Woodstock has an advantage most Ontario towns don't: it sits where the 401 meets Highway 403, so the road to Niagara Falls starts almost at the edge of town. That makes a limo service Woodstock residents can book for the falls unusually simple, and it makes the airports at London, Breslau and Toronto all reachable in well under two hours. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives Woodstock and the rest of Oxford County, including Ingersoll, Tillsonburg and the farm roads between them, with a pre-booked chauffeur and a fixed fare you see before you pay.
Our Canadian cities page lists every other place we pick up, from the GTA to Ottawa and beyond.
What does a Woodstock to Niagara Falls limo trip involve?
Woodstock to Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 152 km (94 mi), usually 1 h 50 – 2 h 20 off-peak, almost all of it on Highway 403 and the QEW. NiagaraFallsLimo.net collects you at home, waits at Niagara through the day and drives you back, or books it one way; the online booker shows the fixed all-in fare first.
Because the 403 begins right beside Woodstock, there is no city traffic to fight at the start. The slow sections are later: around Hamilton at rush hour, and on the QEW through Grimsby on summer weekends. A mid-morning arrival at the falls is easy with an 8:00 departure. Fixed fares by vehicle for this exact trip are listed in the table below.
A local car service for Woodstock and Oxford County
Not every booking goes to Niagara. Around Woodstock, people book us for:
- Dinner and theatre nights, for example a show with Theatre Woodstock or an evening in Stratford, without anyone driving home on dark county roads.
- Medical and family appointments in London or Hamilton, where a sedan with an unhurried chauffeur is easier than city parking. Wheelchair users can select the accessible option at booking; see accessible transportation.
- Cheese and farm-market days. Tourism Oxford lists Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese, Mountainoak Cheese and the Ingersoll Cheese Museum, and a chauffeur makes a tasting circuit relaxed for visiting relatives.
- Point-to-point rides between towns through our city-to-city rides service, for anyone without a car or between cars.
Every trip is dispatched by NiagaraFallsLimo.net and driven by our own licensed, commercially insured chauffeurs. The vehicle classes, from a Standard Sedan for three to an Executive Sprinter for twelve, are on our fleet page.
Woodstock airport limo: three airports within reach
Woodstock is unusually well placed for flying.
- London International Airport (YXU), about 38 km (24 mi) west, usually 40 minutes. The airport's site lists Porter, Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing and Air Transat.
- Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) in Breslau, about 55 km (34 mi) northeast, usually under 50 minutes. Its official site lists Air Canada, Flair Airlines, Sunwing and WestJet. Travellers landing there and heading straight to Niagara can use our Region of Waterloo airport transfer.
- Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), about 120 km (75 mi), usually 1 h 30 off-peak and longer at rush hour. See our Toronto Pearson airport limo page for terminal pickups.
Flight tracking moves your pickup if the flight is early or late, and meet and greet inside arrivals is an option for guests who have never been to the area. Child seats can be fitted before pickup.
Plant visits, suppliers and hourly black car
Toyota's Woodstock assembly plant and the many manufacturers and logistics firms along the 401 bring a steady stream of visiting engineers and executives. A visitor flying into Pearson often needs a car for the whole stay, not a single ride. With our hourly chauffeur service, the chauffeur stays "as directed": the plant in the morning, a supplier in Ingersoll after lunch, dinner in London and the hotel at night. An Executive Black SUV or a Mercedes-Benz E-Class keeps it professional, and chauffeurs sign an NDA on request.
For a team that has earned a day off, a Sprinter to the Falls with a dinner booking is an easy reward, and the booker handles several vehicles on one reservation.
Limo rental for Woodstock weddings and proms
Oxford County weddings tend to happen in barns, golf clubs and family farms rather than city ballrooms, which means longer drives between the ceremony, the photos and the reception. A wedding plan we often run: a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach for the couple, a Stretch Limousine for up to 8 in the wedding party and an Executive Sprinter for parents and grandparents. Our wedding limo service page covers timing with photographers, and our page for couples explains anniversary and proposal plans.
Prom night is the other big date. A Stretch SUV Limousine seats up to 16, and parents get one point of contact, a pickup list and a fixed drop-off time. Read more on our prom limo page.
