Booking & fares

How do I book a car with NiagaraFallsLimo.net?

Enter your pickup, drop-off, date and time in the NiagaraFallsLimo.net booker, choose a vehicle, add passengers and extras, then pay securely. A trip from Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls, about 120–130 km, shows its fixed fare before payment, and confirmation arrives by email.

Why don't you publish a rate card?

Because the booker prices your actual trip. It shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, which is more useful than a range that might not fit your journey.

Is the fare really fixed?

Yes. The fare you see before payment is the fare for the trip as booked. If you add stops, extend the hours or change vehicles, the booker or the desk re-prices the change before it is confirmed.

Can I book by the hour?

Yes. "By the hour" is a booker mode, alongside point to point, return trips and multi-stop journeys. It suits sightseeing, meetings across the region and evenings out. See hourly chauffeur.

Can someone else book for me?

Yes. Travel agents, hotel concierges, assistants and planners book on behalf of travellers every day. The passenger's name goes on the booking and confirmations can go to both. See travel agencies.

Airports & flights

Which airports do you serve?

Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Buffalo Niagara (BUF), Hamilton (YHM), Billy Bishop (YTZ), Niagara Falls International (IAG), Rochester (ROC) and Kitchener-Waterloo (YKF), plus private-jet terminals. The airport transfers hub has a page for each.

How long is the drive from Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls?

About 120–130 km (75–80 mi), usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak on the QEW. Allow 2 hours or more on a summer Friday afternoon or a holiday weekend. See Pearson to Niagara Falls.

What if my flight is late?

Airport pickups are flight-tracked, so the chauffeur works to your actual landing time, not the time on the booking. If your flight is cancelled or diverted to another airport, call the 24/7 desk.

Where will the chauffeur meet me?

With meet & greet, inside arrivals with a name board. Without it, at the airport's pre-arranged pickup area; at Toronto Pearson that is Terminal 1 Door A or Terminal 3 Door A. Your confirmation gives the details.

Do you pick up at train stations?

Yes. Train arrivals are tracked too. We meet VIA Rail and GO trains at Niagara Falls station, 4267 Bridge Street, and Amtrak at Niagara Falls, New York. See train station transfers.

Border crossings

Can you drive us between Canada and the United States?

Yes. Cross-border trips are normal service, and the chauffeur crosses the bridge with you. See cross-border car service and the border crossing hub.

What documents does each passenger need?

Every passenger must carry their own valid documents. Canada's requirements are on the CBSA travel documents page; US land-border documents are on CBP's WHTI page. Our documents for entering Canada guide summarises them.

How long will the border take?

We don't promise crossing times because nobody can predict them. CBSA and CBP publish live estimates; check them before you leave and build slack into timed plans. See border wait times.

Can we use the NEXUS-only Whirlpool Rapids Bridge?

Only if every person in the car, chauffeur included, is a NEXUS member carrying their card. Otherwise we cross by the Rainbow or Lewiston-Queenston bridge. See NEXUS and trusted travellers.

Are bridge tolls included?

Tolls are charged only in the Canada-bound direction. The Niagara Falls Bridge Commission lists its current tolls; a car pays US$6.00 or CA$8.50 as of 2026. Your booker fare is all-in for the trip as booked.

Do children need a consent letter?

Canada doesn't legally require one, but officials may ask. Global Affairs Canada says any child under 19 travelling without both parents should carry a consent letter. See crossing with children.

Tours & occasions

Do you run Niagara-on-the-Lake wine tours?

Yes. Niagara-on-the-Lake is about 20–25 km (15 mi) from the Falls hotels. The chauffeur drives so nobody drives after tastings. See the Niagara wine tour limo page.

Can we drink in the vehicle?

No. There is no drinking in our vehicles. Niagara Region's by-law forbids vehicle-for-hire drivers to permit alcohol consumption, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. A sealed bottle can be added in the booker as a gift to take away.

Do you do day tours from Toronto?

Yes. Downtown Toronto is about 130 km from the Falls. A chauffeur collects you, drives the sights you choose and brings you back. See the Toronto to Niagara Falls day tour.

Do you drive weddings and proms?

Yes, from the couple's car to guest shuttles, plus prom cars for graduating students. See wedding limo and prom limo. Big weddings and proms may carry a different cancellation deadline.

Vehicles & safety

What vehicles can I book?

Sedans, Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class, Standard and Executive Black SUVs, Mercedes-Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Stretch Limousines, Stretch SUV Limousines, Executive Sprinters, an Executive Jet Sprinter and a Party Bus, each "or similar". The fleet page lists passenger and bag limits.

How many people fit in an SUV?

Up to 6 passengers with 6 bags in a Standard SUV or Executive Black SUV. For more people, an Executive Sprinter takes up to 12 with carry-on bags only, and coaches are available on request.

Do you supply child seats?

Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats are booker options. Ontario's child car seat guidance sets out which seat suits which age and weight; add the right one when you book.

Can you carry a wheelchair or a service animal?

A wheelchair option is in the booker; tell us whether the chair folds. Trained service animals are welcome. See accessible transportation.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Yes. Vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured. Chauffeurs are discreet, and NDAs are available on request.

Changes & cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?

Counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice no charge; 72 hours or less 10%; 48 hours or less 50%; 24 hours or less or no-show 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline printed on the confirmation.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Change it in your booking or call the 24/7 desk. Any change that affects the fare, such as a new vehicle, an extra stop or more hours, is re-priced before it is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hire a limousine in Niagara Falls, Ontario?

Yes. NiagaraFallsLimo.net offers pre-booked sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and stretch limousines across Niagara Falls and the region, by the trip or by the hour, with a fixed fare shown before you pay.

How much is a limo from Toronto to Niagara Falls?

The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. The trip is about 130 km from downtown Toronto, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak.

Are there Ubers in Niagara Falls?

Yes, rideshare apps operate there, with prices that rise with demand. Niagara Falls International notes rideshare may not cross the border. A pre-booked chauffeur gives a fixed fare and a confirmed vehicle.

Is there a train from Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls?

Not directly. You would take UP Express to Union Station, then a GO train or coach to Niagara Falls. It works for light travellers; families with bags usually prefer a car. See getting to Niagara by train and bus.

Is it better to fly into Toronto or Buffalo for Niagara Falls?

Buffalo Niagara is about 40–45 km from the Canadian falls but includes a border crossing. Toronto Pearson is about 120–130 km away and keeps you in Canada. Decide on flights and documents.

How long does it take to get from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls, Canada?

About 40–45 km (26 mi), roughly 45 minutes of driving, plus the border. Crossing times vary and we never promise one. See Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls.

How do I get to Niagara-on-the-Lake without a car?

WEGO's Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle connects at the Floral Clock, and taxis run locally. For a winery day or a theatre night, a chauffeur is simpler. See Niagara Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Do you need a car at Niagara Falls?

Not for the main riverfront sights, which WEGO buses and walking cover. A car helps for wineries, the US side, outlet shopping and airport runs, which is where a chauffeur saves parking and driving.

Is a limo more expensive than Uber?

It depends on the trip, the vehicle and the time. Rideshare fares change with demand; our fare is fixed before you book. Compare both for your date, and see our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide.

Do you work with hotels and travel agents?

Yes. Concierges, agents and planners book direct with our desk, with accounts, invoices and VIP notes. Trade terms on request through the reservations desk. See hotel partnerships.
