Good Buffalo Bills game transportation from the Canadian side has to handle three things a casual ride does not: an international border each way, a new stadium with strict rules for limousines and vans, and a post-game exit where tens of thousands of people all want to leave at once. NiagaraFallsLimo.net plans for all three. The same thinking applies to Sabres games in downtown Buffalo, Raptors, Leafs and Blue Jays games in Toronto, and shows at the OLG Stage at Fallsview.
How do you get from Niagara Falls, Ontario to a Bills game?
From Niagara Falls, Ontario, Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, is about 53 km (33 mi), usually 50 – 60 minutes plus border inspection. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives fans door to door and back after the game; every passenger carries valid entry documents. Enter the pickup, the stadium and kickoff time in the booker to see the fixed fare.
From St. Catharines it is about 67 km, from Niagara-on-the-Lake about 75 km, and from downtown Toronto about 176 km (109 mi), usually around 2 h 15 off-peak before border time. Fans flying in to Buffalo Niagara International are only about 28 km from the stadium; see the Buffalo Niagara airport transfer page.
Highmark Stadium: what has changed
The Bills opened the new Highmark Stadium with a ribbon-cutting on June 23, 2026, across the road from the stadium it replaced, at 10 Bills Plaza in Orchard Park. The team puts the final cost at just over US$2.1 billion, and the first regular-season home game in the new building was against the Detroit Lions. New stadium, new traffic pattern: regulars who knew the old lots need to relearn the routine.
Rules that affect a chauffeured vehicle
The stadium's A-to-Z guide is the official word, and it is worth reading before game day. The points that shape how we plan a Bills trip are these:
- Bus & Limo Lot permits. Buses and limousines need a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance. Vehicles without one are turned away on game day, which is why stadium bookings need lead time.
- Sprinters count. Sprinter vans of any size must park in the Limo Lot with an advance pass.
- Tailgating limits. Tailgating in the Bus & Limo Lot is allowed only for limousines seating 11 or fewer. Ask when you book which of our classes fits that rule for your group.
- Road closures. Abbott Road closes to vehicles five hours before kickoff, and general pickup and drop-off happen at the Transit Center near Abbott Road and Southwestern Boulevard.
- Gates and bags. Security gates open three hours before kickoff. Bags are limited to one clear bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 in. or a small clutch, so leave backpacks in the car or at the hotel.
We do not set stadium policy, and it can change between seasons. Treat the Bills' page as the final authority.
The border on game day
A Bills game from Ontario means two crossings. On the way south most trips use the Peace Bridge between Fort Erie and Buffalo, which is the most direct line toward Orchard Park; the Rainbow and Lewiston-Queenston bridges are alternatives when queues build. The chauffeur crosses with you; the vehicle does not change, and nobody walks across.

- Documents for everyone. Canadian citizens may enter the United States by land with a valid passport, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card. Canadian and US citizen children under 16 need only proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate. Our guide to entering the USA covers other nationalities, including the I-94 for visitors who need one.
- Live queues. US-bound waits are posted on CBP's Border Wait Times site; Canada-bound waits on the CBSA's page. Both are estimates. We build slack into the pickup time, but no one can promise how long a crossing will take, and game days add traffic. Our border wait times page explains how to read them.
- Coming home. Tolls are collected only on the way into Canada. If you bought anything in the US, declare it; the duty-free and declarations page explains the allowances.
- NEXUS lanes. NEXUS lanes are off-limits unless all occupants, chauffeur included, hold and carry NEXUS cards. With a mixed group, plan on the general lanes.
KeyBank Center and downtown Buffalo
KeyBank Center is home to the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bandits, and it hosted the NHL Draft in 2026. It is about 37 km (23 mi) from the Fallsview district, usually 35 to 45 minutes plus the border, via the Peace Bridge. The arena's visitor information is strict about bags: bags, backpacks and purses are banned, while clutches up to 4 × 6 × 1.5 in. are allowed. Many fans pair a game with dinner at Canalside; our Buffalo Canalside and waterfront guide has ideas, and the Buffalo to Niagara Falls, Canada route explains the drive in reverse.
Toronto: Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre
For Leafs, Raptors and big touring concerts, Scotiabank Arena on Bay Street sits beside Union Station; the Rogers Centre, home of the Blue Jays, is a short walk west. From the Fallsview district that is about 130 km (81 mi), usually 1 h 35 to 1 h 50 off-peak via the QEW and the Gardiner Expressway, and well over two hours on a Friday evening. No border, but the downtown approach after an event is slow. Your chauffeur picks a meeting corner away from the arena doors, where cars can actually stop, and messages it to you before the final buzzer. The Toronto to Niagara Falls route page covers the highway.
Shows at the OLG Stage and Avalon Theatre
Closer to home, Fallsview Casino Resort runs two venues, the OLG Stage, which opened in 2022, and the Avalon Theatre, together hosting more than 320 shows a year; see the Fallsview Casino Resort site for listings. Guests must be 19 or older to enter the casino itself. For show nights that include a few hours at the tables, our casino limo service and the Fallsview Casino Resort guide have the details.
How a game day runs with us
- Pickup, early. For a 1 pm kickoff from Niagara Falls, Ontario, we usually suggest leaving well before 10 am: border time, Abbott Road closures and lot queues all eat into the morning. We confirm the exact time with you when booking.
- The crossing. Every passenger has their own document ready to hand over when the border officer asks; windows down, phones away.
- At the stadium. Drop-off in the area the stadium designates for your vehicle type, with the meeting point for later agreed before you leave the car.
- The exit. The chauffeur is in position before the final whistle. Phone contact replaces the guesswork of finding a car among thousands.
