On a busy Saturday morning in Miami, thousands of people are trying to do the same thing at once: get from an airport gate or a hotel lobby to a ship that will not wait. The rest of the week the problems change, from a meeting in Brickell to a late table on South Beach, but the answer is the same. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books Miami car service and chauffeur service through one online booker, shows the fixed all-in fare before you pay, and keeps one reservations desk on your trip from booking to drop-off.
How do I book a car service in Miami?
Book Miami car service with NiagaraFallsLimo.net online: enter the pickup (MIA, a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal or any address), drop-off, date and time, choose a vehicle and see the fixed all-in fare before paying. MIA to downtown Miami is about 19 km (12 mi), usually 25–45 minutes.
Every booker mode works here: point to point, return, multi-stop and "By the hour". A cruise week often needs three rides on one reservation: the airport to a hotel, the hotel to the ship, and the ship back to the airport a week later. Start on the booking page, or read how to book a limo first.
Who drives you in Miami
We are a Niagara company with no Miami garage. In Miami, the vehicle and chauffeur come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and NiagaraFallsLimo.net stays your point of contact for the booking, the payment and any change. Vehicle classes are "or similar", with availability confirmed at booking. The same arrangement covers our Fort Lauderdale limo service, Orlando airport car service and every other city on our US cities page.
PortMiami cruise transfers
PortMiami sits on Dodge Island, just east of downtown. Cars reach it through the Port Tunnel, which the port describes as dedicated, toll-free and connected directly to major highways (PortMiami directions). Terminals are assigned by cruise line, and knowing yours saves time at the gate:
- Terminal AA: MSC Cruises. Opened in 2025, it can handle up to three ships at once.
- Terminal A ("The Crown of Miami"): Royal Caribbean International.
- Terminal B ("The Pearl of Miami"): Norwegian Cruise Line.
- Terminal C: ships from several cruise lines.
- Terminals D, E and F: Carnival Cruise Line.
- Terminal J: small vessels and luxury cruises.
- Terminal V: Virgin Voyages.
- Terminal G: Royal Caribbean, under construction on the west end of the port and expected to open in 2027.
Those assignments come from the port's cruise terminals page; your cruise documents give the final word. Put the terminal letter in the booking notes, and the chauffeur drops you at the right building rather than the right island.
What else the port publishes: parking for each terminal on the north and south sides, taxis at all terminals on cruise days, designated rideshare zones, and shuttle and limousine services for cruise passengers. Most cruise lines also run their own shuttle from Miami International.
Our view on timing. For embarkation, aim to arrive in your cruise line's check-in window, not before it. For disembarkation, book the pickup for the time your line gives you, and add a buffer if you have a flight; we track the flight, not the ship, so tell us your flight time and we will plan backwards from it. Our cruise transfers page lists what to include in the booking.
MIA airport car service at Miami International
Miami International Airport (MIA) publishes a few points every arriving passenger should know (MIA ground transportation):
- Taxi and ride-app zones are on the arrival (ground) level outside baggage claim; ride apps can also pick up on the second (departures) level, so check the app for the door number.
- The MIA Mover on the third level, between the Dolphin and Flamingo garages, runs to the Miami Intermodal Center and the Rental Car Center.
- Cruise-line shuttles leave from bus stations on level 1: north at Concourse D, Door 1, and south at Concourse J, Door 33.
- The airport warns against solicitors. Offers of transport inside the terminal are illegal, and many come from unlicensed, uninsured drivers. Use the official taxi stands or a car you booked in advance.
With a pre-booked car, the chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at the point on your confirmation. Add a meet and greet for a name board inside, which is worth it at an airport this size when you have bags and children. PortMiami is about 9 miles from MIA by the airport's own count; allow roughly 25–45 minutes depending on the terminal and traffic.

Black car and chauffeur service for Brickell and business days
Business days in Miami rarely stay in one district: an office in Brickell, a lunch somewhere else, a client at a hotel on the beach. A car "by the hour" lets the chauffeur wait between a Brickell office, a lunch in Coral Gables and a late flight out of MIA, with your bags staying in the car. See hourly chauffeur service for how waiting and stops work.
For clients and principals, the Executive Black SUV or a Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class is the usual choice. Chauffeurs are trained to be discreet, and we can provide an NDA. If your guest travels with a protection team, the chauffeur works alongside it; we are not a security company.
Miami party bus and limo rental: South Beach, Wynwood, games and weddings
- South Beach nights. MIA to South Beach is about 24 km (15 mi), usually 30–50 minutes. A stretch limo or party bus "by the hour" keeps a group together between dinner and the rest of the evening, with the chauffeur waiting at a legal pickup point near each stop.
- Wynwood and Brickell for dinners and gallery evenings, often combined in a multi-stop booking.
- Miami HEAT games and concerts at Kaseya Center, 601 Biscayne Boulevard, downtown (Kaseya Center).
- Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, home of the Miami Dolphins and host of the Miami Open and the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix. It is about 25 km (15 mi) north of downtown. On big event days, expect managed traffic and a set pickup area. See concerts and sports transportation.
- Weddings and quinceañeras, where the couple's or the guest of honour's car needs to arrive at a set minute. Our wedding limo page covers the timeline.
- Bachelor and bachelorette weekends with several stops; the party bus class seats up to 12, and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16.
No drinking in our vehicles is a house rule everywhere, Miami included, and the chauffeur never drinks. If the night calls for a toast later, order a sealed bottle in the booker to take with you.
