Most of the people who ride with us live somewhere in Canada, and most of them are within a day's drive of the Falls. A family in Brampton needs an SUV to Pearson; a law firm in Ottawa wants a car for a client's visit; a wedding party in Hamilton books a Sprinter; a couple in Calgary flies to Toronto and wants the last leg to a Fallsview hotel handled. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books all of these on one online booker, through one 24/7 desk, with one fixed all-in fare shown before payment.
This hub lists every Canadian city page we run and explains how to reach Niagara Falls from each region.
How does limo service across Canada work with NiagaraFallsLimo.net?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books pre-arranged limo and car service in 35 Canadian cities. Ontario trips are driven by our own licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs; elsewhere a vetted local partner supplies the car. Toronto is about 130 km from Niagara Falls. Enter any pickup in the online booker, choose a vehicle and see the fixed fare first.
The booking works the same wherever you are: pickup and drop-off, date and time, flight or train number, then a vehicle class with its fixed fare. What changes from province to province is who drives.
Who drives: Ontario and partner cities
In Ontario, every trip is dispatched by NiagaraFallsLimo.net and driven by its own licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs, as our Terms set out. That covers the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Southwestern Ontario, Simcoe County and Georgian Bay, Kingston and Ottawa.
In Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia, local service is provided by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured partner from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes the booking, passes on your flight and notes, follows the job and stays your point of contact from start to finish. We do not have offices, garages or staff in those provinces, and we say so plainly.
The booker, flight tracking, meet and greet, child seats, the wheelchair option and the cancellation terms are the same everywhere. Partner fleets vary, so some classes outside Ontario are offered with availability confirmed at booking.
One set of cancellation terms
Measured from the scheduled pickup, in every city: more than 72 hours' notice is free; inside 72 hours the charge is 10%; inside 48 hours, 50%; inside 24 hours or for a no-show, the full fare. Proms, long weekends and big weddings can carry their own deadline, which your confirmation prints.

The honest version: from Toronto, a pair travelling light can take GO Transit's train to Niagara Falls and use the WEGO buses that Niagara Parks runs around the Falls. From Ottawa or Montréal, VIA Rail to Toronto is comfortable for one or two people. A pre-booked car wins for families with car seats, groups, a lot of luggage, winery days, weddings, late arrivals and any trip that crosses into the United States.
Toronto and the GTA
Toronto is where the most trips begin. Book Toronto limo service for Pearson and Billy Bishop cars, game nights and the 130 km run to the Falls, or start further west with Etobicoke limo service, where the QEW begins. East-end families use Scarborough limo service, the longest GTA drive at about 154 km. Pearson itself is in Mississauga, so Mississauga limo service is mostly airport and trade-show work. North-west, book a Brampton limo for family vans and party buses; north, Vaughan limo service, Markham limo service, a Thornhill limo or Richmond Hill limo service, where the 407 ETR often shortens the trip. The route-by-route detail is on Toronto to Niagara Falls car service.
York and Durham
Further north in York Region, choose Newmarket limo service, an Aurora limo or King City car service for estate-country pickups, all about 155–175 km from the Falls. East along the lake in Durham, book Pickering limo service, Ajax limo service, Whitby limo service or Oshawa limo service; Oshawa is about 188 km away, and an early start beats the 401.
Halton and Hamilton
The closest cities to the Falls on the Toronto side are here. Oakville limo service is about 94 km away, Burlington limo service about 73 km, and Hamilton limo service about 73 km, with John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport on the doorstep. Short distances make wine-country days with our Niagara wine tour limo easy.
Southwestern Ontario
Book Waterloo limo service for tech offsites and Region of Waterloo airport runs, London limo service for the 202 km trip from Forest City, a Woodstock limo on the 401, or a Simcoe limo from Norfolk County along the Lake Erie side.
Georgian Bay and Simcoe County
From cottage and ski country, book Barrie limo service, about 206 km away, a Collingwood limo, or a Blue Mountain limo for a ski-to-Falls winter trip. These drives run 2 h 30 to 3 h 45, so many travellers stay a night.
Eastern Ontario and Ottawa
Book Kingston limo service for a drive of about 391 km, or Ottawa limo service for capital-region airport cars, party buses and a 577 km trip to the Falls. The long run is laid out on Niagara Falls to Ottawa and Montréal.
Quebec
Partner-driven local service: Montréal limo service for Montréal-Trudeau airport cars and nights out, and Québec City car service. At about 669 km and 923 km respectively, most visitors to the Falls fly or take the train to Toronto and ride the last stretch with us.
The Prairies and British Columbia
Partner-driven local service in Winnipeg limo service, Calgary limo service, Edmonton limo service and Vancouver limo service, for airport cars, party buses and corporate days at home. For the Falls, fly into Toronto Pearson or Buffalo Niagara and book the last leg on our Toronto Pearson airport transfer or Buffalo airport transfer pages.
Atlantic Canada
Halifax limo service covers Halifax Stanfield airport cars, party buses and weddings through a local partner. For Niagara, the same rule applies as out west: fly to Pearson or Buffalo, then ride with us.
Coming from the United States?
Our US cities hub lists forty American cities with car service on the same booker. Cross-border trips are normal work for us; read documents for entering Canada before you travel.
