When eight friends, a wedding party or a whole prom group want to arrive together, a sedan will not do. Limo rental in Niagara Falls with NiagaraFallsLimo.net means a chauffeur-driven stretch limousine, stretch SUV, Executive Sprinter or party bus, booked online at a fixed fare and driven by someone who knows exactly where a long vehicle can and cannot stop on Clifton Hill, at Table Rock or outside a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery.
What can I rent for a group in Niagara Falls?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net rents chauffeur-driven stretch limousines (up to 8), stretch SUV limousines (up to 16), Executive Sprinters (up to 12), Executive Jet Sprinters (up to 6) and party buses (up to 12) across Niagara, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, about 25 km away. Choose one in the online booker to see its fixed fare.
All of these are rented with a chauffeur; we do not hire out vehicles to self-drive. Stretch vehicles, Maybach, Rolls-Royce and the party bus are popular on Saturdays from May to October, so their availability is confirmed at booking.
Limo rental in Niagara Falls: the five group vehicles
| Vehicle | Passengers | Luggage | The feel inside | Typical bookings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | minimal | classic perimeter seating, low roofline | weddings, anniversaries, proms |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | minimal | the largest stretch, high roof, perimeter seating | big proms, milestone birthdays, bachelorettes |
| Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz) | up to 12 | carry-on only | forward-facing seats, standing headroom | wine days, wedding guests, sports trips |
| Executive Jet Sprinter | up to 6 | 2 | lounge-style executive seating | small teams, VIP groups, long rides |
| Party Bus | up to 12 | 2 | open cabin for a group to celebrate | birthdays, nights out |
Every passenger needs a seat with a seatbelt. Niagara Region's licensing by-law does not allow a vehicle for hire to carry more passengers than its seating and belts, and Ontario requires everyone to buckle up, so a "12-passenger" vehicle means twelve, not thirteen. More details and photos are on the fleet page.
Stretch limousine or Sprinter: which one is right?
These two get compared more than any others. The short answer:
- Choose a stretch limousine when the moment is the point: a bride's arrival, a proposal, the prom photo outside the house. A stretch looks the part and seats up to eight, but it is long, low and has very little room for bags.
- Choose an Executive Sprinter when the journey is the point: a full day of wineries, a trip to a Bills game, wedding guests from the hotel to the venue. You can stand up inside, the seats face forward, getting in and out is easy, and it handles longer distances comfortably. It takes carry-on bags only.
- Choose a stretch SUV when there are more than twelve of you and you want a classic limousine look.
- Choose a Jet Sprinter for six people who want space, quiet and a couple of bags.
For larger parties, combine vehicles or ask about coaches. Our group transportation page explains how to move a wedding or conference in waves.
Occasions we drive most
Weddings
Stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce for the couple, Sprinters for the wedding party and guest shuttles between hotels and the venue. Niagara-on-the-Lake estates, Fallsview hotels and the Niagara Parkway are the classic settings. See wedding limo service, and if you are a planner, event and wedding planners.
Proms and graduations
A stretch SUV holds up to sixteen students, which is often a whole friend group in one vehicle. Prom season can have its own cancellation deadline, printed on your confirmation. Our prom limo page covers parents' questions, including the rule that matters most: no alcohol, ever.
Bachelorette and bachelor weekends
Clifton Hill, the casinos, dinner in Fallsview and a wine-country afternoon. Read bachelorette and bachelor limos for routes that work, or the party bus page if the group wants an open cabin.
Casino nights and shows
The Fallsview Casino Resort has two entertainment venues, the OLG Stage and the Avalon Theatre, which together host more than 320 shows a year. Casino Niagara is on Falls Avenue beside Clifton Hill. Our casino limo page explains drop-off and pickup for both.
Games and concerts in Buffalo
Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, the Bills' new home, is about 50–55 km (31–34 mi) from Niagara Falls, Ontario, usually 50–60 minutes before the border and game-day traffic. The Bills' stadium A–Z guide says buses and limos need a Bus & Limo Lot permit bought in advance, Sprinter vans of any size must park in that lot with an advance pass, and vehicles without one are turned away. Tell us the game when you book so the permit is part of the plan. KeyBank Center downtown is about 35–40 km (22–25 mi). Most trips cross at the Peace Bridge, and concert and sports transportation has more on both venues.
The no-drinking rule, explained
People sometimes picture a limousine with glasses clinking. That is not legal in Ontario, and it is not how we operate. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire By-law 2021-58 says a driver must not permit anyone to consume alcohol in the vehicle, and Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act limits liquor in a motor vehicle to sealed containers or packed baggage, with no limousine exception. So:
- No drinking on board, in any of our vehicles, on any occasion.
- Bottles from a winery stay sealed and packed away until you reach the hotel.
- A gift bottle can be ordered in the booker, sealed, to take with you and open later somewhere legal.
- The chauffeur never drinks.
Parents booking prom vehicles tend to find this reassuring, and couples simply plan their toast for the reception.
Where long vehicles can and cannot go
A stretch limousine or a Sprinter does not move like a sedan, and part of the chauffeur's job is planning around that:
- Hotel entrances. The big Fallsview towers have porte-cochères and side entrances; the chauffeur picks the one that fits the vehicle and the photos. Our Fallsview hotels guide shows the main ones.