Vehicles available in Miami
All classes are "or similar", availability confirmed at booking. Specifications are on the fleet page.
| Class | Passengers | Bags | Miami fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Sedan (Cadillac XTS or similar) | up to 3 | 2 large | MIA to a hotel, couples to the port |
| Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class | up to 2 | 2 | Brickell meetings |
| Standard SUV (Suburban / Yukon XL) | up to 6 | 6 | Cruise families with a week of luggage |
| Executive Black SUV (Escalade / Navigator) | up to 6 | 6 | VIP arrivals, clients |
| Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz) | up to 12 | carry-on only | Wedding parties travelling light |
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | minimal | Anniversaries, proms |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | minimal | Big celebrations |
| Party Bus | up to 12 | 2 | South Beach and multi-stop nights |
A cruise tip: a Sprinter carries people well but bags poorly. Six cruisers with checked suitcases fit better in an SUV, or two.
Miami car service compared with cruise shuttles, rideshare and taxis
| Option | MIA to PortMiami, door to door | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cruise line shuttle | Bus from Concourse D or J, shared stops | Sold by the cruise line | Generous | Passengers flying in on cruise day |
| Taxi | Rank on the arrival level | Metered, plus a $2 airport origination fee (as of 2026) | Trunk; SUVs carry a surcharge | Couples with normal bags |
| Rideshare app | Arrival or departure level zone, then wait | Surge pricing at peaks | Varies | One or two people, light luggage |
| Brightline plus transfer | Train to Miami, then a connection | Train fare plus the last leg | Train allowance | Guests coming from Fort Lauderdale or Orlando |
| Private chauffeur (NiagaraFallsLimo.net) | Waits for your flight, drops at your terminal | Fixed fare via booker, shown before you pay | Matched to the class | Families, groups, early flights after the cruise |
When the shuttle or a taxi is the better choice: two people with two suitcases on a normal day, where a short taxi ride does the job. When the chauffeur wins: a family with car seats and a week of luggage, a group of eight who want one vehicle, a hotel night before the cruise, or a tight flight after disembarkation. See chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare.

Miami to Niagara Falls
Miami to Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 2,255 km (1,401 mi) by road, more than a full day of driving, so we do not offer it as a car trip. Fly instead, and ride the last leg with us:
- MIA to Buffalo Niagara (BUF). Buffalo's airline listing shows American Airlines nonstop service to Miami (BUF commercial carriers); confirm your dates with the airline. From BUF it is roughly 35–40 km (22–25 mi) to the Canadian side of the Falls, 40–50 minutes in normal traffic plus the bridge. Book the Buffalo Niagara airport transfer.
- Alternatively fly into Toronto Pearson (YYZ), clear customs on arrival, and ride about 125–135 km (78–84 mi), 1 h 20 to 1 h 40 off-peak. See Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls.
At the Falls, plan a private Niagara Falls tour, browse our hotels guide, or ask the travel desk to put a stay together.
Documents for the Canadian side
Crossing from Buffalo, the chauffeur drives you over the bridge, and every passenger carries their own documents. A passport is the document to bring for US citizens, although Canada also accepts proof of citizenship such as a US enhanced driver's licence, and NEXUS cards for members. Visitors from other countries should read documents for entering Canada and our border crossing hub. Bridge queues change hour by hour, so we will not guess a crossing time for you.
Cancellation, and who books Miami cars
Cancellation charges are counted back from the scheduled pickup: none with more than 72 hours' notice, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. A different deadline can apply to proms, long weekends and big weddings; it will be printed on your confirmation.
Individuals use us for MIA and Brickell days; couples for the port and a South Beach dinner; families for the cruise run with car seats and an SUV's worth of bags (see our page for families); and groups for party buses, Sprinters and wedding cars.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service in Miami?
It depends on the vehicle, the route and the time. Enter the trip in the booker and it quotes the fixed all-in fare for that pickup, drop-off and vehicle before any payment. For a cruise week you can price all three legs, airport to hotel, hotel to ship and ship to airport, in one session.
How far is PortMiami from Miami International Airport?
The airport puts PortMiami at about 9 miles from MIA. Allow roughly 25–45 minutes by car depending on your terminal and traffic, and more on busy cruise mornings.
Which PortMiami terminal is my cruise line?
According to the port: MSC uses Terminal AA, Royal Caribbean Terminal A, Norwegian Terminal B, Carnival Terminals D, E and F, Virgin Voyages Terminal V, and Terminal C serves several lines. Always check your cruise documents and put the terminal in the booking notes.
Can you pick us up from the ship and take us to the airport?
Yes. Book the pickup for the time your cruise line gives for disembarkation, add your flight details, and choose a vehicle with enough luggage space. An SUV usually beats a Sprinter for cruisers with checked bags.
Is the Miami chauffeur your own driver?
No. In Miami the chauffeur is from an independent, licensed and commercially insured partner in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. NiagaraFallsLimo.net takes the booking and payment and remains your contact.
Can I book a car from Miami to Niagara Falls?
Not as a drive; it is about 2,255 km (1,401 mi). Fly MIA to Buffalo Niagara (BUF) or Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and book the last 35–135 km with us, flight-tracked, with the chauffeur crossing the border with you from Buffalo.
Do you have party buses for South Beach?
Yes, subject to availability. The party bus seats up to 12 and the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, booked "by the hour" with your stops listed. There is no drinking on board, and the chauffeur waits at legal pickup points near each stop.
