There are two casinos in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and a ring of hotels built around them. Groups flying in for a birthday, a stag weekend, a poker trip or a headline show at the theatre usually want the same thing from the airport run: get there, check in, and be at the tables or in a seat before the evening starts.
NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives the Pearson airport to Fallsview Casino run as a single, direct trip: one booking, one vehicle for the group, from Toronto Pearson International Airport to the hotel entrance. This post covers the distance, the hotel choices, where the car sets you down and what to plan if you are landing late.
How far is Pearson airport from Fallsview Casino?
Fallsview Casino Resort is about 121 km (75 mi) from Toronto Pearson, usually 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak and 2 hours or more on a Friday afternoon. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives you straight from arrivals to your casino hotel's entrance. Book online and the fixed fare shows before you pay.
Two casinos, several hotels
It helps to know the layout before you choose where to stay.
Fallsview Casino Resort sits on the cliff above the Horseshoe Falls at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, with its own resort hotel. The casino describes more than 3,200 slots and 110 tables, and its two venues, the OLG Stage and the Avalon Theatre, host more than 320 shows a year (Fallsview Casino Resort). You must be 19 or older to enter the casino. Our Fallsview Casino Resort page and the casino hotel page go into detail.
Several big Fallsview hotels stand within a short walk of it. The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites at 6361 Fallsview Boulevard describes itself as directly connected to Fallsview Casino Resort and the OLG Stage (Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview); our Hilton Fallsview page covers arrivals there. Further along the boulevard are the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview (the former Embassy Suites, at 6700) and the two Marriott properties at 6740 and 6755.
Casino Niagara is the older of the two, at 5705 Falls Avenue beside Clifton Hill, with about 95,000 sq ft of gaming on two floors (Casino Niagara). It connects indoors to the Falls Avenue Resort, whose hotels include the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel at 5875 Falls Avenue and The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Tapestry Collection by Hilton at 5685 Falls Avenue (Falls Avenue Resort). Our Sheraton Fallsview page covers that side.
Both casinos remain open and operated by the same company after Ontario's 2026 decision to open the Niagara market to new operators, so plans for a weekend are unaffected.
The drive from Pearson, and where the car stops
From the arrivals curb, the chauffeur takes the 427 or 403 to the QEW, crosses the Burlington Skyway and follows the lakeshore past St. Catharines. Most Fallsview arrivals leave the QEW toward the Falls and climb into the Fallsview district on city streets.
At the hotel, the car pulls up at the main guest entrance, the natural place to unload a group with cases. If you are staying at the casino resort hotel itself, say so in the booking rather than simply writing "Fallsview Casino", because several hotels stand within a block or two of the casino and a precise drop-off saves a walk with luggage. The same applies on Falls Avenue: tell us which hotel, not just "Casino Niagara".
Our post on Fallsview Casino parking versus being dropped at the door explains why so many visitors stop driving themselves after their first visit.
Book your Pearson to casino hotel ride
Landing late: check-in after midnight
Plenty of flights into Pearson land in the evening, and with a 90-minute drive on top, a casino-hotel arrival can come close to or after midnight. A few steps prevent problems:
- Tell the hotel. Call or message the property to say you are arriving late, and make sure the reservation is guaranteed so the room is held.
- Give us the real landing time. We track the flight, so a late-running arrival is followed automatically, but the hotel does not know that unless you tell it.
- Check in for the whole group at once. Have one person hold the booking details. A tired group of ten arriving at a desk with ten separate questions takes far longer.
- Keep photo ID handy. You will need it at the front desk, and anyone heading straight to the gaming floor should expect the casino's 19-plus rule to be enforced.
If you would rather start the night before checking in, the chauffeur can drop luggage at the hotel and the group at the casino entrance, as long as the booking includes both stops. Our post on late-night food after the casino covers where to eat afterwards.
Shows at the OLG Stage
Many casino weekends are built around a concert or comedy show. If the show is on your arrival night, give yourself a margin: a 4 p.m. landing at Pearson and an 8 p.m. curtain is achievable on a quiet day and tight on a summer Friday. Our post on getting to and from the OLG Stage covers show-night timing, and the casino limo service page explains evening bookings.
A note about drinks
Groups sometimes ask whether they can start the celebration in the car. They cannot. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law forbids drivers to permit alcohol to be consumed in the vehicle, and Ontario's liquor law makes no exception for limousines. There is no drinking in our vehicles. If you want a bottle waiting, a sealed one can be added in the booker as a gift to take to the room.
