Aurora is a town of about one main street and a great many cul-de-sacs, and both produce the same request at our desk: get us to Pearson on time, or get us to Niagara and home again without anyone giving up a day to the wheel. NiagaraFallsLimo.net runs Aurora limo service as part of its everyday York Region work. Calls come from families with boarding-school trunks, from visitors to the town's head offices and from groups planning a night out that ends a long way from home.
Where can I book an Aurora limo for the airport or Niagara Falls?
Book an Aurora limo online with NiagaraFallsLimo.net. Enter your Aurora address and destination, such as Toronto Pearson (YYZ), about 65 km away, or Niagara Falls, about 175 km (109 mi) and usually 2 h 05 – 2 h 35. Choose a sedan, SUV, Sprinter or limousine, and the fixed all-in fare shows before payment.
Aurora trips are dispatched in Ontario by NiagaraFallsLimo.net and driven by its licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs. The same 24/7 desk takes the booking whether it is a single airport run or a weekend of cars for a family wedding.
Aurora airport limo: Pearson departures and arrivals
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is about 65 km from downtown Aurora, usually 55 minutes to 1 h 15, more in the weekday morning peak. The usual path is Highway 404 or 400 south, then Highway 427 or the 407 ETR toward the airport.
Three kinds of Aurora airport booking come up again and again:
- Family holidays. A Standard SUV or Executive Black SUV takes up to six people and six bags. Pick child, toddler or booster seats in the booker and they are fitted before the car reaches you.
- Boarding-school travel. St. Andrew's College, the boys' school on Yonge Street at the north end of town, runs a boarding program, according to its own website. Term start and holidays bring arrivals from around the world with large cases. Add meet and greet and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, so a student landing alone is met by a person, not a phone screen.
- Executive arrivals. Visitors to Aurora's corporate offices, including Magna International's global head office, often land late and want the quiet of an S-Class or Escalade for the last hour of a long trip.
Flight tracking is standard: give the flight number and the pickup follows the actual landing time. The Toronto Pearson transfer page explains terminals and timings, and private flights through Pearson's business-aviation terminals are covered by our private jet and FBO transfer service. If you are chartering the aircraft as well, see private jet charter.

Car service Aurora for business days
Corporate guests in Aurora rarely need just one ride. A typical day is a hotel pickup, a morning at a head office, lunch, a site visit somewhere along the 404 and an evening flight. Booked "By the hour", a Standard Sedan or an Executive Black SUV stays with the guest for the whole schedule, and the chauffeur handles the parking. NDAs are available on request, and a VIP security add-on lets a chauffeur work alongside a client's own team. Our hourly chauffeur page and corporate accounts page explain how recurring work is set up.
A day at the Falls from Aurora
Aurora sits a few kilometres south of Newmarket, so the distance is much the same: about 175 km (109 mi) to the Fallsview hotel strip, usually 2 h 05 – 2 h 35 off-peak. That makes a same-day trip a full but very doable day. The version we would plan for a family:
- 8:15 a.m. Pickup at home, with car seats already fitted.
- 8:30 to 10:45 a.m. South through York Region, west across the top of Toronto and down the QEW along the lake. Children nap; parents read.
- 10:45 a.m. Drop-off at Table Rock, beside the Horseshoe Falls. The tunnels of Journey Behind the Falls take you down to a platform near the base of the water.
- 12:30 p.m. Lunch, then the Butterfly Conservatory or Clifton Hill depending on ages and weather; our Niagara attractions guide lists the options.
- 4:00 p.m. A short hop north to Niagara-on-the-Lake for ice cream on Queen Street, or a winery stop for the adults with our wine tour limo service.
- 5:30 p.m. Start the drive home and arrive back in Aurora around 8 p.m.