Party bus nights from Oxford County
Our Party Bus seats up to 12 and is the vehicle groups pick for a birthday or a stag and stagette night that ends in Niagara Falls: Clifton Hill, a dinner with a view and the Fallsview Casino Resort for those 19 and over. See the party bus page for how a night is timed. Like every vehicle we run, the party bus is a no-drinking vehicle; Ontario law does not allow alcohol to be consumed in a vehicle for hire, so plan the celebrating at your stops.
The day trip from Woodstock to the falls and home
A typical spring or summer plan, adjustable to your group:
- 8:00 a.m. – Pickup at home in Woodstock or Ingersoll.
- 8:00 – 10:00 – Highway 403 east past Brantford, across Hamilton Mountain on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway and down to the QEW.
- 10:00 – Drop-off near Table Rock at the Horseshoe Falls.
- 10:15 – 1:00 – The falls themselves. In season, the boat ride from Niagara City Cruises and the Journey Behind the Falls tunnels.
- 1:00 – Lunch, then a drive north on the Niagara Parkway toward the floral gardens and Queenston.
- 3:00 – Niagara-on-the-Lake for the Old Town or a short wine tour by limo.
- 6:30 – Dinner, then home around 9:30.
Not sure what fits the season? Our things to do in Niagara Falls guide sorts the options, and the attractions section shows what runs in winter. For a fixed-length day with stops already planned, look at our Niagara Falls tour packages of 8, 10 or 12 hours.
Overnight in Niagara, or one way only
Staying overnight lets you see the falls lit at night and the fireworks on scheduled evenings, then visit wine country the next morning. The chauffeur drops you at your hotel, from the Fallsview hotels to the inns of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and returns at the time you set. You book it as two transfers rather than paying for a car to wait overnight.
One-way trips are common too: wedding guests heading to a Niagara venue, or a family that drove there and wants a rested ride home.
Highway 403 all the way: the drive explained
From Woodstock the chauffeur joins Highway 403 almost immediately and follows it east through Brantford and Ancaster. Near Hamilton, the usual line leaves the 403 for the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway (locals call it "the Linc") across the top of the escarpment, then the Red Hill Valley Parkway down to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) at Stoney Creek. From there it is about 50 km along Lake Ontario to the Niagara Falls exits. No toll roads are needed on this route.
Leaving before 7:30 a.m. or after 9:00 a.m. on weekdays avoids the worst of Hamilton's morning traffic. On the way home, Sunday evenings in summer are the slowest. If you are curious how the same corridor looks from further west, our London, Ontario to Niagara Falls car service page describes the 401 leg as well.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the drive from Woodstock to Niagara Falls?
About 152 km (94 mi), usually 1 h 50 – 2 h 20 off-peak via Highway 403, the Lincoln Alexander and Red Hill Valley parkways and the QEW. Hamilton rush hour and summer weekends on the QEW are the slow points. No toll highways are needed.
Can a limo pick us up in Woodstock for a day trip to the Falls and bring us back?
Yes. Book a round trip and the same chauffeur takes you to Niagara, stays on call through the day and drives you home. An 8 a.m. start puts you at the falls by mid-morning and home by evening. You see the fixed all-in fare for each vehicle class before paying.
Which airport is closest to Woodstock?
London International Airport (YXU), about 38 km west. Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) is about 55 km northeast, and Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is about 120 km east. We meet flights at all three, with flight tracking on every pickup.
Do you serve Ingersoll, Tillsonburg and the rest of Oxford County?
Yes. Any address in Oxford County can be a pickup, including Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Norwich and rural roads. Enter the exact address in the booker; the fare is calculated for that address, not a zone.
Can we rent a limo for a wedding outside Woodstock?
Yes. Barn, farm and golf-club weddings are common in Oxford County. We plan the vehicles around the ceremony, photos and reception, with a Rolls-Royce or Maybach for the couple and a stretch or Sprinter for the wedding party. Availability for these vehicles is confirmed at booking.
Can we add a stop in Brantford or Hamilton on the way?
Yes. Both sit right on the Highway 403 line, so a coffee break, a pickup of a friend or a lunch stop adds little time. Add it as an extra stop in the booker, or book the day by the hour if your plans are loose. The fixed fare updates before you pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice is free; 72 hours or less is 10 per cent; 48 hours or less is 50 per cent; 24 hours or less or a no-show is the full fare. Proms and big weddings may carry a different deadline, printed on the confirmation.
