Buffalo is the American half of our everyday map. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books limo service in Buffalo for people who live there, people landing at BUF and people in town for a game, a convention or a wedding, and the city sits only about 34 km (21 mi) from the Fallsview hotels on the Canadian side. This page is about getting around Buffalo itself; the short hop across the river has its own page, linked below.
What car and limo service does NiagaraFallsLimo.net offer in Buffalo?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books pre-arranged limo and car service in Buffalo: Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) pickups, downtown and suburban trips, hourly black cars, Highmark Stadium and KeyBank Center nights, and party buses. Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 34 km (21 mi) away. Book online, choose a vehicle and see the fixed all-in fare first.
Who runs the car in Buffalo
Buffalo airport runs and Niagara trips are everyday work for our Niagara desk. For work that stays inside Buffalo, such as an evening at Canalside or a suburban prom, the vehicle and chauffeur may come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, vetted before it handles our bookings. Either way NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes the booking, passes on your flight number and notes, watches the job and stays your point of contact.
The booker, the 24/7 desk, flight tracking, meet and greet, child seats, the wheelchair option and the cancellation terms do not change. Because partner fleets differ, Buffalo vehicle classes are offered with availability confirmed at booking.
Buffalo airport car service: Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)
Buffalo Niagara International Airport sits in Cheektowaga, east of downtown, and has a busy route map: its commercial carriers page lists American, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest, Sun Country and United, with nonstops including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Orlando and all three New York airports.
How a BUF pickup works with us:
- Flight tracking. Give the flight number in the booker and the pickup follows the real landing time.
- Waiting. The airport has a free cell phone lot, so the chauffeur waits nearby and comes to the arrivals curb when you have your bags. Add meet and greet and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board instead.
- Permits. BUF runs a Ground Transportation Program with commercial vehicle permits for operators that pick up at the airport.
The lowest-cost way out of BUF is NFTA-Metro: the airport's public transportation page lists Route 24 Genesee, with a regular fare of $2 one way (as of 2026), and connections to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. For a solo traveller with a backpack heading downtown in daylight, that bus is a sensible choice.
Private jets use Signature Buffalo Niagara, the FBO on North Airport Drive, which is open 24 hours with on-site customs. Our private jet and FBO transfer page explains how we meet a tail number. For the airport itself and the run from BUF to the Canadian side, see the full Buffalo airport transfer page.
Black car service Buffalo: downtown, the medical campus and the suburbs
Most Buffalo black car work is short and specific. Typical requests:
- Downtown hotels and the convention centre. The Westin Buffalo on Delaware Avenue, Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo nearby on the same avenue, the Curtiss Hotel on Franklin Street and the Hotel at the Lafayette on Washington Street are all downtown, as is the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on Convention Center Plaza. A sedan or Executive Black SUV booked "By the hour" covers a day of meetings without parking hunts.
- The Richardson Hotel. Set on the Richardson Olmsted Campus, a National Historic Landmark on Forest Avenue, it is a frequent pickup for wedding guests and visitors.
- Train arrivals. Amtrak's Buffalo-Exchange Street station is a short walk from Niagara Square; Buffalo-Depew, on Dick Road in Depew, is the suburban stop closer to the airport. We track the train like a flight.
- Suburban offices and homes. Williamsville, Amherst, Lancaster, Hamburg, East Aurora and Kenmore are routine addresses. An evening return from a downtown dinner to a suburb is a common booking.
Our hourly chauffeur service explains "as directed" days in detail. Chauffeurs are discreet, NDAs are available on request, and a VIP security add-on lets a chauffeur work alongside your own team.
Game days: Highmark Stadium and KeyBank Center
Buffalo game days need planning, and this is where a pre-booked car earns its fare.
Highmark Stadium, Orchard Park. The new home of the Buffalo Bills opened in 2026 across from the old stadium. The team's stadium A–Z guide sets out rules that matter to anyone arriving by car:
- Abbott Road closes to vehicles five hours before kickoff, and general pickup and drop-off use the Transit Center near Abbott Road and Southwestern Boulevard.
- Buses and limousines need a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance; vehicles without one are turned away on game day. Sprinter vans of any size must park in the Limo Lot with an advance pass.
- Security gates open three hours before kickoff, and bags are limited to one clear bag of 12 × 6 × 12 in. or a small clutch.