The trip home: casino hotel back to Pearson
Casino weekends tend to end late on Sunday night or early on Monday, and the return is where groups most often come unstuck. People check out at different times, someone is still at the tables, and the flight does not wait. Book the return when you book the arrival, with one pickup time for the whole group at the hotel's main entrance, and set it by the flight rather than by the hotel's checkout hour. For a domestic departure we suggest leaving Fallsview about four hours before the flight; for a US-bound flight, which clears US preclearance at Pearson, about four and a half. Mid-morning departures need more, because the drive meets Toronto's rush hour near Mississauga. Ask the front desk whether it can hold bags after checkout; if it can, the group can enjoy the last afternoon at the Falls and meet the car together, luggage and all. Our post on leaving Niagara Falls for an early flight from Pearson gives the full pickup-time table.
Booking it with NiagaraFallsLimo.net in 3 steps
- Airport to hotel. Pickup at Pearson with your flight number and landing time; drop-off at the named hotel, such as the Fallsview Casino Resort hotel, the Hilton or the Sheraton Fallsview.
- Vehicle for the group. Choose a sedan for up to 3, an SUV for up to 6, or an Executive Sprinter for up to 12 with carry-on bags. Each class shows a fixed all-in fare before you pay.
- Extras and payment. Add meet and greet inside arrivals, the passenger and bag count and any extra stop, then pay securely. The confirmation arrives by email.

Chauffeur vs rideshare vs taxi for this trip
| Option | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-booked chauffeur, one vehicle for the group | about 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak | fixed fare via booker | sized to booking | groups, late arrivals, show nights |
| Rideshare | similar drive plus wait for a match | app price, surge pricing on busy evenings | depends on the car; groups split up | one or two travellers with light bags |
| Taxi from the rank | similar drive plus queue | metered | standard trunk | travellers with no booking |
| FlixBus from Pearson Terminal 1 | 1 h 30 minimum, then a local connection to Fallsview | public fare | one case each | solo travellers on a budget |
| Rental car | similar drive plus rental desk | rental rate, fuel, hotel or casino parking | your own trunk | visitors planning to tour the region |
The honest verdict. A couple arriving mid-afternoon with two small bags can take a rideshare to Fallsview without any trouble, and FlixBus is a reasonable option for a solo traveller who does not mind a connection at the Niagara end. The pre-booked chauffeur becomes the clear choice for groups: one vehicle instead of three or four cars arriving at different times, a fixed fare agreed before anyone lands, and a driver who knows exactly which entrance belongs to which hotel. It also matters for late arrivals, when queues and app availability are least predictable. Our chauffeur, taxi and rideshare guide discusses the trade-offs further.
Who it suits
Groups are at the heart of this trip: birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, poker friends and corporate incentive trips all arrive more smoothly together, and our groups page has more. Couples booking a show-and-dinner weekend like being dropped at the door ready for the evening. Individuals flying in for a poker tournament or a single big show value a fixed pickup with no surprises. Families generally choose the Falls Avenue hotels and the attractions of Clifton Hill rather than the casino floor, but the same transfer applies, with child seats in the booker.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get from Pearson to Fallsview Casino?
About 1 h 30 – 1 h 45 off-peak for roughly 121 km (75 mi). On a Friday afternoon, or with an incident on the QEW near the Burlington Skyway, allow 2 hours or more. Late-evening arrivals usually move quickly once you are out of the airport.
Is there a shuttle from Toronto airport to Fallsview Casino?
There is no direct public shuttle we can point to. FlixBus lists a Pearson Terminal 1 stop on its Toronto to Niagara Falls route, which works with a local connection at the Niagara end. A pre-booked car takes you straight to the hotel entrance.
Which hotel is connected to Fallsview Casino?
The casino has its own resort hotel at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, and the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview describes itself as directly connected to Fallsview Casino Resort and the OLG Stage. On Falls Avenue, the resort hotels there connect indoors to Casino Niagara.
How old do you have to be to enter Fallsview Casino?
Nineteen. Fallsview Casino Resort states that guests must be 19 or older to enter the casino. Carry government-issued photo ID, especially if you head to the gaming floor straight from the car.
Can you drop us at the casino and take our bags to the hotel?
Yes, if both stops are in the booking. Add the hotel and the casino entrance as separate stops, and tell the desk who is going where. The simplest plan is usually to check in first, which takes only a few minutes for a well-organized group.
Can we drink in the limo on the way to the casino?
No. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law forbids drivers to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario's liquor law has no limousine exception. A sealed bottle can be added as a gift to take to your room.
What vehicle should a group of eight book?
An Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 with carry-on luggage, or two SUVs carry up to 6 people and 6 bags each. If the eight have checked suitcases, two SUVs or a Sprinter plus an SUV usually works better than a single van.
