Seattle's busiest travel day is often a cruise day. A family flies into Sea-Tac with a week of Alaska luggage, needs to be at Pier 91 by early afternoon, and does not want to split into two app rides with bags on laps. Add a convention at the Arch and Summit buildings, a sold-out show at Climate Pledge Arena, or a wedding on a Woodinville terrace, and you have the reasons people search for a limo service Seattle can actually deliver on time. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books those trips through one online booker, with the fare fixed before you pay.
How do I book a car service in Seattle?
Book online with NiagaraFallsLimo.net: enter your Seattle pickup and drop-off, such as Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), about 23 km (14 mi) from downtown and usually 25–45 minutes, choose a sedan, SUV, Sprinter, limousine or party bus, see the fixed all-in fare, and pay. Flight tracking and meet & greet are booker options.
The Seattle car and chauffeur come from an independent operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, vetted by us, licensed and commercially insured. Our Niagara desk holds the booking, takes the payment and answers every question, so you have one company to deal with from first message to drop-off. We do not run a Seattle office or garage; we run the standards.
The booker offers point to point, return, multi-stop and "By the hour" in Seattle exactly as it does at Niagara Falls. Every class is listed on our fleet page, with seats and bag space; outside the Niagara region each one is "availability confirmed at booking". Other cities are on the US limo and car service hub.
Seattle airport car service at SEA
Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA) sits south of the city, about 23 km (14 mi) from City Hall. Its rules for pre-arranged limousines are specific, and our partners follow them. Per the Port of Seattle's limousine page:
- Pre-arranged limousines pick up on the Arrival Drive (the lower drive), in the Load and Unload lanes only.
- Drop-offs for departing flights use the Departure Drive (the upper drive).
- For meet & greet, the driver parks in the limousine spaces on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and comes inside to find you.
Larger vehicles such as stretch limousines and high-roof Sprinters have at times been staged away from the terminal during construction, so your confirmation states the exact meeting point. App rides are separate: they load on the 3rd floor of the garage in marked stalls.
International arrivals come through the International Arrivals Facility, a 450,000-square-foot building that opened in 2022 and connects to the S Concourse by a raised walkway. After a long-haul flight and customs, a chauffeur with a name board and a car already in the garage is a quiet relief. Flight tracking keeps the pickup in step with your landing, and the booker adds child, toddler or booster seats and a wheelchair option.
The light rail is an option too: SeaTac/Airport station is on the Sound Transit 1 Line (Sound Transit station page).
Common SEA runs: about 23 km (14 mi) to downtown, 25–45 minutes; about 25 km (15 mi) to the Pier 66 cruise terminal; about 30 km (18 mi) to Pier 91, 35–55 minutes; about 28 km (17 mi) to Bellevue, 30–50 minutes. I-5 through downtown and I-405 on the Eastside are where weekday traffic bunches.
Alaska cruise transfers: Pier 66 and Pier 91
Seattle has two cruise terminals: the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66, on the downtown waterfront, and the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91, north-west of downtown in Interbay (Port of Seattle cruise). The 2026 season began on April 17 and has now wrapped for the winter; the Port calls Seattle North America's primary gateway to Alaska for cruisers.
Cruise transfers are where a booked car pays for itself:
- Airport to ship: land at SEA, meet the chauffeur, and go straight to the pier with all the bags in a Standard SUV (up to 6 passengers, 6 bags).
- Hotel to ship: a night in the city first, then a short morning run to Pier 66 or Pier 91.
- Ship to airport: give the ship name and disembarkation day; the chauffeur waits for you once you clear the terminal and takes you to SEA.
For a big family group, put everyone in an Executive Sprinter (up to 12) and add a second vehicle for luggage if needed. Our cruise transfer page explains how we time the pier pickups.
Seattle black car service and as-directed chauffeurs
The Seattle Convention Center now spans two buildings: Arch, on Pike Street, and Summit, at 900 Pine, which opened in January 2023. During a big conference the downtown grid tightens around them, and so do hotel curbs. A Standard Sedan (up to 3) or Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class (up to 2) for one executive, or an Executive Black SUV (up to 6) for a team, keeps the day on schedule.
Book "By the hour" for a roadshow across the lake to Bellevue and Redmond and back. The chauffeur waits between meetings, and you work from the back seat. What is said in the car stays there, and NDAs are available when you ask. See our hourly chauffeur service for how the hours are set, and the private jet and FBO page if you fly private into the region.
Party bus Seattle: games, concerts, proms and weddings
Seattle's arenas are close to downtown, which makes group nights easy to plan:
- Lumen Field, by the stadium district south of downtown. Under its FIFA name Seattle Stadium it hosted six matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
- T-Mobile Park, home of the Mariners, next door.
- Climate Pledge Arena at Seattle Center, opened in October 2021, for hockey, basketball and big tours (Climate Pledge Arena).
- The Space Needle and Pike Place Market for visitors on a sightseeing evening.
A Party Bus (up to 12) or Stretch SUV Limousine (up to 16) keeps a group together from dinner to the game and home again. Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, birthdays and proms all book the same way: list each stop, or take it by the hour. Prom bookings need the school, the venue and an adult contact, and busy dates may carry their own deadline, printed on the confirmation. There is no drinking in the vehicle, and the chauffeur never drinks. More on planning group nights on our party bus page.
For weddings, a stretch for the couple and a Sprinter for the bridal party can go on one multi-stop booking. Our wedding limo service shows the usual timeline.
