Vaughan is really several places sharing one city hall: Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Kleinburg, the new downtown at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and the Vaughan half of Thornhill. NiagaraFallsLimo.net provides limo service across all of them, for Pearson flights, weddings, proms, theme-park nights and corporate days, and it runs the long round trip from Vaughan to Niagara Falls and back. You enter the trip in our booker, see the fixed fare for each vehicle class, and pay only once you are happy with it.
The routing question on this drive (the 400, the 427 or the 407) is covered in depth on our Vaughan and Markham to Niagara Falls route page. This page is about the city itself and how a day out from Vaughan actually unfolds.
Where we pick up in Vaughan
- Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The condo and office towers around Highway 7 and Jane Street, beside VMC station, the northern terminus of TTC Line 1 at 3150 Highway 7, according to the TTC's station page. Put the tower name and the lobby door in the booking notes.
- Woodbridge and Concord. Mostly houses and banquet halls, simple driveway or front-door pickups.
- Maple and the Major Mackenzie corridor. Close to Canada's Wonderland and the 400.
- Kleinburg. The village core is a pleasant pickup, but note that the McMichael Canadian Art Collection on Islington Avenue is temporarily closed for redevelopment with a planned return in 2029, as the gallery's own site states. Do not plan a Kleinburg gallery stop before then.
Is Vaughan to Niagara Falls realistic as a day trip?
Yes. Vaughan to the Fallsview area of Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 145 km (90 mi), usually 1 h 45 – 2 h 10 off-peak. NiagaraFallsLimo.net collects you anywhere in Vaughan, waits at the Falls or comes back at a set time, and drives you home; the online booker shows the fixed fare before you pay.
The distance is measured by road routing from central Vaughan with no traffic. Niagara-on-the-Lake is about 144 km. Weekday morning and late-afternoon traffic across the top of the GTA adds the most time, so the best departures are between 9:30 a.m. and early afternoon, or early on a weekend. See the fares by vehicle below for the round trip from Vaughan to Niagara Falls and back.

- Around 11:30 a.m. Arrival on the Niagara Parkway. First stop is the brink of the Horseshoe Falls at Table Rock Centre.

The car and chauffeur stay with you on a return booking. In winter, swap the afternoon for the Winter Festival of Lights and leave later. Ideas for every season sit on our tours page, and the attractions guide has opening details.
One way, or a night at the Falls
If you would rather stay over, book the drive down and the drive back as separate transfers. You can choose a hotel on the escarpment from our Niagara hotels guide and walk to dinner and the illuminated Falls. One-way drop-offs are just as easy: a wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake, a cottage weekend, or a hotel in Niagara Falls, New York. For a US crossing each traveller needs their own passport or other valid document, and our cross-border car service explains how the chauffeur handles the bridge.

Vaughan airport limo: Pearson in about 35 minutes
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is about 35 km (22 mi) from central Vaughan, usually 30 – 45 minutes via the 407 or the 427. That is close enough that many Vaughan households book a car for every family flight. The chauffeur tracks your flight on arrival and adjusts to delays; meet & greet with a name board inside the terminal is an option in the booker. Pearson's rules for pre-booked pickups are on the airport's pre-arranged services page, and our Toronto Pearson transfer page explains both terminals.
For a 6 a.m. departure, a 4:15 a.m. pickup in Woodbridge is normal, and a Standard SUV (Suburban / Yukon XL) carries six people and six large bags. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), on the island off downtown, is the alternative for some short-haul flights and now offers US preclearance; see our Billy Bishop transfer page. Private aircraft use Pearson's FBOs, and the private jet charter desk can arrange the flight as well as the car.
Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills and a night out
Vaughan is home to Canada's Wonderland, the region's big theme park beside the 400 near Major Mackenzie Drive. For the 2026 season the park's official page lists Halloween Haunt on select nights from September 25 to November 1, with Tricks & Treats on weekends through November 1. Haunt nights end late, and a group in a Party Bus (up to 12) or a Stretch SUV Limousine (up to 16) avoids the crush of parking lots and rideshare queues at closing. Availability for those vehicles is confirmed at booking.
Families who want both the coasters and the Falls in one trip can read our Niagara Falls to Canada's Wonderland combo plan. The park and the Falls are about 144 km apart.
Vaughan Mills, at 1 Bass Pro Mills Drive beside the 400 according to the mall's website, is a common pickup for out-of-town shoppers heading back to a hotel or the airport. For concerts and games downtown, see concerts and sports transportation.
Proms, weddings and big birthdays in Vaughan
When a Vaughan wedding runs across several venues in one day, the usual plan is a car for the couple, a Stretch Limousine (up to 8) or Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz) (up to 12) for the wedding party, and a timed shuttle for family between the church, the photo location and the reception. Our wedding limo page explains timing and what the chauffeur does between legs.
Prom season brings its own rules: a parent books, the school's policies apply, times are fixed in writing, and nobody drinks in our vehicles, which is Ontario law. Read the prom limo page before you book, and the party bus page for capacity and what a party bus can and cannot do.
Black car service around Vaughan Metropolitan Centre
Concord and the Highway 7 corridor hold a great deal of office, logistics and industrial space, and visiting staff often need a car for a full day: Pearson, a site visit in Concord, a lunch in Woodbridge, a meeting downtown. A Standard Sedan (Cadillac XTS or similar) or a Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class on the hourly chauffeur mode covers it with one booking and one driver. Accounts, invoicing and recurring bookings are explained under corporate car service.

A rideshare is fine for one person going one way on a quiet weekday. GO Transit runs to Niagara Falls daily, but from Vaughan it is a journey of several legs. The chauffeur makes sense when the group is larger than a sedan, when there are child seats or a wheelchair, when you want to be collected at 6 p.m. without negotiating a ride from the Falls, or when the day includes wineries. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide sets out the trade-offs in detail.

Frequently asked questions
How many hours is Vaughan from Niagara Falls by car?
About 145 km (90 mi) from central Vaughan to the Fallsview area, usually 1 h 45 – 2 h 10 without heavy traffic. Weekday rush hours and summer Fridays can add 45 minutes or more. The chauffeur chooses the 400, the 427 or the 407 on the day, based on live traffic.
Can a limo pick us up in Vaughan for a day trip to the Falls and bring us back?
Yes. Book a return or the "By the hour" mode. The same chauffeur collects you, drops you at the Falls, picks you up at the agreed time or on a text, and drives you home. See the fares by vehicle below for the Vaughan round trip.
Which airport should I use from Vaughan?
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is the closest major airport, about 35 km (22 mi) and 30 – 45 minutes away. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) suits some downtown-bound flights. We meet both with flight tracking and an optional name-board greeting.
Do you run party buses from Vaughan to Canada's Wonderland?
Yes. A Party Bus seats up to 12 and a Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16, with availability confirmed at booking. Haunt nights finish late, so agree the pickup gate and time when you book. No alcohol is permitted in any vehicle.
How much does a limo cost in Vaughan?
The price depends on the vehicle, the distance and the time. The online booker shows a fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, with no meter or surge, so you can compare classes in a minute.
Is the McMichael gallery in Kleinburg open?
According to the gallery's website, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection is temporarily closed for redevelopment, with a return planned for 2029. We still drive to Kleinburg for restaurants and the village, but do not plan a gallery visit until it reopens.
Do I pay the 407 toll separately?
No. The 407 ETR bills the account tied to the vehicle, which is ours. The fare you see in the booker is the fixed all-in fare, so no toll bill reaches you later.
