | Families, groups, events, late flights |
An honest view: inside the downtown core the TTC is quick and inexpensive, and UP Express is hard to beat for one person with a carry-on heading to a hotel near Union Station. A taxi or rideshare is fine for a short daytime hop. A pre-booked chauffeur wins when you have child seats, five people and their luggage, a wedding schedule, a game night when the apps surge, a midnight landing, or a trip across the border to Buffalo. Our guide to chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare goes further.
Picking the right vehicle for a Toronto booking
Up to three with two large bags fit a Standard Sedan; two executives usually take the Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class. Six people with six bags need a Standard SUV or Executive Black SUV. From seven to twelve, choose a Stretch Limousine, Executive Sprinter or Party Bus. Models are "or similar" and confirmed at booking; photos are on our fleet page.
How to book Toronto limo service in 3 steps
- Tell the booker where and when. Pickup and drop-off (a hotel, condo, Union Station, Pearson terminal or venue), the date and time, and any flight or train number.
- Choose your car. Each class shows its fixed fare for that exact trip; pick "By the hour" for events and meetings.
- Finish the details and pay. List who is travelling, their bags, any child seats, meet and greet and notes for the chauffeur; payment is secure and your confirmation comes by email.

Who books Toronto limo service
Individuals book Pearson runs, early YTZ departures and late returns from dinner. Couples book anniversary evenings, proposals and wedding-day cars. Families take SUVs with car seats fitted before pickup, often on the day they head to the Falls. Groups book Sprinters, stretches and party buses for stag and hen nights, playoff games and office parties; our groups page explains how we plan multi-vehicle nights. Visitors from western Canada combining Toronto with Niagara may like fitting Niagara into a Toronto visit, and international visitors should check the Canadian eTA guide before flying.
Changes and cancellation
Cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup and nothing is charged. Inside 72 hours the charge is 10%, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, 100%. Proms, long weekends and large weddings can have their own deadline, which your confirmation states.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Toronto?

Can a limo pick us up in Toronto for a day trip to Niagara Falls and bring us back?
Yes. Book a return trip or "By the hour" from your hotel or condo. The drive is about 130 km each way, usually 1 h 30 – 1 h 50 off-peak, and the chauffeur stays with you at the Falls and in Niagara-on-the-Lake before driving you home.
Which Toronto airport is closer to downtown?
Billy Bishop (YTZ), on the islands just off downtown. Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is about 25–30 km west by road. We pick up at both and track your flight.

Pearson names Terminal 1 Door A and Terminal 3 Door A as the pickup points for pre-arranged cars. With meet and greet added in the booker, the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board and walks you out.

Can we drink in a Toronto party bus?
No. Drinking is not allowed in our vehicles, and Ontario law restricts open alcohol in a motor vehicle with no limousine exception. Plan the night around venues; a sealed bottle can be added as a gift to take away.
How many people fit in a Toronto party bus?
Our Party Bus carries up to 12 and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, with availability confirmed at booking. Larger groups can add a second vehicle or ask for a coach.