Woodinville wine country and Snoqualmie Falls
Woodinville has more than 130 wineries spread across four districts (Woodinville Wine Country). It is about 32 km (20 mi) from downtown Seattle, usually 30–50 minutes. A chauffeured tasting day is the safe way to do it: nobody in the group drives home on I-405 after the last pour. Book by the hour and give your reservation times.
Snoqualmie Falls, a 268-foot waterfall in the foothills, is about 45 km (28 mi) east of downtown, usually 40–60 minutes on I-90. Many visitors pair it with a winery afternoon in a single as-directed booking.
Booking a Seattle car in 3 steps
- Where and when: pickup and drop-off (SEA, hotel, cruise pier, stadium or any address), date and time, flight number if flying in.
- Which car: compare the classes; each shows its fixed fare.
- The details: passengers, bags, car seats, meet & greet and extras, then pay securely. Your confirmation arrives by email.
Seattle rides compared
| Mode | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare app | walk to the 3rd-floor garage stalls, then the drive | surge pricing at peaks | trunk only | solo trips at off-peak hours |
| Taxi | taxi zone, then the drive | metered | trunk only | short rides with no booking |
| Link light rail (1 Line) | walk to the station, train, then on foot from a downtown stop | fare set by Sound Transit | what you carry | light travellers staying near a station |
| Cruise line transfer coach | set times, shared | per person, set by the cruise line | coach allowance | solo cruisers |
| Drive yourself | rental shuttle, then downtown and pier parking | rental, fuel, parking | your trunk | road trips to the mountains |
| Private chauffeur (NiagaraFallsLimo.net) | waiting at arrivals, the pier or your door | fixed fare via booker | sized to the vehicle | families, cruise groups, business, events |
The honest verdict: if you are alone, travelling light and staying near a downtown station, the 1 Line is a very good way in from SEA. An app ride works for a solo crosstown hop. A pre-booked chauffeur is the better choice for families with car seats, cruise luggage, groups who want one vehicle, late arrivals, wine country, weddings, or a night when the stadium district is emptying. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide covers the reasoning.
Seattle to Niagara Falls: fly, then ride the last leg
Seattle to Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 4,135 km (2,570 mi) by road, four or five days of driving. Fly east and book the final stretch with us.
Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is a natural choice for Canada-bound travellers: you clear Canadian customs at the airport, then ride about 125–135 km (78–84 mi) to the Falls, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak. Book it on the Toronto Pearson transfer page, and check your airline for the current Seattle schedule.
Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) is closest to the Falls: about 35–42 km (22–26 mi) to the Canadian side, usually 35–50 minutes plus the bridge. Buffalo's nonstop list does not include Seattle, so expect one connection through a hub such as Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul or Denver. Book the Buffalo leg on our BUF airport transfer page.
When you arrive, our private Niagara Falls tour and Niagara tour packages show both sides of the Falls by car, and the Niagara hotel guide helps you choose a base. For one plan that joins flights, hotels and cars, write to our travel desk.
Documents for the border
A Buffalo arrival means a bridge crossing into Canada, and every passenger carries their own documents. CBSA recommends a valid passport for US citizens; on the way back into the US by land, a passport, passport card, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card is accepted. Children need proof of citizenship. See documents for entering Canada and the border crossing guide. We do not promise crossing times.
Who it suits
Individuals book the late Sea-Tac landing or the 5 a.m. run to the airport. Couples pick a sedan for a dinner on the waterfront or a Woodinville day. Families need car seats and room for cruise bags; our families page explains the options. Groups fill a party bus for a game or a Sprinter for a wine tour.
Nearby: Portland limo service is the next big city down I-5, and San Francisco chauffeur service covers the Bay Area.
Cancellation terms
Measured against your scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours out, no charge. 72 hours or less: 10%. 48 hours or less: 50%. 24 hours or less, or not showing up: 100%. A prom, a long weekend or a large wedding may come with a different cut-off; the confirmation will show it.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Seattle?
There is no rate card to guess from; the booker prices your exact pickup, drop-off, date and vehicle and shows a fixed all-in fare before you pay. Compare a Stretch Limousine, a Stretch SUV and the Party Bus, or switch to "By the hour". The amount on screen is the amount charged, with no meter running.
Where do limos pick up at Sea-Tac airport?
The Port of Seattle sends pre-arranged limousines to the Arrival Drive, the lower drive, in the Load and Unload lanes. With meet & greet the chauffeur parks in the limousine spaces on the 3rd floor of the garage and meets you inside. Your confirmation gives the exact spot.
Can you take us from SEA straight to our cruise ship?
Yes. Book SEA to Pier 66 or Pier 91 and tell us the ship. A Standard SUV takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags; an Executive Sprinter takes up to 12 people. On disembarkation day the chauffeur waits once you clear the terminal.
Is the light rail or a car better from Sea-Tac to downtown?
For one traveller with light bags staying near a station, the 1 Line is quick and simple. For families, groups, heavy luggage, cruise bags or a late flight, a booked car with meet & greet is easier and keeps everyone together.
Can I book a car from Seattle to Niagara Falls?
As a road trip it is more than 4,000 km, so fly instead. Land at Toronto Pearson or Buffalo Niagara and book the transfer to the Falls with us. The same desk can also book your ride to SEA.
Do you offer Woodinville wine tours from Seattle?
Yes: book it "By the hour" and the car stays with you. Woodinville is about 32 km (20 mi) from downtown. Add your tasting times and choose an SUV or Sprinter for a group. No one in your group drives after tasting, and the vehicle stays dry.
