A monthly chauffeur service in Niagara Falls suits people whose calendar fills the car more than once a week: an executive running a project in St. Catharines, a family settling into a Niagara-on-the-Lake house for the season, a production with call times that change daily. NiagaraFallsLimo.net reserves a block of hours for you each month, names the chauffeur who will drive you, and sends one invoice at the end. You stop booking ride by ride and start telling the desk what the week looks like.
How does a monthly chauffeur service in Niagara Falls work?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net reserves 40, 80, 120 or 220 chauffeur hours a month for you in Niagara Falls and the wider Niagara Region, charged at the same hourly rate as a single booking. A business sedan is $155 an hour, so a 40-hour month costs $6,200, taxes and 20% gratuity included. Unused hours do not roll over.
The block is a reservation of a chauffeur's time, not a prepaid discount card. Because the hours are set aside for you, the desk plans your chauffeur's month around your schedule before other work is accepted. That is the real value: availability you can count on during a Fallsview convention week or a July Saturday, when the region's cars are spoken for days ahead.
Every figure on this page is in Canadian dollars and all-in. Taxes and a 20% gratuity are already inside the number, so the price you budget is the price you pay for those hours.
What a reserved monthly block includes
A month with us is built from a few plain pieces:
- Reserved hours. Choose 40, 80, 120 or 220 hours. The hours belong to that calendar month.
- A named chauffeur and a briefed backup. We assign the same chauffeur wherever possible, and a second chauffeur learns your routes, addresses and preferences so that a sick day or a holiday does not mean starting from zero.
- Your vehicle class. Business sedan, first-class sedan, SUV Business or SUV First, or a chauffeur alone who drives your own car.
- 150 km a day included on the days you use the car.
- One monthly invoice that lists hours, any extra kilometres, any out-of-town days, and tolls or parking at actual cost.
- A non-disclosure agreement when you or your company want one in writing.
What the block does not include is just as clear. Hours you do not use in a month expire with that month; they do not carry forward, and neither do unused kilometres. If you go over your block, the extra time is billed at the same hourly rate, never at a penalty rate.
Monthly chauffeur service Niagara Falls: 2026 block prices
These are the owner-approved prices for 2026. Each cell is the hourly rate multiplied by the hours in the block, with no discount and no markup.
| Hours each month | Business sedan | First-class sedan | SUV Business | SUV First | Chauffeur only (your car) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40 hours | $6,200 | $11,400 | $7,400 | $9,400 | $3,800 |
| 80 hours | $12,400 | $22,800 | $14,800 | $18,800 | $7,600 |
| 120 hours | $18,600 | $34,200 | $22,200 | $28,200 | $11,400 |
| 220 hours | $34,100 | $62,700 | $40,700 | $51,700 | $20,900 |
The hourly rates behind those blocks, within the Niagara Region, are $155 for a business sedan, $285 for a first-class sedan, $185 for an SUV Business, $235 for an SUV First and $95 for a chauffeur in your own car. For a wider look at what each class costs by the hour, by the day and over a stay, read what a chauffeur costs in Niagara Falls.
How to pick a size: 40 hours is roughly two working days a week; 80 suits someone who uses the car most weekdays; 120 covers long days five times a week; 220 is close to a full-time chauffeur on call through the month. If you are unsure, start smaller. Overtime is always available at the same rate, and how the block size can change for later months is set in your written agreement.
Choosing the vehicle for your month

Every vehicle is four model years old or newer, and the exact model is confirmed when the agreement is set up ("or similar" applies to each class).
- Business sedan: Lexus ES, Cadillac CT5 or the all-electric Cadillac Lyriq, for up to 2–3 passengers. The most common choice for a single executive commuting between Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and the QEW.
- First-class sedan: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or Genesis G90. Chosen for principals who work in the back seat and host guests.
- SUV Business: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator or GMC Yukon XL, for up to 6 passengers. Families with car seats and small teams moving together.
- SUV First: Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator L or GMC Yukon Denali, for up to 6 with more luggage. Airport runs with full bags, golf clubs or production cases.
- Chauffeur only: our chauffeur drives your vehicle. There is a 4-hour minimum within the city, and we charge no kilometres because you run your own car. The details are on a chauffeur for your own car.
You can see each class on the fleet page. Larger vehicles such as an Executive Sprinter or a coach are quoted separately when a month includes a group day; see Jet Sprinter and coach hire.
