Etobicoke has a geographic head start on the rest of Toronto. The Queen Elizabeth Way begins at its southern edge, where the Gardiner Expressway meets Highway 427, and Toronto Pearson sits just over its western boundary. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books Etobicoke limo service for both of those advantages: quick airport cars and a Niagara Falls trip that starts on the highway instead of in downtown traffic. We also run the local work, from race days at Woodbine to wedding cars at the Old Mill.
Where can an Etobicoke limo service take you?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net runs pre-booked limo service from any Etobicoke address: Toronto Pearson (YYZ) airport cars, Woodbine race days, weddings, proms and party buses, and Etobicoke to Niagara Falls trips of about 117 km (73 mi), usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40. Choose your vehicle in the online booker and its fixed all-in fare appears before you pay.
Every Etobicoke trip is dispatched by NiagaraFallsLimo.net with its own licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs, and the same 24/7 desk watches flights and handles changes.
Etobicoke to Niagara Falls and back
From the Humber Bay end of Etobicoke, the car is on the QEW within minutes, then follows it around the western end of Lake Ontario through Oakville and Burlington, over the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway and along the foot of the Niagara Escarpment to Niagara Falls, Ontario. From north Etobicoke, the chauffeur takes the 427 south to reach the same junction. Expect about 117 km (73 mi), usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak, and closer to two hours on a summer Friday afternoon or a long-weekend Saturday morning.
That is roughly ten kilometres shorter than starting at Union Station, and the reasons are spelled out in our journal post on Etobicoke to Niagara Falls car service.
An afternoon-into-evening plan many west-end couples like:
- 1:30 pm pickup at home or the condo lobby.
- About 3:00 pm at the Falls: walk the railing from Table Rock towards the Horseshoe Falls, then the Niagara Parks Power Station and its tunnel to the river.
- Early evening dinner with a view in the Fallsview district or on the Hill.
- After dark the nightly Falls illumination, seen from the river edge.
- About 10:30 pm back on the QEW, home a little before midnight.
Prefer daylight and vineyards? Swap the evening for a morning start and a Niagara wine tour by limo through Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Overnight: drop-off at a Niagara Falls hotel on day one, pickup at checkout on day two, with the chauffeur loading the bags. The travel desk can book the room. One way: useful if you are going on to Buffalo, across the border, or catching a flight from BUF.
Our fixed-length Niagara Falls tour packages also collect from Etobicoke. See the fares by vehicle below.
Coming home. The Toronto-bound QEW is usually at its slowest on summer Sunday evenings and at the end of long weekends, when Niagara visitors all head back at once. Leaving the Falls before about 3 pm or after about 8 pm on those days tends to be calmer, and because the fare is fixed at booking, a slower drive home does not change what you pay.

Pearson pickups and drop-offs from Etobicoke
Most of Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) lies in Mississauga, with part of the airfield running into Etobicoke, so from Rexdale or Thistletown an airport drop-off is often a fifteen-minute drive. From Humber Bay or Long Branch, allow longer on the 427.
How an Etobicoke airport limo works:
- Departures. Tell us the terminal and the flight time, and we suggest a pickup time that allows for the 427 at rush hour.
- Arrivals. The booker takes the flight number, so the pickup moves with the actual landing. Pearson's pre-arranged services page sets Door A at Terminals 1 and 3 as the meeting points for booked cars.
- Meet and greet. Add it and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board, useful for grandparents travelling alone or a first-time visitor.
Read our Toronto Pearson airport transfer page for terminal detail. Business aircraft at Pearson's private terminals are covered by our private jet and FBO transfers.
Neighbourhood pickups across Etobicoke
Etobicoke is large, and pickup habits differ from one end to the other.
- Humber Bay Shores. Tall condos with shared lay-bys on Marine Parade Drive and Park Lawn Road. Give the building name and the concierge desk; the chauffeur texts on arrival.
- Mimico and Long Branch. Lakeshore Boulevard addresses, mostly houses and low-rise buildings with easy curbside pickups.
- The Kingsway and Islington Village. Leafy streets around Bloor and Dundas; parking is tight near the shops, so the car waits on a side street until you are ready.
- Etobicoke Centre and Markland Wood. Close to the 427 and the Sherway Gardens area, a fast start for the airport or the QEW.
- Rexdale and the Humber College area. North Etobicoke, minutes from Woodbine and the 401.
Toronto's municipal rules mean every limousine trip here is pre-arranged, never hailed, so book online and confirm the exact door in the notes.
Race days and casino nights at Woodbine
Woodbine Racetrack in north Etobicoke runs thoroughbred racing four days a week, Thursday to Sunday, and its website says watching the races is free, with King's Plate day as the ticketed exception. The Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, with its hotel, stands beside the track near the meeting of Highways 401 and 427.
