Door-to-door chauffeured cars between every Fallsview and Clifton Hill hotel, the wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake, all four Niagara border bridges, Toronto Pearson, Buffalo Niagara, Hamilton and Billy Bishop airports, and the attractions on both sides of the river.

New Orleans plans its fun in groups. A bachelorette party of eleven, a wedding with a second line, a convention dinner for thirty, a Saints game with the whole office: that is why party bus New Orleans is searched more than any other chauffeur phrase in the city, and why a vehicle big enough for everyone, with one fixed price, matters here more than in most places.

NiagaraFallsLimo.net is a reservations desk based in Niagara, Canada, that books chauffeured transportation across the United States. In New Orleans, the vehicle and the chauffeur are provided by an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. We take your booking, hold the operator to our standard, and stay your point of contact the whole way through. We have no New Orleans office or garage, and we do not claim one.

Can I book a party bus or limo service in New Orleans online?

Yes. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books party buses, stretch limousines, SUVs and sedans in New Orleans, including Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) pickups about 26 km (16 mi) from the French Quarter, usually 25–40 minutes. Enter your trip online, compare fixed fares by vehicle, pay, and a licensed network chauffeur is assigned.

The booker prices any address in the metro area: point to point, return trips, multi-stop nights and "By the hour" bookings. The fare it shows is all-in, before you pay. For airport arrivals the chauffeur tracks your flight; meet & greet, child seats and a wheelchair option are all chosen in the booker.

Price your New Orleans group ride

Bachelorette and bachelor weekends

This is the city's signature group booking, and it has its own logistics.

  • Sizing the vehicle. The booker offers a Party Bus for up to 12, a Stretch Limousine for up to 8, a Stretch SUV Limousine for up to 16 and an Executive Sprinter for up to 12. For bigger parties, coaches are available on request. Availability for every stretch and party class is confirmed at booking.
  • Plotting the stops. A typical evening runs from a Garden District or Warehouse District rental to dinner, then to Frenchmen Street for live music, then back. Put every stop in the booker's multi-stop mode, or book "By the hour" and let the night run.
  • No drinking on board. New Orleans is famous for its go-cups, but the rule for any vehicle booked through us is the same as in Niagara: no drinking in the car, and the chauffeur never drinks. The vehicle is the safe way between places, not the bar.

Our bachelor and bachelorette limo and party bus pages explain how group bookings, deposits and timing work.

Getting into the French Quarter by car

The French Quarter (the Vieux Carré) is a grid of narrow one-way streets built long before cars. Several facts shape every pickup there:

  • Bourbon Street and other blocks are often closed to vehicles during big events and busy nights; the City of New Orleans publishes closure notices for each major event on nola.gov.
  • A stretch limousine or party bus cannot turn into every Quarter street, so the chauffeur will usually stop on a wider edge street such as Canal Street, North Rampart Street or Decatur Street, or at your hotel's own entrance.
  • Many hotels on Canal Street and in the Central Business District have proper drive-up entrances, which makes them the easiest pickup points for large vehicles.

Give the booker your exact hotel or rental address, and add a note if it sits on a pedestrian block. The chauffeur will message an agreed corner. That is one advantage of a known chauffeur over a rideshare that may cancel when the pin lands on a closed street.

New Orleans airport car service at MSY

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is not in New Orleans proper; it sits west of the city in Kenner, on the far side of Metairie. Interstate 10 is the direct route into town, and it is also where the evening traffic builds.

Typical times from MSY:

  • French Quarter and Central Business District: about 26 km (16 mi), usually 25–40 minutes.
  • Convention centre and Warehouse District hotels: similar distance, usually 25–40 minutes.
  • Uptown and the Garden District: usually 30–45 minutes, depending on the I-10 merge and St. Charles Avenue traffic.

The airport is open 24 hours. Arrivals collect bags on Level 1 Baggage Claim, and the airport's Ground Transportation Center sits outside Level 1 Baggage Claim, where courtesy shuttles use Doors 1 through 5, as described on MSY's shuttles page. For a booking through us, the chauffeur either waits inside with a name board (if you add meet & greet) or messages the exact door. Our meet and greet service explains both options.

Superdome, Smoothie King Center and game nights

The Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints, and the Smoothie King Center next door, home of the Pelicans, sit together on the edge of the Central Business District. When both host events on the same evening, Poydras Street and the surrounding blocks are some of the most congested in the city. The Caesars Superdome official site lists events, entry rules and bag policies.

For game nights and concerts, the classic booking is a group drop-off at an agreed corner before the event and a pickup at a pre-set point afterwards. Write both points in the booking notes. If the plan changes during the event, message the desk. Our concerts and sports transportation page has more ideas for event nights.

Black car and chauffeur service for conventions and business

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center stretches along the riverfront in the Warehouse District and brings in large conventions through much of the year. The convention centre's official site lists upcoming shows. When a big show opens, hotels in the CBD fill and the convention centre's drop-off lanes back up at peak hours.

What business travellers usually book:

  • Standard Sedan or Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class from MSY to a CBD hotel, with the return booked at the same time.
  • Executive Black SUV for a small team and a client dinner Uptown.
  • "By the hour" as directed for a day of meetings between the CBD, the convention centre and offices in Metairie. Our hourly chauffeur service explains how the car stays with you.
  • Executive Sprinter for an off-site dinner with up to 12 people.