- Home. Back over the border, through Canadian inspection, and to your door, hotel or a late dinner stop.
Drinks and tailgates
Tailgating culture is a big part of a Bills Sunday, and we understand the appeal. Our vehicles, though, are alcohol-free: under Niagara Region's licensing by-law our drivers may not allow drinking in the car, and Ontario's liquor act contains no limousine exemption. Whatever the stadium lot permits, nobody drinks inside our car. The chauffeur never drinks, which is exactly why groups book one for game day.
Picking the vehicle
- Standard SUV or Executive Black SUV: up to 6 passengers and 6 bags; the default for a few friends.
- Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz): seats up to 12, with room for carry-on bags only. Remember the stadium's rule that Sprinters of any size must park in the Limo Lot with an advance pass.
- Stretch SUV Limousine: seats up to 16 with little luggage space; availability is confirmed at booking.
- Party Bus: up to 12 passengers and 2 bags, for birthday games and bachelor weekends; availability confirmed at booking. See our party bus service.
- Coaches: larger fan clubs and staff outings can request one; our group transportation page explains how.

Ways to get to the game compared
| Mode | Door-to-door from Niagara Falls, ON | Cost note | Bags | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Driving yourself | 50 – 60 min plus border, lot entry and parking walk | Fuel, stadium parking, toll on return to Canada | Clear-bag rule applies to everyone | Fans who will not drink and leave early |
| Rideshare | Driver must be willing to cross the border and wait in post-game queues | Surge pricing after the game | Small car | Solo fans already staying in Buffalo |
| Taxi | Similar, with metered waiting | Metered | Trunk | Short trips within Buffalo |
| Fan bus or organised coach | Fixed departure and return | Per-seat price set by the organiser | Under-floor | Fan clubs happy with a set schedule |
| Private chauffeur (NiagaraFallsLimo.net) | 50 – 60 min plus border, door to door | Fixed fare via booker, shown before payment | Matched to the class | Groups, families, Canadians crossing, anyone who wants a known car after the game |
Some honesty. If you are already staying near the stadium in Buffalo, a short rideshare or taxi may be all you need. If your fan club runs a coach, that is good value for a single seat. A pre-booked chauffeur makes sense when the trip starts in Canada, when the group would otherwise need two cars, when you want a known driver rather than a rideshare app at a crowded transit centre, and when everyone wants to enjoy the day without one person staying sober to drive. Our guide to chauffeur versus taxi versus rideshare goes further.
Who it suits
- Individuals with a single ticket book a sedan and avoid parking alone.
- Couples turn a concert into a night with dinner and no driving.
- Families with children use an SUV with child seats, available in the booker; remember the clear-bag rule applies to diaper bags too.
- Groups, from office outings to bachelor parties, split one fixed fare in a Sprinter or stretch SUV. The groups page has more, and our full list of services covers every kind of event. For upcoming dates in the region, the Niagara events calendar helps.
How to book game-day transport in 3 steps
- Enter the event. Pickup address, the venue as drop-off, date and the time you want to leave. Add the kickoff or show time in the notes.
- Choose a vehicle. Every class shows its fixed fare for the round trip or by the hour.
- Add passengers and pay. Passenger count, any child seats or extras, then secure payment and an email confirmation.
Game plans change too. Cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup at no charge; inside 72 hours it is 10%, inside 48 hours 50%, and inside 24 hours or for a no-show the full fare. Playoff games and long weekends may carry a different deadline, printed on the confirmation. Our cross-border car service page covers US trips that are not about sport.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get from Niagara Falls to Highmark Stadium?
The drive from Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 53 km (33 mi), usually 50 to 60 minutes with no traffic, plus time at the border. On game days, road closures around the stadium and queues at the bridges add more, so plan to leave several hours before kickoff.
Can a limo drop off at Highmark Stadium?
Yes, with conditions. Buses and limousines need a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance, Sprinter vans of any size must park in the Limo Lot with an advance pass, and vehicles without a permit are turned away. General drop-off is at the Transit Center near Abbott Road and Southwestern Boulevard.
Do I need a passport to go to a Bills game from Canada?
You need a document accepted for land entry to the United States. Canadian citizens may use a valid passport, an enhanced driver's licence or a NEXUS card, and children under 16 need proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate. Visitors of other nationalities should check US requirements well ahead.
Can we tailgate with the limo?
The stadium allows tailgating in the Bus & Limo Lot only for limousines seating 11 or fewer, and only with the advance permit. Inside our vehicle, nobody drinks: Niagara Region's by-law forbids it in licensed vehicles for hire, and the chauffeur never drinks.
What bags can I take into Highmark Stadium and KeyBank Center?
Highmark Stadium allows one clear bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 in. or a small clutch. KeyBank Center bans bags, backpacks and purses but allows clutches up to 4 × 6 × 1.5 in. Leave everything else in the car or at your hotel.
How far is KeyBank Center from Niagara Falls, Ontario?
About 37 km (23 mi), usually 35 to 45 minutes via the Peace Bridge plus border time. It is the closest of the major arenas to the Canadian falls, which makes a Sabres game an easy evening trip with a chauffeur.
How much is a limo to a Bills game?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, the stadium and the vehicle before you pay. A Sprinter for twelve fans shares one fare, and there is no surge after the final whistle.
Is it better to stay in Buffalo or Niagara Falls for a Bills game?
Buffalo hotels are closer to Orchard Park and avoid the border on game day. Niagara Falls hotels on either side suit fans combining the game with the falls. Our Niagara Falls, New York hotel guide and the Buffalo airport page help you compare.