- Clifton Hill. The street itself is steep and busy, so the chauffeur plans set-down at Falls Avenue or Victoria Avenue, the two ends of the hill. See Clifton Hill by chauffeur.
- Wineries. Some Niagara-on-the-Lake estates have gravel lanes and small lots; a Sprinter is often easier than a stretch on these days.
- Bridges. Limousines and buses may use the Rainbow and Lewiston-Queenston bridges, according to the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission. The Whirlpool Rapids Bridge takes cars only, and only when everyone aboard holds NEXUS.
Timing a big night: practical tips
- Build in photo time. A wedding party or prom group rarely leaves the house on the minute. Add 20–30 minutes for photos at the first stop.
- Count the real headcount. Include the photographer, the parent who wants to ride along and the friend who might join later. If the number goes over the vehicle's seats, book the next size up.
- Check the venue's own rules. Stadiums, some estates and a few hotels set their own arrival lanes or permits for large vehicles. Tell us the venue and we plan around it.
- Plan the end of the night. Decide in advance whether the vehicle takes everyone to one hotel or makes several drop-offs, and put those addresses in the booking.
- Know the cancellation terms. They run back from the pickup time: free beyond 72 hours, 10% inside 72 hours, 50% inside 48 hours, and the full fare inside 24 hours or for a no-show. Prom and wedding dates may differ, as printed on the confirmation.
Book a stretch limo or Sprinter in 3 steps
- Map the night. Enter the first pickup (a home, a hotel or a church) and the last drop-off, with the date and time. Add stops such as the photo location, dinner and the venue. For a party that keeps moving, choose "By the hour".
- Pick the big vehicle. Stretch Limousine, Stretch SUV Limousine, Executive Sprinter, Executive Jet Sprinter or Party Bus, each with its fixed fare for your plan.
- Add the guest count and pay. Enter passengers and bags, add any extras such as a sealed gift bottle, pay securely and watch for the emailed confirmation.
Limo rental in Niagara Falls compared with other ways to move a group
| Option | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Several rideshares | depends on finding 3–4 cars at once | surge pricing on busy nights | 1–2 bags each | small groups who don't mind splitting up |
| Several taxis | depends on a rank or dispatch | metered, per car | 1–3 bags each | short trips between two points |
| Transit (WEGO, regional buses) | timetable-based | adult WEGO 24-hour pass $16.00, as of 2026 | carry your own | budget sightseeing along the Parkway |
| Drive yourselves | flexible, but parking for several cars | fuel, parking, someone stays sober | as much as fits | groups with a willing designated driver |
| Stretch, Sprinter or party bus with chauffeur | one vehicle, one schedule | fixed fare via the booker | as listed for each class | weddings, proms, wine days, games, nights out |
For two or three people going a short distance, rideshare or a taxi is honestly fine; our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide explains when. Group vehicles win when everyone must arrive together, when nobody should drive after drinks at the venue, when the route has several stops, or when a border crossing and a stadium permit are involved.
Who rents stretch limousines and Sprinters
- Individuals booking a surprise for someone else, often a proposal or an anniversary.
- Couples on their wedding day, and couples hosting guests who need moving between hotel and venue.
- Families marking a milestone birthday, a graduation or a reunion with three generations in one vehicle. See our families page.
- Groups: prom groups, sports fans, bachelorette parties and friends on a wine day. Our groups page has planning tips.
Arriving by air? A Sprinter is the easiest way to bring a group from Toronto Pearson, about 120–130 km (75–80 mi) and usually 1 h 25 – 1 h 45 away, though it takes carry-on bags only; larger luggage loads suit two SUVs.
Frequently asked questions
How much is it to rent a limo in Niagara Falls?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, stops, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. Pick the Stretch Limousine, Stretch SUV, Sprinter or Party Bus and the price for your plan appears, so you can compare classes side by side without requesting a quote.
How many people fit in a stretch limo?
Our Stretch Limousine seats up to 8 passengers and our Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16. Every passenger needs their own belted seat, so these numbers are firm. For bigger groups, book two vehicles or ask the desk about a coach.
Where can I rent a party bus for a trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net offers a chauffeur-driven Party Bus for up to 12 passengers, booked online with availability confirmed at booking. It can collect your group in Toronto, Hamilton or Buffalo and spend the evening in Niagara. Alcohol cannot be consumed on board.
Can we drink alcohol in the limo?
No. Niagara Region's by-law forbids a vehicle-for-hire driver to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. You can add a sealed bottle in the booker as a gift to take away and open at the hotel or reception.
What is the difference between a Sprinter and a limo?
A stretch limousine is a lengthened luxury car with perimeter seating and a low roof. An Executive Sprinter is a Mercedes-Benz van with forward-facing seats and standing headroom. The limo is about the arrival; the Sprinter is better for longer drives, winery lanes and getting in and out often.
Can a limo take us to a Bills game?
Yes. Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park is about 50–55 km (31–34 mi) from Niagara Falls, Ontario. The stadium requires a pre-purchased Bus & Limo Lot permit for limousines and Sprinters, so tell us the game when you book. Everyone needs their own valid documents for the border.
How far ahead should I book a stretch limo for prom or a wedding?
As early as you can. Saturdays in prom and wedding season are among the busiest days of the year for large vehicles, which is why stretch and party-bus availability is confirmed at booking. Big events can also carry a different cancellation deadline, printed on your confirmation.
