Kansas City searches for a party bus in Kansas City more often than for any other kind of chauffeured ride, and anyone who has tried to park near Arrowhead on a Chiefs Sunday understands why. NiagaraFallsLimo.net books party buses, stretch limousines, SUVs and sedans across the metro, on the Missouri and Kansas sides alike, through one online booker that shows the fixed all-in fare before you pay. Our home base is Niagara Falls, Ontario; this page explains how our service works in Kansas City and how to reach the falls from here without spending two days in a car. It is part of our US limo and car service network.
How do I book a party bus or limo service in Kansas City?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books Kansas City party buses, limo service and MCI airport car service in one online booker that shows the fixed all-in fare before you pay: enter pickup, drop-off and time, choose a vehicle, pay. Niagara Falls is about 1,611 km (1,001 mi) by road, so clients fly to Buffalo and ride the last 35–40 km with us.
Pickups can be anywhere the map recognises: a hotel in the Crossroads, a house in Brookside, an office in Overland Park or Leawood, a venue in Westport, a home north of the river in Liberty. Choose one way, a return, several stops, or "By the hour" to keep the car on call.
Two states, one booking
The Kansas City metro straddles the Missouri–Kansas line, and plenty of evenings cross it twice: dinner in Johnson County, a show downtown, a nightcap on the Country Club Plaza. With us, that is still one booking and one fixed fare, whichever side of State Line Road each stop sits on.
Here is who does the driving. NiagaraFallsLimo.net is the company you book and pay, and the one you call. The car and chauffeur come from an independent operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, licensed and commercially insured for chauffeured work in the area. We choose that partner, send the trip details and stay your point of contact. We do not keep an office, garage or staff in Kansas City. Because partner fleets vary, every vehicle class here is offered with availability confirmed at booking.

Party bus Kansas City: Chiefs, Royals, the Current and big nights downtown
Visit KC's guide to the city's sports facilities lists the venues behind most of our Kansas City enquiries. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Chiefs, and Kauffman Stadium, home of the Royals, stand next to each other east of downtown. T-Mobile Center, downtown, seats more than 18,000 and hosts the Big 12 basketball tournaments as well as concerts. CPKC Stadium, the Kansas City Current's 11,500-seat waterfront ground, draws its own crowds. Each of them is easier with a group in one vehicle and a chauffeur who knows where to stop.
The party bus basics:
- Capacity. The Party Bus class carries up to 12 people with two bags; the Stretch SUV Limousine up to 16. Coaches for larger groups can be requested.
- Game days. Arrowhead game days are long and the stadium sits well east of downtown. Your chauffeur agrees a drop-off and a return point with you; book "By the hour" if you would rather the vehicle wait.
- No alcohol on board. We do not allow drinking in any vehicle we book. Tailgate, toast at the bar, enjoy the barbecue; the bus is for getting there and home.
For birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette nights and concert runs, a typical route links dinner in the Crossroads, the Power & Light District next to T-Mobile Center and a late stop in Westport. Our party bus page explains how we plan the same kind of night in Niagara.
Kansas City airport car service at the new MCI terminal
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) changed completely in 2023. According to the airport's announcement of the new terminal, a single 40-gate terminal opened for commercial service on February 28, 2023, replacing the old three-building complex, with a 6,200-space garage beside it. If you remember the old three-terminal layout, forget it: there is now one building and one set of curbs.
The airport's getting to and from page explains the pickup rules:
- Passenger pickup is on the lower level at the Arrivals curb, and parking at the curb in front of the terminal is prohibited.
- Rideshare passengers are asked to collect their bags and reach the Arrivals curb before booking, then look for the purple signposts 2K–N.
- A free cell phone waiting lot, with a public restroom, allows waits of up to 45 minutes; unattended vehicles are not allowed.
Your chauffeur follows those rules, which is why the confirmation gives you a specific meeting point. Choose meet & greet and the chauffeur waits inside with a name board instead. The airport sits north of the Missouri River, about 32 km (20 mi) from downtown, usually 25 to 35 minutes by car outside rush hour, longer to Johnson County.
A Kansas City airport car service booked with us includes flight tracking, a vehicle matched to your luggage, child, toddler or booster seats and a wheelchair option if you need them, and a fare that is fixed before you land.
MCI to the city: which ride makes sense
| Ride | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare | 25 to 35 min plus the wait for a spot at the curb | surge pricing | standard car | light travellers off-peak |
| Taxi | 25 to 35 min, called by phone | metered | trunk space | a ride without an app |
| Drive and park | 25 to 35 min | garage fees | your car | locals on short trips |
| Private chauffeur | 25 to 35 min, car already waiting | fixed fare via booker | sized to your bags | families, groups, business, late arrivals |
The honest view: a rideshare is fine for one traveller with a carry-on on a quiet afternoon, though the airport itself notes the rideshare curb has a limited number of spots. A chauffeur makes more sense for families with car seats, groups, heavy luggage, a late-night landing or a meeting downtown that cannot slip.
Black car service and hourly chauffeurs in Kansas City
Kansas City's business geography runs from downtown and the Crossroads south to the Plaza and across the line to Overland Park and Leawood, with plenty of corporate campuses in between. A black car service in Kansas City booked "By the hour" keeps one car and chauffeur with you through a day of meetings, a client lunch and a dinner. Our hourly chauffeur page explains "as directed" bookings.