How the drive goes
Most Aurora pickups head east along Wellington Street or Bloomington Road to the 404, or west to the 400. From either, the chauffeur picks between two corridors:
- The 407 ETR, the private toll road that runs about 108 km from the QEW in the west to Brock Road in the east. It has no booths; as the 407 ETR FAQ explains, transponders and licence-plate cameras do the billing. It is usually the calmer choice on a weekday.
- The 401 and Highway 427, toll-free, then the QEW. Fine early on a Sunday, slow at most other times.
Both corridors end on the QEW, which carries you over the Burlington Skyway and through the Niagara fruit belt to the Falls. Your chauffeur picks the corridor from live traffic, and the fare you accepted in the booker stays fixed either way. For more on the lake section, see the Toronto to Niagara Falls route.
Overnight and one-way trips from Aurora
Many Aurora clients split the trip. Day one: a one-way ride to a Fallsview hotel, an afternoon on the falls walk and an evening watching the illumination from the hotel room. Day two: brunch, perhaps a winery, and the ride home. Two one-way bookings cover it, and the Fallsview hotels guide helps you pick a room with a view. One-way rides also suit a couple heading on to a flight from Buffalo; the Buffalo Niagara (BUF) page explains the crossing, and every passenger needs their own valid documents.
Party bus Aurora and limo rental for celebrations
Downtown Aurora gained a real night-out anchor when Aurora Town Square opened in 2024. Its official site describes a 32,000-square-foot building with a flexible Performance Hall, plus about 29,000 square feet of outdoor space for gatherings and events, at 50 Victoria Street. A show there followed by dinner on Yonge Street is a simple evening for a couple; a birthday group of ten might add a party bus and carry on into the city.
Other occasions we book in Aurora:
- School formals and proms, where we follow the school's arrival rules and the parents' timetable. See our prom limo service.
- Weddings, often with photos at a heritage setting such as Hillary House, the 1862 house on Yonge Street that is now a National Historic Site and home to the Koffler Museum of Medicine, and a reception elsewhere in York Region. Our wedding limo page has the details.
- Stag and stagette nights, with a party bus for up to 12 or a Stretch SUV Limousine for up to 16, availability confirmed at booking.
The chauffeur never drinks and there is no drinking in our vehicles, a rule set by Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law and Ontario liquor law. Celebrating? A sealed bottle can ride along as a gift, added in the booker, for opening after you get home.

Pickups around Aurora
The chauffeur will come to any Aurora address, but a few spots deserve a note in the booking:
- Aurora GO, on Wellington Street East, is a Barrie line station. A car meeting a train is tracked like a flight.
- Yonge Street downtown, where short kerbside stops are easy and long waits are not; name a side street.
- Newer subdivisions east of Bayview and around Leslie Street, where map pins sometimes land on the wrong crescent. Add the house colour or a landmark.
- Golf clubs and private estates, which may have a gatehouse; give the name for the guest list.
Ways to get from Aurora to Niagara Falls, compared
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GO train via Union Station | Roughly 3 h 30 – 4 h with the change | Distance-based GO fare | Carry-on size | One or two people with time to spare |
| Rideshare app | 2 h 05 – 3 h after the wait | Surge pricing at busy times | Varies | A one-way trip on a quiet day |
| Taxi | 2 h 05 – 3 h | Metered | 2–4 bags | Short notice |
| Driving yourself | 2 h 05 – 3 h, plus parking | Fuel, possible 407 ETR tolls, Niagara parking | Plenty | Confident drivers on a free day |

Where the train is the better choice: one adult, light bags and no fixed return time. Our guide to Niagara by train and bus explains the GO connection. Where a chauffeur wins: anyone with car seats or several suitcases, a group that would otherwise need two cars, a wedding schedule that cannot slip, and any day when somebody would otherwise have to drive 350 km and then go to work the next morning.

How many kilometres is it from Aurora to Niagara Falls?
About 175 km (109 mi) to the Fallsview area, usually 2 h 05 – 2 h 35 off-peak by the 404 or 400, the 407 ETR or 401, and the QEW. A Friday afternoon in summer can add 30 to 45 minutes.
Can a limo take us from Aurora to Niagara Falls and back in one day?
Yes. Choose a return trip or book the car by the hour. It collects you in Aurora, waits in Niagara while you sightsee and brings you home in the evening, with one chauffeur for the whole day and the fare fixed before you pay.
What is the best airport for Aurora?
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), about 65 km away and usually 55 minutes to 1 h 15 by car. Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) is worth considering only if you are staying at the Falls first, since it involves a border crossing.
Can you meet a student arriving alone at Pearson for school in Aurora?
Yes. Add meet and greet in the booker and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight and takes the student directly to the address you give. Add any school contact details in the notes.
Is there a party bus in Aurora?
Yes. We book a Party Bus for up to 12 and a Stretch SUV Limousine for up to 16, with availability confirmed at booking. Drinking is not allowed in our vehicles, and prom dates may carry a different cancellation deadline.
Does the chauffeur use the 407 ETR from Aurora?
Often, on weekdays, because it is usually faster than the 401. The chauffeur decides from live traffic on the day. The toll is billed to our account and the fixed fare you accepted does not change.
