Chicago is a city that runs on schedules: a 7:05 a.m. departure from O'Hare, a keynote at McCormick Place at nine, a client dinner in the West Loop, a Cubs game that ends whenever it ends. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books chauffeured cars for all of it. Our online booker accepts any Chicago address, shows a fixed all-in fare for the vehicle you pick, and hands the trip to a licensed, commercially insured operator in the city. This page covers Chicago limo service and car service inside the city, the two airports, party buses and stretch limousines for big nights, and the long ride from Chicago to Niagara Falls, which is searched more often than you might expect.
Can I book a Chicago limo service through NiagaraFallsLimo.net?
Yes. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books Chicago limo service and car service for O'Hare (ORD), Midway (MDW), hotels, offices and venues, with a fixed all-in fare shown before payment. A vetted partner from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network drives. Chicago to Niagara Falls is about 836 km (519 mi), roughly 10 hours by car. Book online in three steps.
Plainly put: we are a Niagara reservations desk with no garage in Chicago. When your trip begins in Illinois, the car and chauffeur come from an independent, licensed and commercially insured partner drawn from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and NiagaraFallsLimo.net remains the company you booked with, the one that confirms the details and the one you call if a flight moves. You get the same booker, cancellation terms and desk that handle our Niagara work. The national picture, with every city we cover, is on our US limo and car service hub.
O'Hare car service and Midway pickups
Chicago has two commercial airports and they behave very differently.
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) sits northwest of the Loop, about 34 km (21 mi) by road along the Kennedy Expressway. The airport's own rules are specific: pre-arranged liveries may only meet passengers at designated spots on the lower level, centre lane (lane 2), and the airport advises calling your car service once you have your bags. Some services can send the chauffeur into baggage claim instead, which is what our meet and greet option does: a name board inside, help with the cart, and a short walk to the car. O'Hare also keeps designated livery parking across from each terminal, typically a five to seven minute walk, according to the O'Hare ground transportation page. Rideshare pickups at Terminals 2 and 3 are upstairs at numbered poles instead.
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), on the Southwest Side, is smaller and closer to downtown, about 18 km (11 mi) by road. Midway lists limousines on the lower level centre lane using Doors 1 and 2, and rideshare outside baggage claim at Doors 2 to 4, per the Midway ground transportation page.
Flight tracking is built into every airport pickup, so a delayed arrival moves the chauffeur's timing without you rebooking. Enter the flight number in the booker and the operator watches it. Child seats, toddler seats and boosters are booker options, and so is a wheelchair-accessible request. If you fly privately, our private jet and FBO transfer service explains how we handle general aviation terminals; tell the booker which FBO and the tail number if you have it.
A word on timing. The Kennedy between the Loop and O'Hare is a commuter road first, and the same drive that takes under an hour early in the morning can stretch much longer on a weekday afternoon. Book the pickup for the time you need to be curbside, and the chauffeur will plan the departure from the city around the traffic.
Chicago black car service and as-directed chauffeurs
Most Chicago car service bookings are point to point: hotel to office, office to airport. The booker also has a "By the hour" mode for days that do not fit a single address, which is how most black car service in Chicago is really used. A roadshow that starts on LaSalle Street, crosses the river to River North, runs out to a suburban campus in Oak Brook or Schaumburg and ends at a steakhouse is one booking, one chauffeur and one car that waits while you are inside. Our hourly chauffeur service page explains the "as directed" approach in more detail.
Conventions are the other half of the business. McCormick Place is a four-building campus (North, South, West and Lakeside Center) on the Near South Side, and on a big show day the drop-off roads around it are busy from early morning. Booking ahead means your car is assigned before the cab queue forms, and a chauffeur who knows which building your hall is in saves a long indoor walk.
Every chauffeur is licensed and keeps what is said in the car to themselves; for sensitive meetings, ask us for a signed NDA.
Chicago party bus and limo rental for big nights
Chicago party bus searches climb every spring, and for good reason: proms across the city and the collar counties, wedding season along the lakefront and in the suburbs, bachelor and bachelorette weekends in River North and Wicker Park, and a sports calendar that rarely pauses.
- Games and concerts. Wrigley Field in Lakeview, the United Center on the Near West Side, and Soldier Field on the Museum Campus, where the Bears' 2026 home schedule is posted. After a sold-out event the streets around each venue lock up; a pre-booked vehicle with a pickup point agreed in advance beats circling for a rideshare that will not move.
- Proms. Schools often set curfews and chaperone rules; give the booker the school name and times, and the operator confirms the vehicle that fits the group. See our prom limo service for how we handle young passengers and parents.
- Weddings. A stretch limousine for the couple, an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party, and a coach on request for guests between the ceremony and reception venue.
- Bachelor and bachelorette nights. A party bus seats up to 12 with two bags; a stretch SUV limousine up to 16.
Nobody drinks in our vehicles, the chauffeur included. Celebrating? The booker can add a sealed bottle for you to open later, off the vehicle. Our party bus page sets out what is allowed on board.
Vehicles you can book in Chicago
The booker offers the same classes everywhere: sedans for up to three, Mercedes-Benz E and S-Class, Suburban-size SUVs and Escalade-class black SUVs for six, Maybach and Rolls-Royce for two, stretch limousines for eight, stretch SUV limousines for 16, Executive Sprinters for 12, the six-seat Jet Sprinter and the party bus. Partner fleets differ by city, so availability of each class in Chicago is confirmed at booking. Photos and capacities are on our fleet page.
How to book Chicago car service in 3 steps
- Tell us where and when. Type the pickup and drop-off: a terminal at O'Hare, a Gold Coast hotel, a church in Evanston, a stadium gate. Add the date, time and your flight number if it is an airport run.
