Travel to Niagara Falls from Dubai or Doha usually begins with a long-haul arrival at Toronto Pearson and ends in a Fallsview suite with the Horseshoe Falls under the window. Between those two points sits a 122 km drive, a set of entry rules that differ by passport, and a family's expectations about privacy, prayer and food. NiagaraFallsLimo.net plans these arrivals often, and this page sets out how we approach them.
What is the most comfortable way to reach Niagara Falls after a Gulf flight?
Book a chauffeured SUV or Mercedes-Maybach to meet you inside arrivals at Toronto Pearson. NiagaraFallsLimo.net drives Pearson to Niagara Falls, Ontario, about 122 km, usually 1 h 35 – 1 h 50 off-peak. Enter your flight number, pick the vehicle, and the booker shows a fixed all-in fare before payment.
The flight number is the important detail. Our chauffeurs track the flight, so a late arrival into Pearson simply moves the pickup, and the meet-and-greet option puts a chauffeur with a name board in the arrivals hall instead of at a kerb. The Toronto Pearson transfer page explains where pre-arranged cars meet guests at Terminals 1 and 3.
Niagara Falls from Dubai or Doha: entry rules are not the same
Both countries share a region, but North American border rules split them.
Into Canada. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada lists both the United Arab Emirates and Qatar as eTA-required: citizens need an electronic travel authorization to fly into Canada, not a visa (IRCC entry requirements by country). The eTA fee is CAD 7.
Into the United States. Here the two passports diverge. Qatar is a member of the US Visa Waiver Program, according to the DHS Visa Waiver Program page, so Qatari citizens can use an approved ESTA. CBP's I-94 page says Visa Waiver travellers need that ESTA before they reach a US land border. The UAE is not on the list, so Emirati citizens need a US visitor visa to cross to Niagara Falls, New York.
The practical effect. A mixed party, for example Emirati family members travelling with Qatari relatives or household staff of other nationalities, may not all be able to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Every person in the car is inspected, and every person must carry their own valid documents. Our international visitors border page lists what each officer asks for, and CBP encourages applying for the I-94 in advance through its I-94 website or the CBP Link app.
Choosing the vehicle: space, bags and presence
Long-haul families travel with luggage, and the choice of car follows the bags as much as the passengers.
| Vehicle (or similar) | Passengers | Bags | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Black SUV (Cadillac Escalade / Lincoln Navigator) | up to 6 | 6 | The usual family choice from Pearson |
| Mercedes-Maybach | up to 2 | 2 | A principal or couple; pair with a luggage SUV |
| Rolls-Royce | up to 2 | 2 | An evening at the Falls or a special dinner |
| Mercedes-Benz S-Class | up to 2 | 2 | Discreet daily use and short hops |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | carry-on only | A large family day out from the hotel |
Maybach and Rolls-Royce availability is confirmed at booking. For arrivals, a common pattern is a Maybach or S-Class for the principal and an Executive Black SUV following with the suitcases, so nobody waits for bags to be squeezed into a boot. Our private chauffeur service covers multi-day use, and the meet and greet service explains the arrivals-hall pickup.

Privacy and discretion on the road
Families from the Gulf often ask the same quiet questions, and the answers are simple.
- Discretion: our chauffeurs are discreet by training, and non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
- Security: NiagaraFallsLimo.net is not a security company. A VIP security add-on exists in the booker, and our chauffeurs work alongside a client's own protection team when there is one.
- Who sits where: tell us in the booking notes if particular seating, a second vehicle for family members, or no front-seat passenger is preferred.
- Photographs: hotel arrivals at Fallsview can be busy. Pulling into the hotel's covered entrance keeps the arrival short.
Hotels with the view
Most Gulf families choose the Fallsview district, above the Horseshoe Falls. A few names to know, with current branding:
- Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites, 6361 Fallsview Boulevard.
- Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa, 6740 Fallsview Boulevard.
- Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview, 6700 Fallsview Boulevard. It was the Embassy Suites until April 1, 2026, and Hyatt lists 611 rooms and suites on 42 floors.
- Fallsview Casino Resort hotel, 6380 Fallsview Boulevard. The casino floor is for guests 19 and over.
For a quieter stay, Niagara-on-the-Lake's inns sit about 20–25 km north. Our Fallsview hotels guide shows where cars stop at each property.
Halal dining and prayer on a Falls day
Halal food is easiest when it is planned before the day starts. Our separate guide to halal restaurants in Niagara Falls for visiting families covers where to eat; many families also ask their hotel's concierge to arrange halal room-service options ahead of arrival.
For prayer, the Islamic Society of the Niagara Peninsula has kept a mosque at 6768 Lyons Creek Road since the 1980s, according to the Muslims in Canada Archives. By road it is about 7.5 km from Fallsview, usually 10 to 15 minutes. Call ahead to confirm prayer times, particularly Jumu'ah. Booking the car "By the hour" lets the chauffeur wait during prayer and continue the day afterwards. At Pearson, the airport's interfaith chapels sit on the arrivals level before security in Terminals 1 and 3. Our post for Pakistani and Bangladeshi families on halal food and prayer has a fuller prayer-day plan.
Summer, Eid and the evening Falls
Many Gulf families travel in the northern summer, when Niagara is busiest. Three timing notes help:
- Fireworks: in 2026 the Falls fireworks ran nightly at 10 p.m. from May 15 to October 12. Niagara Parks publishes 2027 dates on its events page.
- Illumination: the Falls are lit every night of the year, so an after-dinner drive along the Niagara Parkway works in any season.