A race-day or casino booking usually goes one of two ways. A couple takes a sedan or a Mercedes-Benz for dinner and a few races, and books the return for a set time. A birthday group takes a Sprinter or a stretch, and the chauffeur waits on site by the hour. Either way, agree an exit door at booking, because the complex is big and the car cannot wait at every entrance.
Weddings at the Old Mill and in the Humber Valley
The Old Mill Toronto, at 21 Old Mill Road on the banks of the Humber River, is one of Etobicoke's best-known wedding settings. Its site describes a hotel, spa, gardens and event rooms dating back to 1914. The stone bridge and riverside paths nearby make the photo stop easy.
For a smaller, older setting, Montgomery's Inn, a City of Toronto museum in an 1830s inn at Dundas Street West and Islington Avenue, rents museum space. A common plan is a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach for the couple, an Executive Sprinter for the bridal party and a Standard SUV for parents. Timelines and vehicle pairings are on our wedding limo service page.
Limo rental Etobicoke: proms, birthdays and party buses
Etobicoke prom nights follow each school's arrival and departure rules, and we follow those rules and the parents' timetable; see our prom limo service. For birthdays and bachelorette nights heading downtown, the Party Bus holds up to 12 and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, both with availability confirmed at booking. No one drinks in our vehicles, including the chauffeur, under Ontario's liquor law and our own rules. Our party bus page explains how a group night is planned, and the fleet page shows each class.
Etobicoke transport compared
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GO train to Niagara | Walk or ride to a station, then a long rail leg | Set GO fare; combo and weekend passes sold | What you can carry | Solo or pair, light bags, flexible day |
| TTC to Pearson | Bus and subway changes | Set TTC fare | Awkward with suitcases | Budget travellers with one bag |
| Rideshare app | Wait for a driver | Surge pricing at peaks | Varies | Short local trips |
| Taxi | Call or rank | Metered | 2–4 bags | Quick airport hop without planning |
| Driving yourself | Fast start, Niagara parking at the end | Fuel, tolls if you use the 407, parking | Plenty | Flexible, self-planned days |
| Pre-booked chauffeur | Door to door at your time | Fixed fare via the booker | Matched to the vehicle class | Couples, families, groups, race days, weddings |
The fair answer: a taxi or rideshare is fine for a quick hop from Rexdale to Pearson, and GO Transit's Niagara Falls service is a sensible day out for one or two people with light bags. A pre-booked chauffeur is the better call with car seats, more than four passengers, an early flight, a wedding schedule, a late return from the Falls, or a plan to cross into the United States. For a fuller breakdown, see chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare.

Who books Etobicoke limo service
Individuals book Pearson runs and late pickups. Couples are a large share: anniversary dinners at the Falls, proposals at the river and race nights at Woodbine; our couples page has ideas. Families book SUVs with child seats fitted before pickup for the Niagara day out. Groups book Sprinters and party buses for proms, birthdays and stag nights downtown.
If your plans change
Cancelling is free with more than 72 hours' notice before pickup. With 72 hours or less the fee is 10% of the fare, with 48 hours or less it is 50%, and with 24 hours or less, or if nobody shows, the full fare applies. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may have a separate deadline, set out on the confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the drive from Etobicoke to Niagara Falls?
About 117 km (73 mi) on the QEW, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak. Allow two hours or more on summer Friday afternoons and long weekends, and a little longer from north Etobicoke, which joins the QEW by way of the 427.
Can a limo pick us up in Etobicoke for a day trip to the Falls and bring us back?
Yes. Book a return or "By the hour" from your home or condo. The chauffeur drives you to Niagara Falls, waits while you visit the Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake, and brings you back to the same door.
Which airport is closest to Etobicoke?
Toronto Pearson (YYZ), which borders north-west Etobicoke. From Rexdale it is often about fifteen minutes; from the lakeshore, allow longer on the 427. Billy Bishop (YTZ) downtown is the other choice if your flight uses the island airport.
How much does a limo cost in Etobicoke?
Prices depend on the trip and vehicle, and the booker quotes them exactly: enter pickup, drop-off and time, and each class shows one fixed all-in fare before you pay.
Can you drive us to Woodbine for the races?
Yes. Book a drop-off and a timed return, or keep the car by the hour. Agree an exit door at booking, since Woodbine's racetrack and casino complex is large.
Do you supply party buses in Etobicoke?
Yes. Groups of up to 12 fit the Party Bus and groups of up to 16 the Stretch SUV Limousine; we confirm which one is free when you book. Drinking is not allowed on board.
Is Etobicoke really faster for a Niagara trip than downtown Toronto?
Usually, yes. Etobicoke sits at the start of the QEW, so the car skips the downtown Gardiner and its ramps. From Humber Bay Shores the drive is roughly ten kilometres shorter than from Union Station, and on a weekday morning that can save a noticeable slice of time.
Can we go from Etobicoke to Niagara Falls, New York?
Yes. The chauffeur crosses the border with you as normal service. Every passenger needs valid documents; our documents for entering the USA page explains what to carry.