- Pick the car. Each vehicle class appears with its fixed all-in fare for your exact trip. Choose the one that fits passengers and luggage.
- Add the details and pay. Passenger count, bags, child seats, meet and greet, extra stops. Payment is secure, and an email confirms everything.

Chicago to Niagara Falls: the long drive, honestly
About 1,600 people a month search for Chicago to Niagara Falls, and the question deserves a straight answer. It is a long way: about 836 km (519 mi) to the Fallsview hotel district, roughly 9 h 30 to 10 h 30 of driving before stops, traffic or the border.
There are two ways to drive it.
- Through Michigan and Ontario. I-94 east across Indiana and Michigan to Detroit, a crossing into Windsor, then Ontario's Highway 401 and 403 toward Hamilton and the QEW to Niagara Falls. This is usually the shorter route. If it is your first time on our side of the border, our page on Detroit car service and the Windsor crossings explains the bridges and tunnel.
- Through Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. The toll roads along Lake Erie (the Indiana Toll Road, the Ohio Turnpike, then I-90 past Cleveland and Erie to Buffalo), crossing into Canada at the Peace Bridge or the Rainbow Bridge. It runs about 890 km (555 mi), close to 11 hours, and keeps the whole drive in the US until the last half hour. Our Cleveland page covers that corridor.
A private car the whole way is a real option for a family that hates airports, a client with a lot of luggage, or a group of six who can share an SUV. The fares for the one-way car between Chicago and the Falls appear on this page; see the fares by vehicle below.
For most travellers, though, flying is the better answer. Fly from O'Hare or Midway to Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), then let us drive the last 35 to 45 km (22 to 28 mi), usually 35 to 50 minutes plus the bridge. Check the schedules for your date: some days have nonstop flights and some connect. Our Buffalo Niagara airport transfer page explains the pickup at BUF. Toronto Pearson (YYZ) works too, with about 125 to 135 km (78 to 84 mi) to the Falls; see our Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls transfer. Amtrak's Lake Shore Limited also runs daily from Chicago Union Station to Buffalo-Depew; from the Depew station the Falls is about 50 km (31 mi) by car, and we can meet the train.
Ways to get from Chicago to Niagara Falls compared
| Route | Door to door | Cost | Luggage | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fly ORD or MDW to BUF, then our car | about 4–6 h with check-in and connections | airfare varies by date; transfer at a fixed fare via booker | airline limits | most couples and business travellers |
| Fly to Toronto Pearson, then our car | about 5–7 h | airfare varies; fixed fare via booker for the transfer | airline limits | travellers continuing to Toronto |
| Amtrak Lake Shore Limited to Buffalo-Depew | most of a day or a night, plus the last 50 km | rail fare varies by date | generous | rail fans with time |
| Drive yourself | about 10–11 h plus stops and border | fuel, tolls and parking | your trunk | people who want their own car at the Falls |
| Rideshare or taxi | far too long a ride | surge or meter | a trunk at most | nobody, at 836 km |
| Private chauffeur the whole way | about 10–11 h plus stops and border | fixed fare via booker | SUV or Sprinter | families, groups, heavy luggage, no airports |
When is the plane better? Almost always, if you are one or two people travelling light. When does the private car win? When there are six of you with suitcases and car seats, when someone cannot fly, or when you want to stop in Michigan on the way. Our guide to chauffeur versus taxi versus rideshare goes deeper on the trade-offs.
The border, documents and what to bring
Every route from Chicago to Niagara Falls, Ontario crosses an international border, and every passenger carries their own documents. For entry into Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency recommends a valid passport for US citizens; for the return to the US, a passport, passport card, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card is accepted. Children, permanent residents and visitors from other countries have their own rules. Read what you need to enter Canada and our border crossing guide before you leave, and never count on a predictable wait time.

Planning the Niagara end of the trip
At the Falls, the same desk can handle the rest: a private Niagara Falls tour with a chauffeur who knows where cars may stop, Niagara Falls tour packages, a hotel transfer to any of the Niagara Falls hotels, and a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery day. Our travel desk can plan the whole stay.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Chicago?
Chicago fares vary with the car, the mileage and the hour. The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, so you see the total for a sedan, an SUV, a stretch or a party bus side by side and choose. There is no meter running and no surge on a busy night.
Can I book a car from O'Hare to Niagara Falls?
Yes. Enter O'Hare as the pickup and your Niagara Falls hotel as the drop-off, and the booker shows the fixed fare for each vehicle. It is a long trip, about 880 km (547 mi) and close to 11 hours with the border, so most travellers fly to Buffalo Niagara instead and book the short transfer from BUF.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at O'Hare?
O'Hare allows pre-arranged cars only at designated spots on the lower level centre lane, and asks you to call once you have your bags. If you add meet and greet in the booker, the chauffeur waits inside baggage claim with a name board and walks you to the car instead.
Can I book a Chicago party bus for a prom or bachelorette?
Yes. Party vehicles are confirmed at booking because partner fleets vary; capacity is 12 on the party bus and 16 in the stretch SUV limousine. Prom dates and long weekends book early and may carry a different cancellation deadline, shown on your confirmation. There is no drinking on board in any of our vehicles.
Is there a train from Chicago to Niagara Falls?
Amtrak's Lake Shore Limited runs daily from Chicago Union Station through Cleveland and Erie to Buffalo-Depew. From Depew the Falls is about 50 km (31 mi) by road, and we can meet the train and drive you across the border. Check the timetable on amtrak.com for your date.
