Las Vegas is the rare city where the limo is part of the plan rather than a way to get to it. More than 5,000 searches a month are for a party bus here, more than for anything else on this page, and most of them are not asking how to cross town: they want the bachelor weekend, the birthday, the wedding party or the client night to move as one group from the hotel to dinner to a show and back. The geography helps. Harry Reid International sits just south of the Strip, the big resorts line one boulevard, and the arenas are a short drive apart. What makes a night go wrong is the wait between those places.
How does Las Vegas limo service work through NiagaraFallsLimo.net?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books limos, party buses, SUVs and sedans in Las Vegas, Nevada, from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), about 9–12 km (6–7 mi) from the centre of the Strip, usually 15–25 minutes. Enter the flight and hotel in the online booker, choose a vehicle, see the fixed all-in fare and pay.
The chauffeur and vehicle in Las Vegas come from an independent operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, licensed, commercially insured and vetted by us. In Nevada, for-hire passenger carriers are regulated by the Nevada Transportation Authority, which publishes an online tool to verify a carrier's certificate. NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes the booking and the payment and remains your point of contact for every change. We do not run a Las Vegas office or employ local staff there.
The booker prices any Las Vegas address: point to point, return, multi-stop and "By the hour". Every class outside the Niagara region is "availability confirmed at booking", because partner fleets differ.
Las Vegas airport limo at Harry Reid International
Harry Reid International Airport has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and they are not interchangeable, so check which one your airline uses. The airport's limousine page is simple about pre-booked cars: if you have arranged limo or car service in advance, your driver meets you in baggage claim. Walk-up limousines and shuttles wait elsewhere: at Terminal 1 on the west side of baggage claim outside exit doors 7–10, and at Terminal 3 on Level Zero at each end of the building.
Rideshare is a different trip altogether. The airport puts Terminal 1 rideshare pickup on Level 2 of the parking garage and Terminal 3 pickup on the Valet Level of its garage, which means elevators, a pedestrian bridge and a queue, often with suitcases in the desert heat.
With a booking through us, the flight is tracked and the chauffeur is in baggage claim when you arrive, holding a name board if you choose meet & greet. Typical runs:
- Centre of the Strip: about 9–12 km (6–7 mi), usually 15–25 minutes depending on the terminal and the resort entrance.
- Las Vegas Convention Center: about 16 km (10 mi), usually 15–25 minutes.
- Downtown and Fremont Street: about 19 km (12 mi), usually 15–25 minutes.
Resort porte-cochères on a Friday night can back up, so the driver may suggest a specific entrance; your confirmation explains the pickup point.
Party bus Las Vegas: how a night on the Strip runs
A party bus works in Vegas for one reason: the group stays together and the vehicle waits. Book it "By the hour", give the desk your first stop and a rough plan, and the driver moves the group from the hotel to dinner, to a club or a show, and back, without ten people negotiating rides at 2 a.m.
Group vehicles in our booker:
- Party Bus: up to 12 passengers, 2 bags.
- Stretch SUV Limousine: up to 16 passengers, minimal luggage.
- Stretch Limousine: up to 8 passengers, minimal luggage, the classic Strip photo.
- Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz): up to 12 passengers, carry-on only, for groups that care more about comfort than lights.
Larger groups can ask for a coach. Party buses and stretch vehicles are always "availability confirmed at booking", and big weekends book out first. The planning advice on our bachelor and bachelorette limo page and the party bus page applies here as much as it does in Niagara.
Vegas weddings: licence office, chapel and reception
Las Vegas weddings run on a tight, specific route, and the car is part of the day. The Clark County Marriage License Bureau is at 201 East Clark Avenue downtown, and the county clerk's office lists it as open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight, including holidays. Civil ceremonies are handled separately by the Office of Civil Marriages, by appointment.
A typical wedding booking is "By the hour": hotel to the licence bureau, on to the chapel or venue, a photo stop or two, then dinner. A Stretch Limousine (up to 8), a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach for the couple (up to 2, availability confirmed at booking), and a Sprinter for guests cover most plans. Read our wedding limo service page for how we time a wedding day.
Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and Sphere
Las Vegas venues each have their own drop-off rules.
- Allegiant Stadium, 3333 Al Davis Way, is home to the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV. Its directions and parking page puts the rideshare drop-off and pickup zone in the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Drive, and says limousine and black car access is for pre-approved suite and loge owners only. The Hacienda Bridge, 0.3 miles from its east side to the stadium gate, closes to vehicles and opens to pedestrians on game days and select event days. For most guests, the chauffeur drops at the closest permitted point and you walk the last stretch.
