First-time visitors are often surprised by where this hotel is. The Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is part of the Falls Avenue Resort at 5875 Falls Avenue, at the foot of Clifton Hill, facing the American Falls across Queen Victoria Park. It is not on Fallsview Boulevard with the tall towers on the ridge. That location changes the logistics in useful ways: the Rainbow Bridge is a few hundred metres away, Clifton Hill is outside the door, and the drive to Pearson starts on a different road. NiagaraFallsLimo.net collects Sheraton Fallsview guests every day, and this page explains how.
Where is the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, and how do I get there from the airport?
The Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is at 5875 Falls Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario, beside Clifton Hill. From Toronto Pearson it is about 125 km (77 mi), usually 1 h 30 – 1 h 50; from Buffalo Niagara about 40 km (25 mi) plus the border. NiagaraFallsLimo.net shows a fixed fare in its booker before you pay.
The car drops you at the hotel's main entrance on Falls Avenue. Because Falls Avenue Resort is a cluster of connected buildings, it helps to tell us in the booker notes if you are going to a particular entrance, such as the conference level or the waterpark side.
What Falls Avenue Resort means for your trip
The Sheraton is one of four properties under the Falls Avenue Resort name. According to the resort's Sheraton page, the hotel has 669 guestrooms and suites, Fallsview rooms with balconies, and "indoor connections" to Casino Niagara and the 3-acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Its neighbours on the same street include The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Tapestry Collection by Hilton at 5685 Falls Avenue and the Skyline Hotel & Waterpark.
Dining on site, as the resort lists it, includes:
- Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant, Chef Massimo Capra's room on the Fallsview Dining Level (the old Windows by Jamie Kennedy address now points here).
- Fallsview Grand Buffet, the big family dining room.
- A lobby wine lounge, Freshii, Starbucks and Sweet Jesus ice cream.
There is also an indoor pool, a seasonal rooftop pool and the Christienne Fallsview Spa. For a family that wants to spend a rainy day indoors between pool, waterpark and buffet, few addresses in town are simpler. For your chauffeur, the main point is that Casino Niagara (5705 Falls Avenue) is indoors and next door, so a car is for going further afield.
Five minutes to the bridge: crossing to the US from the Sheraton
Few hotels on the Canadian side sit closer to the Rainbow Bridge than the Falls Avenue properties. By road the Canadian plaza is about half a kilometre from the Sheraton's door. That makes the hotel a natural base for two-country trips: the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds on the New York side, dinner in downtown Niagara Falls NY, Seneca Niagara Casino, or a flight out of Buffalo.

Our chauffeurs cross with you as part of normal service. What you bring is your own documents, one set per person:
- Canadian and US citizens: a passport, passport card (US citizens), enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card for the US crossing; children under 16 can use a birth certificate, per US Customs and Border Protection.
- Visitors from other countries: a passport, and for Visa Waiver nationals an approved ESTA before reaching a US land border; check our page on international visitors.
- Children travelling without both parents: a consent letter is strongly advised; see crossing the border with children.
The Rainbow Bridge takes cars and limousines but not commercial trucks, and it has its own pedestrian walkway, according to the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission. Tolls are collected only entering Canada. Our Rainbow Bridge wait-time guide shows where to check live queues; we never promise how long a crossing will take, and holiday weekends are the busiest periods. Coming back, the CBSA posts live waits for traffic entering Canada.

A typical arrival day
Here is how a Pearson arrival to the Sheraton usually unfolds with us:
- Your flight lands; we are already tracking it. If you chose meet & greet, the chauffeur is inside arrivals with a name board. Otherwise, you meet at the pre-arranged pickup door the airport assigns.
- Bags go in, child seats are already fitted, and the car heads west and south around the lake on the QEW.
- Past St. Catharines the road crosses the Welland Canal on the Garden City Skyway; soon after, you leave the highway for Niagara Falls.
- The car comes down toward the river, along Falls Avenue, and stops at the Sheraton's entrance. The doorman takes it from there.