Convention visitors use the same arrangement. Visit KC describes the Kansas City Convention Center as covering more than 800,000 square feet, connected to downtown hotels and parking by skywalks and underground walkways. Inside that district you can walk; your chauffeur handles the airport, the off-site dinner and the client visit in Johnson County. What is said in the car stays there, and we can arrange an NDA on request.
Limo rental Kansas City: weddings, proms and celebrations
A limo rental in Kansas City for a wedding usually means coordinating several vehicles around one timeline: the couple's car, a stretch or Sprinter for the wedding party, sometimes a guest shuttle from a hotel. Proms bring a set pickup, a set curfew and parents who want to know exactly who is driving. The booker's classes for those days:
| Vehicle class | Seats | Bags | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch Limousine | up to 8 | minimal | proms, Plaza dinners |
| Stretch SUV Limousine | up to 16 | minimal | the full wedding party in one car |
| Executive Sprinter (Mercedes-Benz) | up to 12 | carry-on only | guest shuttles, group outings |
| Executive Black SUV (Escalade / Navigator) | up to 6 | 6 | the couple's car, VIP arrivals |
| Standard SUV (Suburban / Yukon XL) | up to 6 | 6 | family airport runs |
Sedans, Mercedes-Benz E / S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach and Rolls-Royce can be requested too, subject to partner availability; the fleet page shows each class. Proms and big wedding Saturdays may carry a different cancellation deadline, printed on the confirmation. Our wedding limo page describes how we plan the day in Niagara.
Kansas City to Niagara Falls: the flight-and-transfer plan
The drive from Kansas City to Niagara Falls, Ontario is about 1,611 km (1,001 mi), close to 19 hours behind the wheel by routing tools. That is two long days, and we do not recommend it as a chauffeured trip. Fly, then let us take the last stretch.
As of October 2026, the nonstop list on Buffalo Niagara International Airport's site does not include Kansas City, so you would connect through a hub. Several of BUF's listed nonstop cities are large connecting airports, which keeps the options wide. From Buffalo, our Buffalo Niagara airport transfer covers the 35 to 40 km (22 to 25 mi) to the Canadian falls, usually 35 to 50 minutes plus the border, with the chauffeur tracking your connecting flight. Flying into Toronto instead? Our Toronto Pearson transfer covers the 125 to 135 km to the falls.
Book both ends on the same booker: the MCI drop-off from home and the Buffalo pickup at the other end, one desk for the whole journey.
Crossing into Canada
Your chauffeur crosses the Niagara River with you; the documents are each passenger's own. US citizens can use a passport, passport card, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card at a land crossing, and the Canada Border Services Agency recommends a passport for travellers of any age. Our documents for entering Canada page and border crossing hub cover the details. Wait times at the bridges change hour by hour, and nobody can honestly forecast them.
At the falls, our hotels guide helps you pick a base, the Niagara itineraries guide plans the days, the Niagara Falls private tour makes an easy first afternoon, and the travel desk books dinners and shows.
How to book this in 3 steps
- Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off (a Kansas City address, MCI with your flight number, or BUF for the Niagara leg), plus date and time.
- Pick the vehicle. Every class lists the fixed fare for your route, side by side.
- Add details and pay. Passengers, bags, child seats, meet & greet and extras; pay securely and the confirmation arrives by email.
First booking? Our guide to booking a limo explains every field. Cancelling, timed from your scheduled pickup, works like this: free with more than 72 hours' notice; 10% at 72 hours or less; 50% at 48 hours or less; 100% at 24 hours or less and for no-shows.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a party bus cost in Kansas City?
It depends on the vehicle, the number of hours and the route. The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay, so you can compare a party bus, a stretch SUV limousine and a Sprinter for the same evening with the numbers in front of you.
Can a party bus take us to a Chiefs game at Arrowhead?
Yes. A party bus keeps the group together and spares everyone the parking. Up to 12 ride in the Party Bus class and up to 16 in a Stretch SUV Limousine. Your chauffeur agrees drop-off and pickup points for game day, and you can book "By the hour" so the vehicle waits. There is no drinking on board.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at MCI?
At the new single terminal, passenger pickup is on the lower level at the Arrivals curb, and cars may not park at the curb. Your confirmation gives the meeting point. With meet & greet, your chauffeur waits inside with a name board and walks you to the car.
Can I book a car from MCI airport to Niagara Falls?
The booker can price any address, but Kansas City to Niagara Falls is about 1,611 km (1,001 mi), close to 19 hours of driving. Flying from MCI to Buffalo with a connection, then booking our 35 to 40 km transfer from BUF, is far more practical for almost everyone.
Do you cover Overland Park and the Kansas side?
Yes. The booker accepts addresses on both sides of the state line, from Overland Park and Leawood to North Kansas City and Liberty. A trip with stops in both states is still one booking with one fixed fare, provided by a licensed local partner with availability confirmed at booking.
Do I need a passport for Niagara Falls, Canada from Kansas City?
Every traveller needs their own document to enter Canada. At a land crossing, US citizens can use a passport, passport card, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card, and Canada's border agency recommends a passport. Because Kansas City travellers usually fly, check your airline's ID rules as well.
Is alcohol allowed in your Kansas City limos?
No. NiagaraFallsLimo.net does not allow drinking in any vehicle it books, in Missouri, Kansas or anywhere else. The chauffeur gets the group to the stadium, the restaurant or the bar and home again. For a gift, add a sealed bottle in the booker and it travels home unopened.