- Traffic: summer weekends slow the QEW and the streets around Clifton Hill. Evening pickups from the hotel avoid most of it.
A popular addition is a helicopter flight. Niagara Helicopters flies daily from 9 a.m. until sunset, weather permitting, and the chauffeur can wait at the heliport. Shopping days are common too: the Outlet Collection at Niagara has more than 100 outlet brands at 300 Taylor Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake. See our Outlet Collection page for drop-off details. The Fashion Outlets on the New York side need US entry documents for everyone in the car.
A three-day Niagara Falls stay from Dubai, arranged around the family
A shape that works well for a family landing in the morning:
- Day one: meet and greet at Pearson, the drive to Fallsview with a short stop if the children need one, then rest. An evening drive along the Niagara Parkway shows the illuminated Falls without crowds on foot.
- Day two: a late breakfast, then Table Rock for Journey Behind the Falls, which goes 125 ft down into tunnels at the foot of the Horseshoe Falls. Lunch, a pause for Dhuhr and Asr, and Niagara City Cruises in season (April to November, timed tickets).
- Day three: shopping at the Outlet Collection or a drive through Niagara-on-the-Lake, then the return to Pearson timed against the departure, with a margin for summer traffic on the QEW.
Booking each day "By the hour" keeps the plan flexible. If the family would like the same chauffeur each day, say so in the booking notes and the desk will try to arrange it.
Booking it with NiagaraFallsLimo.net in 3 steps
Reservations are made in the NiagaraFallsLimo.net booker, and a family assistant can complete them on the principal's behalf.
- Pickup and drop-off. Enter Toronto Pearson as the pickup with your flight number, and the Fallsview hotel as the drop-off. For a multi-day stay, add later legs or switch to "By the hour".
- Vehicle. Compare the Executive Black SUV, Maybach and Rolls-Royce. Each shows its fixed all-in fare for your trip; add a second SUV if the luggage needs its own car.
- Extras and payment. Add meet and greet, child seats, the VIP security option or a note about seating and privacy. Pay securely; confirmation arrives by email.
The cancellation terms count from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice has no charge, 72 hours or less is 10%, 48 hours or less is 50%, and 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100%. Our how to book a limo guide shows each step.
Chauffeur vs rideshare vs taxi for this trip
| Option | Pearson to Fallsview | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-booked chauffeur | About 1 h 35 – 1 h 50 off-peak, no queue | Fixed fare via the booker | 6 bags in an Escalade; a second car for more | Families, privacy, multiple bags |
| Rideshare | Similar drive after a pickup-zone wait | Surge pricing at busy times | Standard car boots | One traveller with a carry-on |
| Taxi from the rank | Similar drive | Metered | Varies by car | A short local ride |
| Coach or bus | Longer, with stops | Public fare | Bag limits | Budget solo travel |
| Self-drive rental | Similar drive, plus parking at the hotel | Rental, fuel, parking | Your choice of car | Travellers who enjoy driving in Ontario |
The honest verdict: a solo business traveller with one bag can take a rideshare from Pearson without trouble, and a taxi is fine for a short hop between Fallsview and Clifton Hill. For a family arriving off a night flight, with heavy luggage, a principal who values privacy and a schedule built around prayer, a pre-booked chauffeur is the calmer option. Rideshare drivers also may not cross the border, which matters on a US-side day. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide compares the trade-offs.
Who this suits
An individual executive may want only an S-Class to and from Pearson. A couple on their honeymoon often books a Rolls-Royce for one evening at the illumination and an SUV for the rest. Families with children and grandparents use an Escalade or two, with child seats installed. Larger groups, such as an extended family with household staff, combine a Sprinter for outings with an SUV for the principals. For the border questions behind a US-side day, read visa requirements for seeing both sides of the Falls.

Frequently asked questions
Do UAE citizens need a visa to visit Niagara Falls, Canada?
No visa is needed to fly into Canada, but an electronic travel authorization is. IRCC lists the United Arab Emirates as eTA-required for air travel. To cross to the American side, Emirati citizens need a US visitor visa, because the UAE is not in the US Visa Waiver Program.
Can Qatari visitors cross to Niagara Falls, New York?
Usually, yes, with an approved ESTA. Qatar is a US Visa Waiver Program country, and CBP says Visa Waiver travellers need an approved ESTA before reaching a US land border. Each passenger is inspected separately, so check everyone's documents before planning the crossing.
How far is Niagara Falls from Toronto Pearson Airport?
About 122 km (76 mi) by road to the Fallsview area. Off-peak the drive usually takes 1 h 35 – 1 h 50. Allow 2 hours or more on a summer Friday or a holiday weekend.
Can we book a Rolls-Royce or Maybach in Niagara Falls?
Both are classes in our booker, each seating up to 2 passengers with 2 bags. Availability is confirmed at booking, so reserve early for summer dates, and add an SUV if you are travelling with more luggage.
Is there a mosque near the Fallsview hotels?
The Islamic Society of the Niagara Peninsula's mosque is at 6768 Lyons Creek Road, about 7.5 km by road from Fallsview, usually 10 to 15 minutes. Call the mosque to confirm prayer times before you go.
Do your chauffeurs sign non-disclosure agreements?
Yes, on request. Our chauffeurs are discreet as standard, and an NDA can be arranged when you book. We are not a security company, but we work alongside a client's own team.
What does a luxury car from Pearson to Niagara Falls cost?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, so you can compare an Escalade, a Maybach and a Rolls-Royce side by side.