- T-Mobile Arena, 3780 South Las Vegas Boulevard, is home to the Vegas Golden Knights and hosts big fights and concerts.
- Sphere, 255 Sands Avenue, is a short distance off the Strip; agree the pickup point when you book.
Visit Las Vegas lists the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 21, 2026, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo from December 3, 2026 at the Thomas & Mack Center, and the Electric Daisy Carnival from May 14, 2027 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Those are the weeks to book early. See concerts and sports transportation.
Las Vegas black car and chauffeur service for conventions
"Chauffeur service Las Vegas" and "car service Las Vegas" each draw about 1,600 searches a month, and the convention calendar drives most of them. The Las Vegas Convention Center is a campus rather than a building; the LVCVA's Vegas Loop page describes about 2 miles of tunnels linking five stations across it, with rides inside the campus free. A chauffeur gets you to the right hall entrance in the morning and back to your hotel after the evening events.
"By the hour" works for client dinners and site visits: the car waits, the driver knows the next address, and an NDA is available on request. Business classes:
- Standard Sedan (Cadillac XTS or similar): up to 3 passengers, 2 large bags.
- Mercedes-Benz E or S-Class: up to 2 passengers, 2 bags.
- Executive Black SUV (Escalade or Navigator): up to 6 passengers, 6 bags.
See corporate travel accounts for company billing and the casino limo page for evenings built around gaming and shows.
Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and day trips
Two short trips leave the neon behind. Hoover Dam is about 52 km (32 mi) from the Strip, usually 50–60 minutes each way. Red Rock Canyon's scenic area is about 29 km (18 mi) west of the centre Strip, usually 30–40 minutes. Both suit a car "By the hour" with stops, and both are hot in summer, so carry water.
Longer drives work too. Phoenix is a full day away by road; our Phoenix airport limo and car service page covers that city, and the West Coast is on Los Angeles limo service. Northward, see Salt Lake City car service.

Getting around Las Vegas: the options side by side
| Option | Door to door (LAS to centre Strip) | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare | 25–45 min including the garage walk | surge pricing at peaks | depends on the car | one or two people, light bags |
| Taxi | 20–35 min from the rank | metered | sedan boot | short hops at quiet times |
| Shuttle | longer, with stops at other resorts | per-seat fare | standard bags | solo travellers in no hurry |
| Rental car | 40–60 min after the rental counter | daily rate plus resort parking | good | day trips into the desert |
| Private chauffeur | 15–25 min from baggage claim | fixed fare via booker | sized to the group | groups, weddings, executives, big-event weeks |
The honest view: on a quiet weekday, one traveller with a carry-on can take a taxi from the rank and be at the hotel quickly; we would say so. A pre-booked chauffeur is the right call when there are more than four of you, when you are carrying wedding clothes or a lot of luggage, when children need seats, when it is a fight night, race week or a huge convention, or when you want a group to leave a club together. The fare is fixed and the vehicle is known before you arrive. More in our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide.
Las Vegas to Niagara Falls
By road it is about 3,625 km (2,253 mi), roughly 40 hours of driving before stops and the border. Fly instead, and let the same desk book both ground legs.
- Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) is about 35–40 km (22–25 mi) from the Canadian falls, usually 35–45 minutes plus the bridge: see the Buffalo Niagara airport transfer.
- Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is about 125–135 km (78–84 mi) from Niagara Falls, Ontario, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak: see the Toronto Pearson transfer.
Airline schedules from LAS change by season, so check them when you plan; we do not list routes. Niagara has its own casino resort above the falls, and our page on the Fallsview Casino Resort explains the drop-off. Then browse the Niagara Falls tour packages, a private Niagara Falls tour, hotels near the falls, or ask the travel desk.
Documents for the Canadian side
Your chauffeur drives you across the bridge from Buffalo into Canada, but every passenger carries their own valid documents. US citizens may show a passport, passport card, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card, and the Canada Border Services Agency recommends a passport; US permanent residents carry their permanent resident card. Children need their own proof of citizenship. See our border crossing guide and documents for entering Canada.
Cancellation and the rest of the fleet
Counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline printed on your confirmation.
The booker also offers the Standard SUV (Suburban or Yukon XL, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags) and the Executive Jet Sprinter (up to 6, 2 bags). All classes are "or similar", with the model confirmed at booking; compare them on the fleet page.
Who books Las Vegas cars
Individuals use it for a baggage-claim pickup and a reliable car between convention halls. Couples book a Rolls-Royce or stretch limousine for the wedding route. Families have child seats fitted and avoid the garage walk to rideshare. Groups keep a party bus or stretch SUV for the whole night. See how we plan for groups.
All 40 US cities are on the US limo service hub.