Tell us the game when you book so the lot pass can be arranged ahead, and agree a post-game meeting point; leaving Orchard Park after a full house is slow for everyone.
KeyBank Center, downtown. Home of the Sabres and the Bandits, a short walk from Canalside. Its venue information explains the bag rules: bags, backpacks and purses are banned, clutches up to 4 × 6 × 1.5 in. are allowed. A drop-off a block away and a pre-agreed pickup corner beat circling the arena after the final horn.
Our concerts and sports transportation page covers the Niagara side of event nights.
Party bus Buffalo and limo rental
A Buffalo party bus is usually a prom, a wedding or a birthday that moves between neighbourhoods.
- Proms. Suburban schools in Williamsville, Hamburg, Lancaster and Orchard Park set strict arrival and departure rules. We follow the school's rules and the parents' timetable; see our prom limo service.
- Weddings. Popular photo and reception settings include Buffalo RiverWorks on the river, Buffalo Central Terminal, the Statler and the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora. A Stretch Limousine for the couple and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party is a common pairing.
- Bachelor and bachelorette nights. Stops in Allentown, Elmwood Village, Hertel Avenue and Canalside, with a show at Shea's Buffalo or a gig at the Town Ballroom.
- Concerts and festivals. Canalside on the waterfront is free and open year-round, with longer hours on event days.
There is no drinking in our vehicles and the chauffeur never drinks. A sealed bottle can be added in the booker as a gift to take away. Our party bus page explains what a party bus night includes; the Party Bus class carries up to 12, the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, and coaches are available on request.

Buffalo transport compared: bus, rideshare, taxi or chauffeur
| Way to travel | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NFTA-Metro bus | Slowest, fixed routes | $2 one way (as of 2026) | What you can carry | Solo travellers downtown in daylight |
| Rideshare app | Wait for a driver | Surge pricing after games and concerts | Varies by car | Short trips inside the city |
| Taxi | Wait at the rank or by phone | Metered | 2–4 bags | Short trips without a booking |
| Driving yourself | Parking, stadium lots, winter roads | Rental, fuel, parking | Plenty | Long stays with many suburban stops |
| Pre-booked chauffeur | Car waiting when you are ready | Fixed fare via the booker | Matched to the vehicle class | Families, groups, game days, late flights |
The honest verdict: inside Buffalo, a rideshare or taxi is fine for a quick daytime trip, and the Route 24 bus from BUF is hard to beat for one person on a budget. A pre-booked chauffeur wins when you have car seats or a lot of luggage, a group that would otherwise need three cars, a stadium lot pass to sort out, a late arrival in a January snowstorm or a wedding schedule that cannot slip. No surge, no rank and a known vehicle and driver.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Buffalo?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. A BUF sedan, an hourly SUV for a game day and a party bus for a prom are all priced the same way, with no surge after the game.
Can I book a car from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, Canada?
Yes. Enter BUF as the pickup and your Niagara Falls hotel as the drop-off. The ride is about 35–40 km plus the border, and the chauffeur crosses the bridge with you. Each passenger needs their own travel documents. Our Buffalo airport transfer page covers the trip in detail.
Can I take an Uber from Buffalo to Niagara Falls, Canada?
Some rideshare drivers will not cross the border, and airports in the region warn travellers about this. A pre-booked chauffeur crosses with you as normal service, with the fare fixed before you travel and no risk of being left at the bridge.
Can a limo drop us at the Bills game?
Yes, with planning. Highmark Stadium requires buses and limos to hold a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance, and Sprinters must use the Limo Lot with a pass. Tell us the game when you book so the pass is arranged, and agree a post-game meeting point.
Do you pick up at the Buffalo train stations?
Yes. We pick up at Buffalo-Exchange Street downtown and Buffalo-Depew in the suburbs, with the train tracked like a flight. Enter the train number in the booker.
Is there a party bus in Buffalo for a prom?
Yes. The Party Bus carries up to 12 and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, both with availability confirmed at booking. Prom dates can carry a different cancellation deadline, shown on your confirmation, and drinking is never allowed in our vehicles.
What is the best way to get from downtown Buffalo to BUF?
For one person with light bags, NFTA-Metro Route 24 is the budget choice. For an early flight, a family or a group, a pre-booked car collects you at the door at a set time, with the fare fixed in advance.