Kilometres: 150 a day, and what happens past that
Each day you use the car includes 150 km. That covers a great deal of Niagara life: Niagara Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake is roughly 20–25 km each way, St. Catharines about 20 km, Fort Erie and the Peace Bridge about 30 km, and Grimsby about 45 km along the QEW.
Past 150 km in a day, extra kilometres are billed at $3 per km for a sedan, $4 per km for either SUV class and $8 per km for a first-class sedan. There is no kilometre charge when our chauffeur drives your own car. Daily allowances do not pool across the month, so a quiet Monday does not bank kilometres for a long Thursday.
Out-of-town days: Toronto, Buffalo and beyond
Within the Niagara Region means Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln and the region's other towns. A day that takes the chauffeur beyond the region, such as Toronto, Hamilton, Buffalo, New York State or Ottawa, is an out-of-town day.
On those days the hourly rate rises by 50%, a flat $100 travel allowance applies, and if the plan needs an overnight, the chauffeur's hotel is added. The rule is the same whether we supply the vehicle or drive yours.
| Vehicle class | Hourly within the region | Hourly on an out-of-town day | Extra km past 150 a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | $155 | $232.50 | $3 |
| First-class sedan | $285 | $427.50 | $8 |
| SUV Business | $185 | $277.50 | $4 |
| SUV First | $235 | $352.50 | $4 |
| Chauffeur only (your car) | $95 | $142.50 | none |
Downtown Toronto is about 130 km (81 mi) from the Falls by the QEW, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak, and Toronto Pearson is about 125–135 km; our Toronto Pearson transfer page covers the terminals. Your written agreement lists which of your regular addresses count as out of town, so there is no debate at invoice time.
Days across the border are routine. The chauffeur crosses the Rainbow, Whirlpool, Lewiston-Queenston or Peace Bridge with you, and every passenger carries their own valid documents. The cross-border car service page explains how those days run.
Tolls, parking and the small costs
Tolls, parking and in-car Wi-Fi are passed through at actual cost, with nothing added. In this region that usually means bridge tolls, hotel and event parking, and Highway 407 ETR charges if your route to the north or west of Toronto uses it. The 407 has no toll booths; 407 ETR bills by camera and transponder, and those charges appear on your monthly invoice as they were billed to us.
Who books a monthly chauffeur in Niagara
Monthly blocks fit anyone whose use of a chauffeur is regular rather than occasional. Some of the clients we plan around:
- Companies with people on the ground. A plant start-up in Welland, a project team in Thorold, or visiting directors who rotate through a Fallsview hotel. Our chauffeur programmes for corporations describe how one block can serve several named passengers, and the corporate car service page covers billing for colleagues and guests.
- Productions. Film and TV productions shooting in the region need the same car at unit base before call time and back at the hotel after wrap, every day of the shoot.
- Family offices and households. Family offices use a block for school runs, medical appointments and Toronto days for a household that has moved to wine country for a season.
- Healthcare visits. Patients and families attending regular appointments at Niagara Health sites or in Hamilton and Toronto use a block so the same calm driver turns up each time.
- Performers and touring teams. Artists with a run of shows at the Fallsview Casino Resort or a season in Niagara-on-the-Lake want one car that knows the stage door.
Visiting consular staff and protection teams also book monthly; see diplomatic and consular transportation.
How a month runs, from first briefing to invoice
Before the month starts. You or your assistant send the regular addresses, the passengers who may use the car, any child seats needed and the usual pattern of days. The desk assigns your named chauffeur and the backup, and both read the brief.
During the month. You send the plan a day or a week ahead, whichever suits you, and change it when life changes. Short-notice requests are handled within your reserved hours wherever the chauffeur is available. The chauffeur keeps a log of start and finish times, kilometres and any tolls or parking.
When plans stretch. A dinner runs late, a flight from Buffalo is delayed, a meeting moves to Hamilton. Overtime is simply more hours at the same rate; an unplanned trip out of the region is billed at the out-of-town rate.
At month end. One invoice arrives with the block, any overtime, extra kilometres, out-of-town days and pass-through costs set out line by line. Payment schedules, notice periods and any change of block size are set in your written agreement, not on this page.