Leaving is the same in reverse. For international flights from Pearson in summer we suggest a pickup about three and a half hours before departure.
Days out from the Sheraton
The hotel puts you within walking distance of much of the Canadian side, which means a car is for the trips that are not:
- The Niagara Parkway north to the Whirlpool, the Floral Clock and Queenston Heights, then on to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our Niagara Falls private tour runs this by the hour.
- Wine country. Plan with the Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries guide and book the wine tour by chauffeur. Nobody in your group has to drive after the tastings, and nobody drinks in the car either: Ontario law and Niagara Region's by-law rule it out, so sealed purchases ride in the back.
- The boat. Niagara City Cruises boards from the gorge at 5920 Niagara Parkway, a short stroll from Falls Avenue; see our Niagara City Cruises page for the drop-off if anyone in your party would rather not walk.
- A Bills game or a Buffalo night out. The hotel's closeness to the bridge makes Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park a reasonable trip; our concerts and sports transportation page explains the stadium's limo rules.
Who books from the Sheraton Fallsview
- Families come for the waterpark and the buffet. They book SUVs with child and booster seats, and often a single car for a day across the river. See Niagara Falls with kids.
- Couples book dinner at Massimo's on foot and then a car for the Parkway or wine country the next day.
- Groups stay here for weddings and reunions because the resort has meeting rooms and the casino next door. An Executive Sprinter of up to 12 or a stretch SUV limousine of up to 16 (availability confirmed at booking) keeps everyone together; read group trips to Niagara Falls.
- Individuals on business at the resort's meeting rooms use sedans to and from the airport with a clear, fixed fare.
How to book this in 3 steps
- Address and time. Pickup "Sheraton Fallsview Hotel, 5875 Falls Avenue" (or the reverse for arrivals), your destination, the date and time, and a flight or train number if you have one.
- Vehicle. Pick from sedan, Mercedes E- or S-Class, SUV, Sprinter or limousine. The fixed fare for each appears beside it.
- Extras and payment. Add passengers, bags, child seats, meet & greet or a gift bottle, then pay securely. Your confirmation arrives by email.
Our booking guide explains return trips and the hourly option in more depth.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Sheraton Fallsview on Fallsview Boulevard?
No. Despite the name, the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is on Falls Avenue, at 5875 Falls Avenue in the Falls Avenue Resort, beside Clifton Hill and close to the Rainbow Bridge. Fallsview Boulevard is the hotel ridge further south. Use the Falls Avenue address when booking so the car comes to the right door.
How far is the Sheraton Fallsview from the Rainbow Bridge?
About half a kilometre by road, which is one to three minutes to the Canadian toll plaza when traffic is light. The time to clear US inspection varies and cannot be promised; we check live waits before leaving and may suggest the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, about 11 km away, instead.
Is the Sheraton Fallsview connected to Casino Niagara?
Yes. The Falls Avenue Resort says the Sheraton has indoor connections to Casino Niagara and to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Casino Niagara is at 5705 Falls Avenue. Fallsview Casino Resort is a different casino on the ridge, about 2 km away by road.
How much is a car from the Sheraton Fallsview to Toronto Pearson?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. Enter the hotel and your Pearson terminal with your date and time, then compare vehicle classes. The fare does not rise with traffic or demand.
Can you take us from the Sheraton to the American side for the day?
Yes. Book hourly or as a return trip. The chauffeur drives you over the Rainbow Bridge to Niagara Falls State Park, Maid of the Mist, the outlets or a restaurant, and brings you back. Every passenger must carry their own valid passport or other accepted document.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes. Child, toddler and booster seats can be added in the booker when you enter passengers. Tell us each child's age and weight, and the seats will be fitted before pickup. Strollers fit best in an SUV or Sprinter.
Can we walk from the Sheraton Fallsview to the Horseshoe Falls?
Yes. It is a walk of roughly 1.5 to 2 km along the Niagara Parkway through Queen Victoria Park, past the American Falls to Table Rock. Many guests walk one way and book a short ride back, especially late in the evening after the illumination or fireworks.