Discretion is part of the job, and an NDA can be arranged on request. See the vehicle classes on our fleet page; in New Orleans every class is confirmed at booking.

Weddings, Mardi Gras and festival season

New Orleans weddings often move: a ceremony in one neighbourhood, photos in a historic square, a reception in a ballroom or a courtyard somewhere else. A Stretch Limousine for the couple and a Sprinter or coach for the wedding party is a common combination. Our wedding limo service page covers planning and timing.

During the weeks before Mardi Gras Day, parade routes close streets Uptown, along St. Charles Avenue and downtown, and large parts of the city become very hard to drive across. The city's Mardi Gras information page links route and traffic information. If you are booking in parade season, tell us your hotel and your plans, and the chauffeur will plan around closures, which can mean an earlier pickup and a walk to the vehicle. Festival weekends in spring bring similar pressure, so book early.

Cruise transfers to the Mississippi riverfront

The Port of New Orleans runs its cruise terminals on Port of New Orleans Place along the river, upriver from the French Quarter near the convention centre. The Port lists the Erato Street Cruise Terminal and the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, and warns drivers not to try entering Port of New Orleans Place from Julia Street or Poydras Street. The Port's parking and directions page has the details.

Book MSY to the terminal, or your hotel to the terminal, and the return for disembarkation morning, with the ship name and terminal in the notes. Our cruise transfer service page has more on luggage and timing.

The fair verdict: for two people with light bags going from MSY to a CBD hotel in daylight, a taxi or a rideshare is perfectly fine, and the St. Charles streetcar is a pleasure for short hops once you are in town. A pre-booked chauffeur is the better choice for a group that wants to stay together, a wedding with a timetable, a late arrival, a cruise morning, or any night when you want the price settled before the evening begins. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide sets out the trade-offs.

  3. Add guests and pay. Passenger count, bags, seats, meet & greet, notes for the chauffeur; pay securely and the confirmation arrives by email.

New Orleans to Niagara Falls

It is about 2,023 km (1,257 mi) by road from New Orleans to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, roughly 23–25 hours of driving before the border. That is two or three days in a car, so we do not suggest it as one booking.

Fly north instead and let us take the final stretch:

  • Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF): from the arrivals curb it is 35–40 km (22–25 mi), around 35–50 minutes, to the Canadian side, plus whatever the bridge adds that day. Use our Buffalo Niagara airport transfer page.
  • Toronto Pearson (YYZ): the longer ride, 125–135 km (78–84 mi) round the western end of Lake Ontario, generally 1 h 20 – 1 h 45 when the highway is moving. See our Toronto Pearson airport transfer page.

Check with your airline whether a nonstop operates on your dates. From BUF, the chauffeur drives you across the border, and every passenger carries their own documents: US citizens can use a passport, a passport card, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card. Our border crossing guide and the checklist of documents for entering Canada cover the details.

On the Niagara side, look at our Niagara Falls tour packages, the private Niagara Falls tour, Niagara Falls hotels and the travel desk for planning the stay.

Who books New Orleans cars with us

  • Individuals: conference delegates who want the same reliable car to and from the airport.
  • Couples: a wedding, an anniversary, or a dinner Uptown without the parking search.
  • Families: a cruise departure with children, car seats and a week of bags.
  • Groups: bachelorette parties, wedding parties, office outings and game nights.

Cancellation terms

Notice is measured from the scheduled pickup. Cancel with more than 72 hours to go and nothing is charged; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Big weddings, festival dates and long weekends may carry a different deadline, printed on your confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a party bus in New Orleans?

That depends on the bus size, the hours and the route. The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact trip and vehicle before you pay, whether it is a three-stop bachelorette night or a run to the Superdome. Nothing is added after booking.

Can a limo pick us up on Bourbon Street?

Often not directly. Bourbon Street and other French Quarter blocks are frequently closed to vehicles during events and busy nights, and large vehicles cannot use every narrow street. The chauffeur will agree a nearby corner, often on Canal, Rampart or Decatur Street, or your hotel's entrance.

How far is New Orleans airport from the French Quarter?

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is in Kenner, about 26 km (16 mi) from the French Quarter. The ride usually takes 25–40 minutes by Interstate 10, longer at evening rush hour or during big events downtown.

Can we drink in the party bus?

No. There is no drinking on board any vehicle booked through NiagaraFallsLimo.net, and the chauffeur never drinks. The party bus takes your group safely between restaurants, music venues and your hotel; the celebrating happens at the stops.

Can I book a car from New Orleans airport to the cruise terminal?

Yes. Book MSY to the Erato Street or Julia Street Cruise Terminal, with your ship in the notes, and add the return leg for disembarkation day. Both fares are fixed at booking and the chauffeur tracks your flight.

Is it possible to get from New Orleans to Niagara Falls by car service?

Not sensibly as one ride; it is about 2,023 km. The workable plan is a flight to Buffalo Niagara (BUF) or Toronto Pearson (YYZ), then a transfer booked with us. From BUF the Canadian Falls are about 35–40 km, and the chauffeur crosses the border with you.

Who provides the vehicle in New Orleans?

A licensed, commercially insured independent operator from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network supplies both. We handle the booking, apply our standards and remains your contact for changes and questions.