Monthly block, staff driver or booking trip by trip
| Option | What you get | What you manage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly block with NiagaraFallsLimo.net | reserved hours, named chauffeur plus backup, vehicle supplied or your own car | one monthly invoice | regular use across a month, with flexibility on how many hours |
| Hiring your own staff driver | a dedicated employee | payroll, insurance, vehicle, holidays and cover for sick days | full-time, permanent need over many years |
| Booking trip by trip | a fixed fare per ride in the online booker | a booking for every journey | a few rides a month, or a short visit |
Be honest with yourself about volume. If you need the car three or four times in a month, single bookings through the online booker or our hourly chauffeur service will cost less than any block. For a visit of a few days to a few weeks, short-term chauffeur hire is the better fit. A monthly block earns its place when the hours are regular and the same face at the door matters to you.
If you already know you want the arrangement for a full year, the yearly chauffeur contract keeps the same blocks and locks the rates for 12 months.
Discretion on a monthly arrangement
Spending many hours with one client means a chauffeur sees calendars, hears calls and meets family. Our chauffeurs treat all of it as private, and an NDA is available for the chauffeur and backup when you want it in writing. The car is a working space: no music unless you ask, no conversation unless you start it, and no photographs. The vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured.
Two rules travel with every car. First, there is no drinking in our vehicles: Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire By-law 2021-58 forbids a licensed driver to permit alcohol to be consumed in the vehicle. Second, the chauffeur never drinks. Both make wine-country afternoons simpler, not harder.
A month of meetings at the convention centre
A useful example of how blocks get used: an events company staging several shows in one month at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre on Stanley Avenue. The team needs a car most mornings from a Fallsview hotel, a Pearson run when speakers arrive, and late returns after load-out. An 80-hour SUV Business block covers the core days, overtime absorbs the long show nights, and the Pearson runs appear on the invoice as out-of-town hours. Nobody books a ride; the chauffeur already knows the loading dock.
Setting up your monthly chauffeur in 3 steps
- Tell us the shape of the month. Send the start date, the vehicle class, the block you have in mind and your regular addresses through the contact page.
- Agree the details in writing. We confirm the named chauffeur and backup, which addresses count as out of town, and the payment and notice terms in your written agreement.
- Start using the car. Send the first plan, and the chauffeur arrives at the time you set. The month ends with one invoice.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a monthly chauffeur in Niagara Falls?
It depends on the vehicle and the hours. A 40-hour month is $6,200 in a business sedan, $7,400 in an SUV Business, $9,400 in an SUV First and $11,400 in a first-class sedan. A chauffeur driving your own car is $3,800 for 40 hours. All prices are Canadian dollars with taxes and 20% gratuity included.
Is the monthly rate cheaper than booking by the hour?
No. Monthly blocks use exactly the same hourly rates as single bookings, with no discount. What you buy is reserved availability, a named chauffeur with a briefed backup, and one invoice for the month. If you only need a handful of rides, single bookings in the online booker will usually cost less.
What happens to hours I do not use?
They expire at the end of the month. Unused hours and unused kilometres do not roll over to the next month. That is why we suggest starting with a smaller block and adding overtime, which is billed at the same hourly rate, until you know your real pattern of use.
Can I go over my monthly hours?
Yes. Overtime is fine and is billed at the same hourly rate as the block. Days that take the chauffeur out of the Niagara Region are billed at the out-of-town rate of the hourly rate plus 50%, with a $100 travel allowance and the chauffeur's hotel if an overnight is needed.
Will I always have the same chauffeur?
We assign a named chauffeur and keep the same person wherever possible. A second chauffeur is briefed on your routes and preferences so that holidays, illness or a very long day do not interrupt the service. Both can sign an NDA if you ask for one.
How many kilometres are included each month?
The allowance is 150 km for each day you use the car, not a monthly pool. Past that, extra kilometres cost $3 per km in a sedan, $4 in either SUV class and $8 in a first-class sedan. There is no kilometre charge when our chauffeur drives your own vehicle.
Can the chauffeur take us to Buffalo or Toronto?
Yes. Buffalo, Toronto, Hamilton and New York State days are normal on a monthly arrangement and are billed as out-of-town days. Cross-border trips use the Niagara bridges with every passenger carrying their own valid documents. Your written agreement confirms which addresses count as out of town.
What contract terms apply to a monthly booking?
Payment timing, notice periods, start dates and changes to the block size are set in your written agreement, which we prepare before the first month begins. This page lists the prices and what each block includes; the agreement records everything else so both sides know the terms.
