Booking a car for yourself is easy. Booking twenty arrivals for a sales conference, a weekend of winery transfers for a tour group, or a 3 a.m. Pearson pickup for a hotel guest's delayed flight is a different job. NiagaraFallsLimo.net handles corporate transportation in Niagara for organizations that book on behalf of others: companies, travel agencies, hotels and event or wedding planners. Each has its own guide below.
How does corporate transportation in Niagara work?
Corporate transportation means pre-booked chauffeured cars for staff, clients or guests. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives delegates from Toronto Pearson, about 125 km and usually 1 h 25 – 1 h 45 away, to Niagara venues and hotels. Each trip is booked online with the passenger's details and a fixed fare, and the confirmation is emailed.
The four business guides:
- Corporate car service: executives, roadshows, board meetings, conferences and cross-border days.
- Travel agent bookings: arranging airport transfers, tours and wine days for clients.
- Hotel concierge transportation: cars for guests arriving, departing or exploring.
- Wedding and event planner transportation: guest shuttles, couples' cars and timelines.
What business bookers can rely on
- A fixed all-in fare before booking. Every class shows its fare for the exact trip, so a budget can be built line by line without waiting for quotes.
- Written confirmation by email for every booking, which you can forward to the traveller.
- Flight and train tracking, so pickups follow real arrival times.
- Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board, as a booker option. See meet and greet.
- One 24/7 reservations desk for changes on the day.
- Licensed, commercially insured vehicles and chauffeurs, who are discreet. NDAs are available on request for confidential work.
- Clear cancellation terms. The clock runs from the scheduled pickup time. Cancel with over 72 hours to go and nothing is charged; inside 72 hours the charge is 10%, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the full fare. Large events can have their own deadline, shown on the confirmation.

Companies and conferences
Niagara Falls hosts a steady calendar of conferences, sales meetings and incentive trips. The city's convention centre is the Niagara Falls Convention Centre on Stanley Avenue, and Niagara Falls Tourism runs a meetings and conventions programme for planners. Delegates usually fly into Toronto Pearson or Buffalo and stay at the large Fallsview hotels, including the Fallsview Casino Resort hotel.

Typical corporate work includes executive transfers in an Executive Black SUV or Mercedes-Benz S-Class, delegate waves from Toronto Pearson in Executive Sprinters, by-the-hour cars for site visits, and long runs to Toronto, Hamilton or Buffalo offices through our city to city rides. VIP guests and speakers often need a private chauffeur, and some arrive by business jet through our private jet and FBO transfers. Details are in the corporate car service guide.
Cross-border business days
Niagara sits on the border with Western New York, and plenty of business trips use both countries: a morning in Buffalo, an afternoon in St. Catharines. The chauffeur crosses the bridge with your traveller and stays with the vehicle, but each passenger must carry their own valid document. American travellers can check which papers U.S. Customs and Border Protection accepts at land crossings on its WHTI page. We never promise how long a crossing will take, so build buffer time into any meeting schedule. Our cross-border car service page and the guide to documents for entering the USA explain the rest, and Buffalo airport transfers cover arrivals into BUF, about 40–45 km (25–28 mi) from Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Travel agencies
Agents book us for clients who want the arrival handled: a Pearson meet and greet, a private day at the falls, a wine afternoon, a transfer to a Niagara-on-the-Lake inn. The booker accepts the traveller's name, flight and contact details, and the confirmation can be forwarded to your client. Because every fare is fixed before booking, it is simple to build into a package. The travel agent bookings guide explains how to set up trips for clients.
Hotels and concierges
Concierges arrange cars for guests at all hours: an early departure to Pearson, a late arrival from Buffalo, a winery day, an anniversary dinner. Flight tracking and meet and greet take the worry out of arrivals, and child seats can be added for families. The hotel concierge transportation guide covers booking for guests and handling changes.
Event and wedding planners
Planners need vehicles in waves: guests from hotels to the ceremony, the wedding party in a stretch limousine or Rolls-Royce, a Sprinter loop to the reception, and late-night returns. Large weddings can carry their own cancellation deadline, printed on the confirmation. No one drinks in our vehicles, which Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire rules do not allow, so plan any toast for the venue. See the event and wedding planners guide, our wedding limo service and group transportation.
How to book for a traveller in 3 steps
- Enter each trip. Pickup and drop-off (terminal, FBO, hotel, venue, office or winery), date and time, and the flight or train number.
- Choose the vehicle. Each class shows its fixed fare for that trip: sedans and S-Class for executives, SUVs for small teams, Sprinters for groups of up to twelve.
- Add the traveller's details and pay. Passenger name for the name board, number of people, bags, meet and greet, child seats and notes such as an NDA request. Pay securely; the email confirmation can be forwarded to your traveller.

Corporate transportation in Niagara: options compared
| Option | Door-to-door time (Buffalo airport to a Fallsview hotel) | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare | roughly 45 min – 1 h 15, if the driver will cross | surge pricing; many app drivers stay on one side | 1–2 cases | a US-side meeting with no border |
| Taxi | roughly 45 min – 1 h 15 | metered | 1–3 cases | single legs between nearby addresses |
| Bus or train | several hours with connections | fare set by each operator | carry your own | rarely practical for this trip |
| Rental car | about 45 min – 1 h plus the counter and the border | rental, fuel, parking; check cross-border rules | as much as fits | staff driving themselves all week |
| Chartered coach | set by the group's schedule | quoted by the coach operator | under-floor holds | groups of 30 or more |
| Chauffeured car or Sprinter | about 40–55 min plus the bridge | fixed fare via the booker | matched to the class | executives, VIPs, delegate waves, border days, events |
A taxi between two hotels on the same boulevard is perfectly sensible. A chauffeured vehicle wins when the traveller is important to the business, arrives late, crosses the border, travels with a team, or must be at a podium on time. For groups larger than a Sprinter, coaches are available on request; see our groups page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveller's name, phone number and flight details in the booker, and the name board for meet and greet shows the name you choose. The emailed confirmation can be forwarded to the passenger.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Every booking is made through the online booker at a fixed fare. For recurring or large programmes, such as a conference or a season of events, contact the reservations desk through the contact page to discuss how to organize your bookings.
Can you move conference delegates from the airport?
Yes. Executive Sprinters carry up to twelve with carry-on bags, Standard SUVs carry six with six bags, and coaches are available on request for larger groups. Arrivals are tracked by flight number, and meet and greet keeps delegates together inside arrivals.
Will your chauffeurs keep business information confidential?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are discreet as standard, and NDAs are available on request. Mention it in the booking notes and the desk follows up before the trip.
Can you drive executives between Niagara and Buffalo offices?
Yes. Buffalo meetings are routine for us: the chauffeur drives your executive over the bridge and back. Each traveller brings their own valid document, and because queues vary, leave slack in the meeting schedule.
What is the cancellation policy for business bookings?
The same terms apply to every booking, measured back from the pickup time: no charge beyond 72 hours, then 10% within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show. A conference or wedding block may have its own deadline on the confirmation.
