NiagaraFallsLimo.net books chauffeur service in New York for travellers who want one confirmation and one fixed fare, for a 6 a.m. run from the Upper East Side to JFK, a day of Midtown meetings or a Saturday party bus to Brooklyn. You use the same online booker we use for Niagara; it prices any New York address, and the car arrives with a chauffeur who knows the city's bridges, tunnels and terminal frontages.
What does NiagaraFallsLimo.net offer in New York City?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books pre-arranged chauffeur service in New York City: JFK, LaGuardia and Newark transfers, hourly black car service, party buses and the 634 km (394 mi) drive to Niagara Falls. Enter your pickup and drop-off in the online booker, choose a vehicle and pay the fixed all-in fare shown before checkout.
Who drives your New York car service
We do not keep a garage in Queens, and we will not pretend to. When your trip starts in New York, the vehicle and chauffeur come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, vetted before it receives any of our bookings. NiagaraFallsLimo.net remains your point of contact from booking to drop-off: we take the reservation, pass on your flight number and notes, watch the job and answer you if anything changes.
The booker, the 24/7 desk, the fixed all-in fare shown before payment, flight tracking, meet and greet, child seats, the wheelchair option and the cancellation terms are the same as in Niagara. What differs is the fleet. Partner fleets vary by city, so every vehicle class in New York is offered with availability confirmed at booking. If your class cannot be covered, we tell you before the trip, not at the curb.
New York airport car service: JFK, LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR)
Each of the three commercial airports handles a car pickup differently. A pre-booked chauffeur spares you the taxi line; it does not change the airport's rules, so it helps to know them.
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
JFK is in the middle of a long rebuild, and the Port Authority warns that construction is slowing every pickup and drop-off. During the work, ride-app pickups for Terminals 5 and 7 have moved to the Howard Beach AirTrain station, a train ride before you even meet your app car. A pre-arranged car works differently: the chauffeur waits in the free JFK cell phone lot (the closest waiting area for Terminals 5, 7 and 8; drivers must stay in the vehicle) and comes to the curb when you have your bags, or meets you inside arrivals with a name board if you add meet and greet. Curbsides are for active pickups only. The Port Authority's JFK pick-up and drop-off rules are worth reading before a tight connection.
LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
At LaGuardia a driver may wait at the curb only once the passenger and luggage are there. Until then cars wait in the free cell phone lot, off-airport on 94th Street between 23rd Avenue and Ditmars Boulevard, open 7:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. and under ten minutes from every terminal, according to LaGuardia's pickup page. In practice you message the desk when you reach baggage claim, not when the wheels touch down.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Newark is in New Jersey but serves the city through the Holland and Lincoln tunnels, which makes it handy for the West Side and lower Manhattan. Its free cell phone lot has more than 100 spaces beside the P4 parking garage, under five minutes from the terminals, per Newark's pickup guidance.
Private jets at Teterboro
Charter flights often use Teterboro (TEB), the Port Authority's business-aviation airport in New Jersey, rather than the commercial terminals. A chauffeur meets you at the FBO, subject to its access rules; our private jet and FBO transfer service explains how we follow tail numbers and changing arrival times.

Black car service New York: meetings, roadshows and "as directed" days
Picture breakfast in Midtown, meetings in the Financial District and dinner across the river. Booking a black car "By the hour" keeps one vehicle and one chauffeur waiting at each stop, so you are not hailing in the rain with a laptop bag. Our hourly chauffeur service describes how the "as directed" mode works.
Two things shape these days:
- The Congestion Relief Zone. Since January 2025, vehicles entering Manhattan's local streets and avenues south of and including 60th Street are tolled, with the charge depending on vehicle type, time of day and payment method, according to the MTA's Congestion Relief Zone page. The FDR Drive and the West Side Highway are outside the zone. The fixed all-in fare in our booker is what you pay; you are not sent a separate charge after the ride.
- Crosstown time. Distances in Manhattan are short and travel times are not. A hop from Grand Central to the Javits Center on Eleventh Avenue can take longer than the drive from LaGuardia at the wrong hour, so leave gaps between meetings and tell the desk which ones cannot move.
For Javits Center trade shows, organisers often set their own drop-off point for each event, so send us the show name with your booking. Chauffeurs are discreet, NDAs are available on request, and a VIP security add-on lets a chauffeur work alongside your own security team.
Party bus New York and limo rental for nights out
A party bus keeps twelve friends together between stops instead of splitting them across four rideshares in Times Square traffic. A Stretch SUV Limousine takes up to sixteen. Where New York groups go:
- Concerts and games. Madison Square Garden in Midtown hosts the Knicks and the Rangers along with a heavy concert calendar. Barclays Center at 620 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn is home to the Nets and the Liberty. MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, hosts the Giants and the Jets. On event nights, agree a pickup corner a few blocks from the venue.
- Proms. Many suburban proms are held in a hotel ballroom or catering hall rather than at the school. We follow the school's rules and the parents' timetable; see our prom limo service.
- Weddings. A Stretch Limousine for the couple and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party suits photos in Central Park or DUMBO before a reception out of town; our wedding limo page covers the timing.
- Bachelor and bachelorette nights. Groups book a set number of hours with stops in the Meatpacking District, the Lower East Side or Williamsburg.
There is no drinking in our vehicles, in New York or anywhere else, and the chauffeur never drinks. A sealed bottle can be added in the booker as a gift to take away. Our party bus service explains what a night includes.

Getting around New York: taxi, rideshare, train or chauffeur?
New York has a dense subway, rail and AirTrain network, and you do not always need a car. The honest comparison for an airport-to-Manhattan trip:
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yellow taxi from the rank | Depends on the line and traffic | Metered, plus tolls and surcharges | 2–4 bags | Travellers without a booking landing off-peak |
| Rideshare app | App pickup zone, a train ride away at JFK T5 and T7 | Surge pricing at busy times | Varies by car | Solo travellers with light bags |
| AirTrain plus subway or rail | Longest, with transfers | Set fare from the transit operator | What you can carry | Budget travellers who know the city |
| Driving yourself | Parking and tolls add time | Rental, fuel, tolls, garage rates | Plenty | Rarely sensible in Manhattan |
| Pre-booked chauffeur | Car in the lot, at the curb when you are | Fixed fare via the booker | Matched to the vehicle class | Families, groups, executives, late flights |
The train wins for a solo traveller with a carry-on heading to Midtown at rush hour. A taxi is fine for a short daytime hop with no luggage. A pre-booked chauffeur wins for a family landing at 11 p.m. with three suitcases and a toddler who needs a car seat, a group of six who would otherwise need two cars, an executive whose meetings run late, a wedding party, or anyone who wants the car, chauffeur and price settled before the plane lands, with no surge and no rank to stand in.
New York to Niagara Falls
There are three sensible ways to make this much-searched trip.
Drive all the way. From Manhattan to the Fallsview area of Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 634 km (394 mi), usually 8 to 9 hours 30 minutes of driving before the border wait, and more on a summer Friday or in lake-effect snow. A one-way private car is a long but real option: a full driving day in a vehicle where you can sleep, work or stretch out, stopping when you want. See the fares by vehicle below for the one-way car between New York and the Falls.
Fly to Buffalo and ride the last stretch. Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) lists nonstop service to LaGuardia (American and Delta), JFK (Delta and JetBlue) and Newark (United) on its commercial carriers page. From BUF it is about 35–40 km to the Falls; our Buffalo airport transfer page covers that leg. Flying into Toronto Pearson (YYZ) also works, with a longer drive of about 125–135 km.
Take the train. Amtrak's Maple Leaf leaves Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station once a day and stops at Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario on its way to Toronto, about 12 hours 30 minutes end to end. Scenic, and slow.
Two pages go deeper. Our New York City to Niagara Falls private tour is a multi-day trip with the drive, hotel and sightseeing planned for you; the Niagara Falls to New York City route page covers the one-way ride in either direction, with road details and rest stops.
At the border, every passenger carries their own documents. US citizens can use a passport, a passport card, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card, and children have their own rules: read documents for entering Canada and the border crossing hub before you leave. Once you arrive, the Niagara Falls private tour, our Niagara hotel guides and the travel desk help plan the days there.

How to book your New York car service in 3 steps
- Tell the booker where and when. Type the pickup and drop-off: a Manhattan hotel, an office tower, a Brooklyn brownstone or a terminal at JFK, LGA or EWR. Add the date, time and flight or train number so the pickup moves with you.
- Pick the vehicle. Each class shows its fixed fare for your exact trip. Choose "By the hour" for a meeting day or a night out.
- Add the details and pay. Passengers, bags, child seats, meet and greet and notes for the chauffeur, then pay securely. Your confirmation arrives by email.
Our guide on how to book a limo explains every booker option.
Who books New York chauffeur service with us
Individuals book early flights and late arrivals. Couples book anniversaries and proposals, often in an S-Class or a Rolls-Royce. Families choose an SUV with car seats fitted before pickup. Groups take a Sprinter or a party bus so everyone arrives together; see group travel.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation is counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline, printed on your confirmation. Flight delays on tracked airport pickups are followed automatically.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in New York City?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. A sedan from JFK, an hourly SUV for a meeting day and a Saturday party bus are all priced the same way: enter the trip, compare the classes, and pay the number you see.
Can I book a car from JFK to Niagara Falls?
Yes. Enter JFK as the pickup and your Niagara Falls hotel as the drop-off. It is more than 630 km and a full day on the road, so many travellers fly from JFK to Buffalo instead and book only the short transfer from BUF.
Which New York airport is best for a car pickup?
It depends on where you are going. Newark is often handy for the West Side and lower Manhattan, LaGuardia for the Upper East Side and northern Queens, and JFK for Brooklyn and Long Island. All three make the car wait in a cell phone lot until you are at the curb with your bags.
Do you have your own cars in New York?
No. In New York the vehicle and chauffeur come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured partner in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes your booking, passes on your details, monitors the trip and remains your point of contact throughout.
Can I hire a black car by the hour in Manhattan?
Yes. Choose "By the hour" in the booker and the same car and chauffeur stay with you between stops, which suits meeting days, roadshows and evenings with several reservations.
Is there a party bus in New York for 12 people?
Our Party Bus class carries up to 12 passengers and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, both with availability confirmed at booking. For larger groups we can arrange a coach. Drinking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
What documents do I need to ride from New York to Niagara Falls, Canada?
Each passenger needs their own. US citizens can use a passport, a passport card, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card; US permanent residents bring their green card; other nationals need a passport and any visa their nationality requires.
